明胶大分子的照相性质研究——Ⅰ.明胶中的蛋氨酸砜及亚砜的测定

应用氨基酸分析仪对十六种国外明胶(大部分为IAG明胶)的氨基酸含量进行了测定,其中重点进行了蛋氨酸及其氧化产物含量的测定。测试结果表明:明胶中蛋氨酸含量随不同样品变化较大,亚砜含量一般较少,所有照相胶都含有砜,绝大多数胶样含有亚砜。     

锡(Ⅳ)、钯(Ⅱ)、金(Ⅲ)与二(2-乙基己基)亚砜配合物的研究

合成了长碳链的二(2-乙基己基)亚砜与锡(Ⅳ)、钯(Ⅱ)、金(Ⅲ)的配合物,通过组成分析、摩尔电导的测定及红外、紫外图谱的研究,确定了配合物的组成,推断了配合物的结构。     

高选择性透过二氧化硫气体分离膜的研究(Ⅲ)──乙烯基亚砜与聚乙烯醇的Michael加成反应及其结构表征

本文合成了4种烷基乙烯基亚砜。研究了其与聚乙烯醇在碱催化下的Michael加成反应,制备了不同亚砜含量的聚合物。研究了其溶解性能,用IR及¹HNMR法对聚合物进行了表征。     

Effect of Intrahippocampal Administration of α7 Subtype Nicotinic Receptor Agonist PNU-282987 and Its Solvent Dimethyl Sulfoxide on the Efficiency of Hypoxic Preconditioning in Rats

We have previously suggested a key role of the hippocampus in the preconditioning action of moderate hypobaric hypoxia (HBH). The preconditioning efficiency of HBH is associated with acoustic startle prepulse inhibition (PPI). In rats with PPI > 40%, HBH activates the cholinergic projections of hippocampus, and PNU-282987, a selective agonist of α7 nicotinic receptors (α7nAChRs), reduces the HBH efficiency and potentiating effect on HBH of its solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, anticholinesterase agent) when administered intraperitoneally. In order to validate the hippocampus as a key structure in the mechanism of hypoxic preconditioning and research a significance of α7nAChR activation in the hypoxic preconditioning, we performed an in vivo pharmacological study of intrahippocampal injections of PNU-282987 into the CA1 area on HBH efficiency in rats with PPI ≥ 40%. We found that PNU-282987 (30 μM) reduced HBH efficiency as with intraperitoneal administration, while DMSO (0.05%) still potentiated this effect. Thus, direct evidence of the key role of the hippocampus in the preconditioning effect of HBH and some details of this mechanism were obtained in rats with PPI ≥ 40%. The activation of α7nAChRs is not involved in the cholinergic signaling initiated by HBH or DMSO via any route of administration. Possible ways of the potentiating action of DMSO on HBH efficiency and its dependence on α7nAChRs are discussed.     

蛋氨酸亚砜/蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶荧光检测研究进展

蛋白质蛋氨酸亚砜化是一种重要的氧化还原依赖的蛋白质翻译后修饰,不仅是氧化应激的重要标志物之一,也是一种蛋白质功能调控开关可影响活性氧信号转导,与一系列疾病尤其是神经退行性疾病的发生发展密切相关。 在许多生物体中,蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶是目前已经发现的唯一能将蛋白质蛋氨酸亚砜还原为蛋氨酸的物质,可以修复氧化损伤蛋白,恢复蛋白质功能,调控细胞氧还平衡,对相关疾病的治疗具有非常重要的意义。 本文重点介绍蛋氨酸亚砜和蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶的结构和催化机理,综述蛋氨酸亚砜和蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶荧光探针的部分研究进展,对该领域的研究前景进行展望。     

在高氯酸铕-二苯亚砜-邻菲罗啉三元配合物中Pr3+对Eu3+发光的影响

合成了一系列异核配合物[(Eu1-xPrx)(DPSO)(phen)3(ClO4)2]ClO4*nH2O(x=0.000～0.200, DPSO为二苯亚砜, phen为邻菲罗啉, n=1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). 对配合物进行了组成分析, 摩尔电导, IR光谱及荧光激发和发射光谱的测定. 荧光光谱测定结果表明 本身不发光的Pr3+对Eu3+的发光产生较大影响, 当Pr3+的掺入量为0.001 mol时, 可使Eu3+的发光强度提高到200%以上,随着Pr3+浓度的增大,对Eu3+的发光先敏化后猝灭.Eu3+在配合物中所处的格位对称性低,无对称中心.     

A Novel Catalytic Method for the Oxidation of Sulfides to Sulfoxides with Silica Sulfuric Acid and Sodium Nitrite in the Presence of KBr and/or NaBr as Catalyst

Highly efficient selective oxidation of sulfides to sulfoxides by NaNO₂ and silica sulfuric acid catalyzed with KBr or NaBr has been reported. This oxidation was carried out in the presence of wet SiO₂ (50% w/w) in acetonitrile at room temperature with good to excellent yields.     

Theoretical evaluation of some interactions in the system of acetylene-alkali metal hydroxide-DMSO

Within the ab initio approach and with the use of density functional theory the formation of solvation shells of nondissociated alkali metals hydroxides of the corresponding cations and the hydroxide ion in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is studied. Complexes in which the alkali metal environment contains the coordinated acetylene molecule along with solvent molecules are considered. The coordination number of the hydroxide ion in DMSO is shown to be 4. It is demonstrated that solvated cations of alkali metals cannot form π-complexes with the acetylene molecule, whereas the introduction of molecular acetylene into the solvation sphere of nondissociated NaOH and KOH is possible.     

The addition of perfluoroalkanesulfinyl chlorides to alkoxyallenes

The addition reaction of perfluoroalkanesulfinyl chlorides to alkoxyallenes was achieved under mild conditions. Two kinds of perfluoroalkyl alkenyl sulfoxides, β-alkoxyvinyl perfluoroalkyl sulfoxides and α-perfluoroalkanesulfinyl enones or enals, were obtained selectively depending on the structure of alkoxyallenes.     

以二甲亚砜水溶液为反应介质低温合成纳米级磷酸亚铁锂

采用二甲亚砜水溶液为反应介质, 在常压和108 ℃条件下, 经短时间的液相反应直接制备出橄榄石结构的纳米级LiFePO₄. IR分析表明, 液相法直接制得的LiFePO₄晶体结构中含有少量的Fe^3＋. 将液相直接制备的样品与少量葡萄糖混合后在600 ℃下焙烧3 h得到类球形的LiFePO₄/C材料. 电化学测试结果表明, 这种纳米级LiFePO₄/C材料在0.2 C 倍率下放电容量达到157.2 mAh/g, 并且具有较好的放电平台. 5 C和10 C放电容量仍能达到126.1和103.4 mAh/g, 且循环200次后容量没有明显衰减, 表现出优异的倍率放电特性和循环性能.
