建立了测定尿液中3种羟基多环芳烃的氮化碳复合材料磁性固相萃取结合高效液相色谱-荧光检测法。所构筑的磁性氮化碳材料,经扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计和比表面积分析仪表征后,用于尿液中3种羟基多环芳烃的富集净化。考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、洗脱溶液和洗脱体积(单次洗脱体积×洗脱次数)对萃取效率的影响。结合高效液相色谱-荧光分析,在0.25~250 μg/L范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r=0.999),3种羟基多环芳烃的检出限和定量限分别为0.08和0.25 μg/L,回收率为90.1%~102%,日内和日间精密度分别为1.5%~7.7%和2.2%~8.7%。该本方法简单、快速、高效,可用于尿液中羟基多环芳烃的分析。  相似文献

The first histidine catalyzed direct aldol reactions of ketones with nitrobenzaldehydes in water and in poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were reported. It reveals that histidine is a good aldol catalyst for synthesis of β-hydroxylketones in water and in PEG, giving good to excellent yields of the respective products. Better enantioand regioselectivity were achieved using low molecular weight PEG as the media. The results show that histidine and PEG-200 or -300 may constitute a promising environmentally benign system for asymmetric synthesis of β-hydroxylketones.  相似文献

Summary The molecular-shape recognition of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons has been studied on various stationary phases in reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The examined stationary phases were phenyl-, diphenyl-, triphenyl- and benzyl-bonded silicas. The results of regression analysis inidcated that triphenylsilica is the best packing material to recognize the difference in the molecular-shape of structural isomers. This fact was confirmed by the separation of 4-ring isomers.  相似文献

The performance of matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) for the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in fish tissue is described. The suitability of different solid supports was tested as well as the influence on the extraction efficiency of the natural fat content in samples. Under optimal conditions 0.6-0.8 g of tissue sample, are dispersed with 2 g of octadecylsiloxane (C18) and 0.5 g of anhydrous sodium sulphate and transferred to the top of a polyethylene solid-phase extraction cartridge which already contains 2 g of florisil and 1 g of C18. Cartridges were eluted with acetonitrile. The analysis of the extracts was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with fluorescence detection. The proposed method provides detection limits between 0.04 and 0.32 ng/g for the different considered PAHs, below the maximum levels established by the some regulatory bodies for the six PAHs after recent oil spill episodes and European Union regulations. Recoveries over 80% were obtained for all compounds. Accuracy validation was carried out using the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SRM 2977 reference material.  相似文献

Summary Cyclic conjugation in phenes is examined by means of theBosanac-Gutman-Aihara method. In contrast to the predictions based on the analysis ofKekulé orClar structures, we find that when going along the hexagons of a phene molecule, cyclic conjugation varies in a rather non-uniform manner. In contrast to a number of other homologous series of benzenoid hydrocarbons, the intensity of cyclic conjugation in phenes increases when going towards the center of the molecule.

Zusammenfassung Die cyclische Konjugation in Phenen wird mittels derBosanac-Gutman-Aihara-Methode untersucht. Im Gegensatz zu auf der Analyse vonKekulé- oderClar-Strukturen beruhenden Voraussagen variiert die cyclische Konjugation entlang der Sechsecke eines Phenmoleküls ziemlich unregelmäßig. Anders als bei anderen homologen benzenoiden Kohlenwasserstoffen nimmt bei Phenen die Intensität der cyclischen Konjugation zum Zentrum des Moleküls hin zu.

Maleic anhydride has been grafted to eicosane and squalane at 60–80°C using 1,2-dichlorobenzene as solvent and benzoyl peroxide as initiator. These hydrocarbons are low molecular weight models for hydrocarbon polymers containing secondary and tertiary hydrogen atoms. In the absence of the hydrocarbon and with monomer concentrations of the order of 1M, low molecular weight poly(maleic anhydride) is formed. On addition of the hydrocarbon, the main product is grafted material and very little homopolymer is formed. The grafts consist primarily of single succinic anhydride units but some of them are short poly(maleic anhydride) chains. Ceiling temperature considerations control the formation of homopolymer in the absence of hydrocarbon substrate. In the presence of eicosane or squalane, initiation of grafting proceeds by hydrogen abstraction from the hydrocarbon. The main factor controlling graft length is then the ratio of the rates of intramolecular hydrogen abstraction and of monomer addition to succinic anhydride radicals © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The reduced graph model, when used in conjunction with the search trees method, provides a novel combinatorial procedure for the enumeration and generation ofKekulé structures. The procedure is suited for large benzenoid hydrocarbons consisting of cata- and thin peri-condensed parts.

采用阳极氧化法在镍钛合金(NiTi)纤维上原位生长了双金属氧化物纳米孔(NiTiONPs)涂层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)考察了电解质组成和电压对形貌的影响。将NiTiONPs涂层的NiTi纤维与高效液相色谱-紫外检测器联用,研究了4种典型芳香分析物的萃取性能。结果表明,富含TiO2的NiTiONPs涂层对多环芳烃(PAHs)具有良好的萃取效率,尤其对苯并[a]芘的萃取选择性优于市售聚二甲基硅氧烷纤维和聚丙烯酸酯纤维。在优化条件下,PAHs的线性范围为0.05~200μg/L,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.012~0.134μg/L。对单支纤维日内和日间分析的相对标准偏差(RSDs)分别为4.0%~5.5%和6.0%~6.8%,使用分批组装的5支纤维分析的RSDs为6.4%~7.6%。实际水样分析的加标回收率为84.5%~111.5%。所制备NiTi纤维至少可重复使用250次以上,重现性好。  相似文献

Clar structures recently used as basis-set to compute resonance energies [9] are identified as maximal independent sets of benzenoid hydrocarbons colored in a special way. Binomial properties of such objects are induced for several catafusenes and perifusenes (Eqs. 2–31). Novel polynomials, called Clar polynomials, are given for perifusens in terms of units of catafusenes which allow display and enumeration of the populations of their Clar structures. The work is particularly pertinent to that of [8] and [9].This paper is dedicated to Professor Eric Clar; the Doyen of aromatic chemistry.  相似文献
