稳定回归法用于复方氯丙嗪片的测定

本文应用稳定回归法用于紫外重叠光谱的分析。以复方氯丙嗪为例,不经分离,测定了盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪的含量。与最小二乘回归法比较,提高了测定结果的准确度和精密度。结果满意。

Use of p-dimethylaminobenzalhyde as a colored reagent for determination of procaine hydrochloride by spectrophotometry

Spectrophotometric determination of procaine hydrochloride is described. The procaine hydrochloride reacts with p-dimethylaminobenzalhyde in glacial acetic acid to form an Schiff base which is a yellow compound, and its maximum absorption wavelength is at 455nm, ₄₅₅=3.46×10⁴. The absorbance for procaine hydrochloride from 0.2 to 15 μg ml⁻¹ obeys Beer's law. The linear regression equation of the calibration graph is C=5.866A−0.02, with a linear regression correlative coefficient is 0.9994 and relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.7%; the detection limit is 0.1 μg ml⁻¹; recovery is from 92.0 to 110.0%. Effects of reaction medium, temperature, gentamycin, beneylpenicillin, kanamycin, streptomycin, foreign ions, and stand for time on the determination of procaine hydrochloride have been examined. The results obtained by this method agreed with those by the official method (dead-stop titration). This method is rapid and simple, and can be used for the determination of procaine hydrochloride in injection solution of procaine hydrochloride.     

氯化血红素/热解石墨电极对单加氧酶的模拟——Ⅱ.苯在氯化血红素/热解石墨电极上的电催化羟基化作用

实验结果支持了血红素(Ha.)的单体(monomer)吸附态对分子氧起电催化还原作用的观点;并表明,H_2O_2的电催化还原主要是在Ha.的二聚体(dimer)吸附态上进行。Ha./电极对苯一步羟基化生成苯酚有电催化作用。     

基于溶胶-凝胶技术的丁氯喘电极

报导了一种以硅钨酸为活性物质 ,用溶胶 凝胶技术制做的新型丁氯喘电极。电极有良好的能斯特响应。斜率为 5 5mV以上 ,线性范围为 1 .0× 1 0 -1～5 .0× 1 0 -5mol L ,检测下限为 2 .0× 1 0 -5mol L ,适宜的pH为 4.2～ 8.7。     

有机小分子染料和聚阳离子分子超薄膜的制备及其摩擦学性能研究

制备了以有机小分子染料酸性红 1 8为阴离子、以聚烯丙基氯化铵和聚乙烯亚胺为聚阳离子的分子沉积膜 ,用紫外可见分光光度计、接触角测定仪和椭圆偏振光测厚仪对所制备的超薄膜进行了表征 .用DF PM型动 静摩擦系数精密测定装置考察了超薄膜的摩擦学性能 ,采用扫描电子显微镜对薄膜的磨痕表面进行了观察 .结果表明 ,所制备的超薄复合沉积膜具有良好的减摩和耐磨性能

Spectroscopic Study on Interaction of β-Cyclodextrin with Triprolidine Hydrochloride

The complexation of triprolidine hydrochloride （TRP） and β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） in deuterium oxide was investigated by 400 MHz 1^H NMR spectroscopy. The 800 MHz 2D ROESY data revealed that two 1 ：1 and one 2 ： 1 β-CD-TRP inclusion complexes were formed. Both aromatic moieties （p-tolyl and pyridyl ring） has entered into the β-CD cavity, confirming the existence of two different equilibria for 1 ： 1 inclusion complexes in which p-tolyl ring of the guest is more tightly held by the host cavity. The ROE intermolecular interactions provided the plausible structures of these 1 ： 1 and 2 ： 1 stoichiometric inclusion complexes of β-CD-triprolidine hydrochloride in solu- tion.     

Transport properties and electroanalytical response characteristics of drotaverine ion-selective sensors

The construction and electroanalytical response characteristics of poly(vinyl chloride) matrix ion-selective sensors (ISSs) for drotaverine hydrochloride are described. The membranes incorporate ion-association complexes of drotaverine with tetraphenylborate, picrate, tetraiodomercurate, tetraiodobismuthate, Reinecke salt, and heteropolycompounds of Keggin structure—molybdophosphoric acid, tungstophosphoric acid, molybdosiliconic acid and tungstosiliconic acid as electroactive materials for ionometric sensor controls. These ISSs have a linear response to drotaverine hydrochloride over the range 8×10^–6 to 5×10^–2 mol L^–1 with cationic slopes from 51 to 58 mV per concentration decade. These ISSs have a fast response time (up to 1 min), a low determination limit (down to 4.3×10^–6 mol L^–1), good stability (3–5 weeks), and reasonable selectivity. Permeabilities and ion fluxes through a membrane were calculated for major and interfering ions. Dependences of the transport properties of the membranes on the concentrations of the ion exchanger and near-membrane solution and their electrochemical characteristics are presented. The ISSs were used for direct potentiometry and potentiometric titration (sodium tetraphenylborate) of drotaverine hydrochloride. Results with mean accuracy of 99.1±1.0% of nominal were obtained which corresponded well to data obtained by use of high-performance liquid chromatography.     

药物敏感场效应晶体管的研究 Ⅲ磷钨酸-麻黄碱敏感场效应晶体管的研制与应用

将离子敏感场效应晶体管（ＩＳＦＥＴ）与药物敏感膜相结合，研制成一种对麻黄碱有良好响应的药物敏感场效应晶体管传感器（ＤｒｕｇＦＥＴ）．该器件具有全固态化、体积小、易微型化、集成化和多功能化等优点．采用磷钨酸作电活性物质，制成ＰＶＣ膜ＩＳＦＥＴ，对麻黄碱的线性响应范围为３．０×１０－６～１．０×１０－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检出限为１．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，传感器适宜的ｐＨ范围为３．０～８．０．用该传感器分析麻黄碱片剂的含量，结果和药典方法吻合．
