Evanescent fluorobiosensor for the detection of polyaromatic hydrocarbon based on DNA intercalation

A flow-injection analysis (FIA) system coupled with an evanescent wave (EW) Biosensor employing total internal reflection of fluorescence radiation (TIRF) for the detection of polyaromatic hydrocarbon that intercalates into DNA is reported. A highly fluorescent intercalator, “ethidium bromide,” has been used as the reference compound for detection. The EW Biosensor was developed according to the procedure described earlier (1,2). Data on the analysis of Naphthalene, 3-methy cholanthrene, 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene, 1,2-benzanthracene, and some standard reference materials supplied by the National Institute of Standards and Technology are reported. The relative ability of the polyaromatic hydrocarbon to displace ethidium bromide, based on the relative binding ratio, is found to be on the order of 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene > 3-methylcholanthrene > 1,2-benzanthracene > napthalene.     

分析裂化气中0.5ppm～1%含量的杂质烃

本文介绍了一种分析裂化气中杂质烃的方法。所建分析系统由填充玻璃毛细管柱和填充预柱各一根、阀和FID各一个组成。采用一次进样、外标法定量,约30分钟即可完成测定裂化气中低至0.5ppm含量的痕量C_2～C_4炔和二烯。方法适用围范至少是0.5ppm～1%。当样品含量为1～5 ppm时,相对标准偏差小于50%。     

气相毛细管柱切割-反吹技术及归一化法分析汽油中的芳烃(英文)

 发展了一种采用毛细管气相柱切割 反吹技术分析汽油中芳烃的方法。利用强极性毛细管预柱将芳烃保留至n C10 的脂肪族化合物之后 ,并将其反吹到非极性毛细管柱中按沸点详细分离分析。该方法使预柱先流出的组分和分析柱流出的组分通过一个微型三通进入同一检测器中 ,因此可用归一化方法定量分析汽油中的芳烃。该方法可在 15min内完成汽油中苯至C10 芳烃的分析 ,结果的相对标准偏差 (RSD)≤ 3% ,切割误差为± 5s时分析结果的RSD≤ 4 %。     

GC-MS法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS),电子轰击离子化(EI)法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃的含量。超声波抽提气溶胶样品,用GC-MS的选择离子监测(SIM)方式测定EPA提出的优先监测的16种多环芳烃的含量。该法的检出限为0.167pg·m~(-3),PAHs的回收率为85.1％～110.5％,相对标准偏差为4.62％～19.4％。应用该法测定气溶胶中PAHs获得满意的结果。

Supercritical fluid chromatography of petroleum products using flameless sulfur chemiluminescence detection

Supercritical fluid chromatography using flameless sulfur chemiluminescence detection has been investigated for the analysis of sulfur compounds in petroleum products. The chromatography and detection system was easy to implement and exhibited good precision, linearity, selectivity, and sensitivity. A minimum detectable limit of 0.3 pg sulfur/s was obtained, and response to sulfur in different sulfur species was nearly equimolar.     

Chain and Ring Phosphorus Compounds—Analogies between Phosphorus and Carbon Chemistry

Up to about 15 years ago compounds with a skeleton of phosphorus chains or rings were regarded as “exotic” in the field of nonmetal chemistry. Aside from a number of examples of molecules with two P atoms directly bonded to each other and a few sporadically discovered monocyclic ring compounds, only solids of undefined composition and structure were known. Since then the state of our knowledge in this sector has made considerable progress: between PH₃ and its derivatives on the one hand, and the high-molecular modifications of elementary phosphorus on the other, an unexpected variety of well defined compounds have been discovered, showing many similarities to the analogous compounds of carbon. However, surprises can still occur even with “small” phosphorus-containing molecules, as shown by the likewise recently discovered field of phosphorus three-membered ring compounds.     

Liquid-liquid equilibria for mixtures of (ethylene carbonate + aromatic hydrocarbon + cyclohexane)

Liquid-liquid equilibrium data for mixtures of (ethylene carbonate + benzene + cyclohexane) at temperatures 303.15 and 313.15 K and (ethylene carbonate + BTX + cyclohexane) at temperature 313.15 K are reported, where the BTX is benzene, toluene and m-xylene. The compositions of liquid phases at equilibrium were determined by gas liquid chromatography. The selectivity factors and partition coefficients of ethylene carbonate for the extraction of benzene, toluene and m-xylene from (ethylene carbonate + BTX + cyclohexane) are calculated and presented. The obtained results are compared with the selectivity factors and partition coefficients of ethylene carbonate for the extraction of benzene from (ethylene carbonate + benzene + cyclohexane). The liquid-liquid equilibrium data were correlated with the UNIQUAC and NRTL activity coefficient models. The phase diagrams for the studied mixtures are presented and the correlated tie line results have been compared with the experimental data. The comparisons indicate the applicability of the UNIQUAC and NRTL activity coefficients model for liquid-liquid equilibrium calculations of the studied mixtures. The tie line data of the studied mixtures also were correlated using the Hand method.     

吸热碳氢燃料裂解镧改性混合型催化剂的研究

制备了吸热型碳氢燃料NNJ-150和镧离子交换改性的USY、ZSM-5分子重申及混合分子筛，考察了NNJ-150在USHY、HZSM-5和两者混合物以及镧改性单分子筛和混合分子筛催化剂上的裂解反应。结果表明，ZSM-5分子筛中添加镧，对NNJ-150的单分子裂解反应有明显影响；混合分子两种分子筛之间存在协同作用，低温（500℃）下，LaUSY LaZSM-5（75：25）混合分子筛对低碳烯烃的选择性较高（41.48％），催化剂寿命较长（35min以上），能有效提高吸热型碳氢燃料NNJ-150的吸热能效。
