用三原子模型的准经典轨线方法研究了Cl与C2H6(v=0,j)的反应。计算结果表明,反应产物HCl的角度分布基本上为各向同性,其振动分布处于基态,与实验结果相一致。对反应轨线的研究表明,该反应为一直接反应,而且反应碰撞在低及高的碰撞参数下的机理不一样,在低碰撞参数下反应碰撞是直接完成的,产物HCl以向后散射为主,转动基本上是冷的,但比高碰撞参数下的热。在高的碰撞参数下则生成短寿命的碰撞复合物,产物  相似文献

The title compound (4,4'-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O 1 has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoelinic,space group P21/c with a=8.260(3), b=23.926(7), c=9.774(2) (A), β=106.777(9)°,C10H12Br4CdN2O, Mr=608.26, V=1849.4(9)(A)3, Z=4, Dc=2.185 g/cm3, S=1.005, μ(MoKα)=9.814 mm-1, F(000)=1128, R=0.0646 and wR=0.0989. The crystal structure analysis of 1reveals that the title compound features an isolated structure, based on discrete 4,4'-H2bipy moieties and lattice water molecules which are linked by hydrogen bonds together with tetrahedral cadmium atoms terminally coordinated by four bromine atoms.  相似文献

Soluble and polymer-supported 2- and 3-benzylated furans were subjected to a sequence involving a Diels-Alder reaction with α,β-acetylenic carbonyl compounds, a Michael addition, and a subsequent retro-Diels-Alder reaction to yield olefinic compounds. On solid support, this traceless strategy is advantageous since pure compounds were released in the thermal cycloreversion step. The fur-2-ylated resin allowed a highly diastereoselective synthesis.  相似文献

The ω-iodo-α,β-alkynoates and their ketone, sulfone or phosphonate analogues react with δ-chloropropylamines in MeCN assisted with K2CO3 to undergo a sequential SN2/Michael addition/SN2/SN2 reaction process, giving polysubstituted indolizidines or quinolizidines in good to excellent yields. This sequential reaction process is also compatible with three other substituted α,β-alkynoates, affording quinolizidine analogues in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

The hydrogen peroxide-oxidation of o-phenylenediamine (OPD) catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) at 37 °C in 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) was studied by calorimetry. The apparent molar reaction enthalpy with respect to OPD and hydrogen peroxide were −447 ± 8 kJ mol−1 and −298 ± 9 kJ mol−1, respectively. Oxidation of OPD by H2O2 catalyzed by HRP (1.25 nM) at pH 7.0 and 37 °C follows a ping-pong mechanism. The maximum rate Vmax (0.91 ± 0.05 μM s−1), Michaelis constant for OPD Km,S (51 ± 3 μM), Michaelis constant for hydrogen peroxide Km,H2O2 (136 ± 8 μM), the catalytic constant kcat (364 ± 18 s−1) and the second-order rate constants k+1 = (2.7 ± 0.3) × 106 M−1 s−1 and k+5 = (7.1 ± 0.8) × 106 M−1 s−1 were obtained by the initial rate method.  相似文献

New cationic complexes [(6-C13H10)Fe(5-Cp*)]PF6 and [(6-9-CH3-C13H9)Fe(5-Cp*)]PF6 were obtained by the reaction of Cp*Fe(CO)2Br with fluorene and 9-methylfluorene, respectively. Deprotonation of these complexes byt-BuOK in THF affords zwitter-ionic compounds (6-C13H9)Fe(5-Cp*) and (6-9-CH3-C13H8)Fe(5-Cp*) (A). WhenA is heated in nonane at 150 °C it undergoes 65 inter-ring rearrangement with the formation of hexamethyldibenzoferrocene (B). The electrochemical behavior ofA andB was studied by cyclic voltammetry. One-electron reduction ofA andB to the corresponding radical anions induces inter-ring haptotropic rearrangementA .–B .–. The equilibrium in the 19 state is shifted to the 6-isomeric radical anionA .–, while in the 18 precursors, it shifts to the 5-isomerB.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The -ribofuranosylazide1 is transformed after usual derivatization by suitable protecting groups into the P–N-ylid2, which gives the corresponding N-Glykosyl-N-alkylcarbodiimides4 and a small amount of the glykosylisocyanatde-rivative3 by reaction with alkylisocyanates. The carbodiimides4 were reacted with hydrazoic acid to give the alkylaminotetrazolnucleosides5 and finally the free nucleosidanalogs6. In the case of5 c the 5-aziridinyltetrazolnucleosid5 h was formed by an usual neighbouring group reaction. In addition the compound1 is transformed into the 3,5-diprotected anchor derivative7 by reaction withTIPSCl2. The latter could be transformed by usual steps into the alkylaminotetra-zolnucleosides8 with a free 2-OH group. In the next step the 2-p-tolylthiocarbo-nates9 were prepared followed by transformation to the 2-desoxynucleosides10 by means of tributyltinhydride. Finally the free 2-desoxynucleosides11 were prepared. By reacting the carbodiimides4 with phenylisocyanate a mixture of the two possible regiouretidinonnucleosidderivatives12 and13 are formed. In the case of the N-glykosyl-N-allylcarbodiimide4 d only the one isomer13 d arises.

The tandem isomerization-aldolization reaction between allyl alcohol and formaldehyde mediated by [Fe(CO)3] was studied with the density functional B3LYP method. Starting from the key [(enol)Fe(CO)3] complex, several reaction paths for the reaction with formaldehyde were explored. The results show that the most favorable reaction path involves first an enol/allyl alcohol ligand-exchange process followed by direct condensation of formaldehyde with the free enol. During this process, formation of the new C-C bond takes place simultaneously with a proton transfer between the enol and the aldehyde. Therefore, the role of [Fe(CO)3] is to catalyze the allyl alcohol to enol isomerization affording the free enol, which adds to the aldehyde in a carbonyl-ene type reaction. Similar results were obtained for the reaction between allyl alcohol and acetaldehyde.  相似文献
