There are some unique advantages for chemical reactions in SCFs. For example, reaction rates, yields, and selectivity can be tuned by pressure or small amount of cosolvent. SCFs can be used to replace environmentally undesirable solvents. It is not surprised that in recent years the use of SCFs as solvents for chemical reaction media has received much attention. 考察了水/离子液体两相体系中出芽短梗霉(Aureobasidium pullulansCGMCC1244)催化4-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯(COBE)不对称还原生成光学活性(S)-4-氯-3-羟基丁酸乙酯((S)-CHBE)的性能,并对反应条件如摇床转速、相体积比、温度、初始底物浓度和pH值等进行了优化.结果表明,在水/1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐体系中,出芽短梗霉催化COBE不对称还原生成(S)-CHBE,在30℃,pH6·6,摇床转速180r/min和不对称反应8h条件下,反应物的转化率、产物ee值和浓度分别达到95·6%,98·5%和47·1g/L.在控制pH值为6·6的情况下,通过分添加底物可有效提高产物(S)-CHBE浓度至75·1g/L.  相似文献

Rotational spectra have been recorded for both the 35Cl and 37Cl isotopic forms of two structural conformations of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide (CEES). The rotational constants of the 35Cl and 37Cl isotopomers were used to identify the conformational isomers. A total of 236 hyperfine transitions have been assigned for 47 rotational transitions of the 35Cl isotope of a GGT conformer, and 146 hyperfine have been assigned for 37 rotational transitions of the 37Cl isotopomer. For the second conformer, a total of 128 (110) hyperfine and 30 (28) rotational transitions have also been assigned to the 35Cl (37Cl) isotopes of a TGT conformation. The extensive hyperfine splitting data, measured to high resolution with a compact Fourier transform microwave spectrometer, were used to determine both the diagonal and off-diagonal elements of the 35Cl and 37Cl nuclear quadrupole coupling tensors in the inertial tensor principal axis system. The experimental rotational constant data, as well as the 35Cl and 37Cl nuclear quadrupole coupling tensors, were compared to the results from 27 optimized ab initio (HF/6-311++G∗∗ and MP2/6-311++G∗∗) model structures.  相似文献

Oxidative addition reactions of quinolines 1a , b with Pd(dba)2 in the presence of PPh3 (1:2) in acetone gave dinuclear palladium complexes [Pd(C,N‐2‐C9 H4N‐CHO‐3‐R‐6)Cl(PPh3)]2 [(R = H ( 2a ), R = OMe ( 2b ), which were reacted with isocyanide XyNC (Xy = 2,6‐Me2C6H3) to give novel iminoacyl quinolinylpalladium complexes 3a , b in good yields (81 and 77%). Cyclopalladated complexes 3a , b were also obtained in low yields (39 and 33.5%) via one‐pot reaction of 1a , b with isonitrile XyNC:Pd(dba)2 (4:1). The reaction of 3a , b with Tl(TfO) (TfO = triflate, CF3SO3) in the presence of H2O or EtOH causes depalladation reactions of complexes to provide the corresponding organic compounds 4a , b , 5a , b and 6a , b in yields of 41, 27 and 18 ? 19%, respectively. The products were characterized by satisfactory elemental analyses and spectral studies (IR, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR). The crystal structures 2a , 3a and 3b were determined by X‐ray diffraction studies. A series of well‐defined, fluorinated diblock copolymers, poly[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate]‐b‐poly(2,2,2‐trifluoroethyl methacrylate) (PDMA‐b‐PTFMA), poly[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate]‐b‐poly(2,2,3,4,4,4‐hexafluorobutyl methacrylate) (PDMA‐b‐PHFMA), and poly[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate]‐b‐poly(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5‐octafluoropentyl methacrylate) (PDMA‐b‐POFMA), have been synthesized successfully via oxyanion‐initiated polymerization. Potassium benzyl alcoholate (BzO?K+) was used to initiate DMA monomer to yield the first block PDMA. If not quenched, the first living chain could be subsequently used to initiate a feed F‐monomer (such as TFMA, HFMA, or OFMA) to produce diblock copolymers containing different poly(fluoroalkyl methacrylate) moieties. The composition and chemical structure of these fluorinated copolymers were confirmed by 1H NMR, 19F NMR spectroscopy, and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) techniques. The solution behaviors of these copolymers containing (tri‐, hexa‐, or octa‐ F‐atom)FMA were investigated by the measurements of surface tension, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and UV spectrophotometer. The results indicate that these fluorinated copolymers possess relatively high surface activity, especially at neutral media. Moreover, the DLS and UV measurements showed that these fluorinated diblock copolymers possess distinct pH/temperature‐responsive properties, depending not only on the PDMA segment but also on the fluoroalkyl structure of the FMA units. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new and efficient synthetic route for dual-Src/Abl kinase inhibitor dasatinib (Sprycel®), an anticancer drug, is described. 采用等体积共浸渍法制备了CuO-CeO2整体式催化剂,评价了催化剂对乙酸乙酯、异丙醇及甲苯的催化燃烧性能。采用N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)以及挥发性有机化合物脱附等手段对催化剂进行了表征。表征数据显示,氧化铜以高分散态均匀分散存在于载体表面,氧化铈则是小的纳米颗粒,氧化铈颗粒粒径随着Cu/Ce物质的量比的减小而增大。添加铈氧化物会显著增加总酸量,特别是路易斯酸酸位的量,同时增强了乙酸乙酯和异丙醇的吸附量,吸附量的增加提高了催化剂对乙酸乙酯和异丙醇的催化燃烧性能。从甲苯的催化燃烧实验可以看出,大量添加CeO2稍微增加了甲苯的吸附容量,减弱了催化剂的还原性、降低了活性氧的含量,最终导致甲苯的低转化率。催化行为由氧化铜、氧化铈以及载体三者之间的共同作用决定,这三者的协同作用不仅影响着表面氧的活性同时影响着催化剂对甲苯的吸附能力。  相似文献

以氧化改性活性炭为载体,用浸渍法制备了系列VOSO4/活性炭催化剂(VO/ACO). 采用FT-IR、XRD、ICP和比表面及孔结构测定等表征了催化剂组成与结构. 考察了VO/ACO催化剂在常压分子氧氧化乳酸乙酯中的催化作用. 结果表明, 氧化活性炭是氧钒催化剂的有效载体,以pH=3的VOSO4溶液浸渍得到的VO-3/ACO催化剂具有优良的催化性能, 在二氯乙烷中常压,80 ℃ 反应18 h, 乳酸乙酯转化完全, 丙酮酸乙酯的选择性达95.2%. 催化剂重复使用三次后的性能基本保持不变.  相似文献
