陆地棉体细胞胚胎的发生和遗传转化条件初探

以陆地棉（冀棉20）下胚轴为外植体，在含KT0．3mg／L和2，4－D0．08mg／L的MS培养基上，诱导产生了胚性愈伤组织，继代培养不需要添加激素，胚性愈伤组织即分化为胚状体，并萌发出小芽，胚状体萌发过程与合子胚相似，但出现了一些畸形胚，解剖学方法观察发现，这些畸形胚的维管束系统不明显或形态异常，以农杆菌介导法对冀棉20胚状体及胚性愈伤组织进行了雪花莲凝集素（GNA）基因的遗传转化条件探索，并以GUS基域瞬间进行检测加以证实，得出农杆菌的浓度为O．D600＝0．8时，浸染时间为5min，共培养时间为3d，筛选培养基中卡那霉素浓度为75mg／L，对冀棉20胚状体及胚性愈伤组织转化是较为适合的。     

Quantum Thermal Effect of Dirac Particles in a Nonuniformly Rectilinearly Accelerating Black Hole with Electric Charge, Magnetic Charge, and Cosmological Constant

The Hawking radiation of Dirac particles in an arbitrarily rectilinearly accelerating Kinnersley black hole with electromagnetic charge and cosmological constant is investigated by using the generalized tortoise coordinate transformation. Both the location and the temperature of the event horizon depend on the time and the polar angle. The Hawking thermal radiation spectrum of Dirac particles is also derived.     

在相干理论的基础上分析光栅成像

本文在相干理论的基础上,推导了光栅成像中的光强分布和物像位置关系,并给出一组具有不同参数的实验照片及一组借助计算机绘制的强度分布图。     

Existence of many ergodic absolutely continuous invariant measures for piecewise-expandingC 2 chaotic transformations in ℝ2 on a fixed number of partitions

Let Ω be a region in ℝⁿ and letp = P_i ) _i ^1m , be a partition ofΩ into a finite number of closed subsets having piecewise C² boundaries of finite(n - 1 )dimensional measure. Let τ:Ω→Ω be piecewise C² onP where, τ_i = τ|p_i is aC ² diffeomorphism onto its image, and expanding in the sense that there exists α > 1 such that for anyi = 1, 2,...,m ‖Dτ_i ^-1 ‖ < α^-1, where Dτ_i ^-1 is the derivative matrixτ _i ^- 1 and |‖·‖ is the Euclidean matrix norm. By means of an example, we will show that the simple bound of one-dimensional dynamics cannot be generalized to higher dimensions. In fact, we will construct a piecewise expanding C² transformation on a fixed partition with a finite number of elements in ℝ², but which has an arbitrarily large number of ergodic, absolutely continuous invariant measures     

用频域法实现圆环形目标物的计数

研究了用频域法实现圆环形目标物计数的方法。对空域中含有圆环形目标物的二值图像，经傅里叶变换后在频域内进行滤波，再经傅里叶反变换后取一阈值进行处理，则对应于圆环形目标物即变为一个实心体，然后对实心体进行计数即可实现对圆环形目标物的计数。对该方法进行了数学描述，并分别用模拟图像和实际图像进行了实验。结果表明，该方法消除噪声的效果好，对部分封闭圆的检测同样有效，且可用于目标物有粘连的情况。该方法对圆环形目标物的尺寸相差不大的情况更为有效。     

R~(2,1)中线性Weingarten曲面的Bcklund变换(英文)

本文对三维Minkowski空间R~(2,1)中具有性质K-2mH+m~2-l~2=0或H=constant的类时曲面定义了一个Darboux线汇,同时得到了相应的Bcklund变换。     

基于矩阵初等变换的n元函数极值的快速判别法

给出了 n元函数极值的一个充分条件 ,并结合矩阵的初等变换建立了 n元函数极值的一种快速判别法 ,最后给出了一个例子     

变换中含有孤立稳定点的第二积分换元定理

在不定积分第二积分换元定理的条件中,要求变换x=φ(t)不含有稳定点,即:φ′(t)≠0.当变换x=φ(t)中含有孤立稳定点时,给出了变换中含有孤立稳定点的第二积分换元定理.拓宽了第二积分换元定理的应用范围.     

河南省城市居民消费结构比较研究

本文主要应用聚类分析方法 ,对河南省 17个地市级城市居民的消费结构进行了比较统计分析 ,从而得到了各城市居民消费结构的一些特点和规律 ,并进一步探讨了其消费结构、可支配收入与总消费支出之间的关系     

On meromorphic functions that share three values of finite weights

A uniqueness theorem for two distinct non-constant meromorphic functions that share three values of finite weights is proved, which generalizes two previous results by H.X. Yi, and X.M. Li and H.X. Yi. As applications of it, many known results by H.X. Yi and P. Li, etc. could be improved. Furthermore, with the concept of finite-weight sharing, extensions on Osgood-Yang's conjecture and Mues' conjecture, and a generalization of some prevenient results by M. Ozawa and H. Ueda, ect. could be obtained.
