A Novel Green Preparation of a, a''''-Bis (substituted benzylidene)-cycloalkanones Promoted by FeCl_3 6H-2O in Ionic Liquid

a, a'-Bis(substituted benzylidene)cycloalkanones were efficiently prepared from cycloalkanones and benzaldehydes in [bmim][BF4] by using iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as a catalyst. It is shown that [bmim][BF4] and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate can be quantitatively recovered and be reused effectively for many times. Compared with the known methods, this novel process has the advantage of being an envkonmentally benign process together with good yields and mild reaction conditions.     

甲基橙褪色动力学光度法测定槲皮素的研究

基于稀H2SO4介质中,槲皮素对KBrO3氧化甲基橙褪色反应的明显催化作用,建立了测定痕量槲皮素的动力学光度法。在选定的条件下,方法的线性范围为0~0.05 mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.52×106L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限为0.0012 mg/L。利用此法测定了银杏叶和中药制剂慢严舒柠中的槲皮素,加标回收率为95%~106.7%,相对标准偏差小于3.3%。     

Synthesis and structure of anhydrodimers of salicylaldehydes

Anhydrodimers have been synthesized by reactions of salicylaldehyde and 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde with SOCl₂ or PCl₅. A mechanism of condensation has been proposed, and the molecular structure of dibenzo-2,6,9-trioxabicyclo[3.3.1]nona-3,7-diene has been determined by X-ray structural analysis.Deceased.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 三氯化镱催化丙烯酸酯与呋喃成环反应的研究

D iels-A lder反应具有立体专一性和很好的区域选择性,已被大量应用于天然有机化合物、香料、药物等的合成中。一般说来,D iels-A lder反应在加热条件下即能发生,但加热往往导致反应的区域选择性和立体专一性下降,而研究表明,路易斯酸催化下的D iels-A lder反应在不同程度上表现出或反应速度加快,或产率提高,或条件温和,尤其是区域选择性和立体专一性得到提高等良好特性。呋喃类化合物由于呋喃环所具有的芳香性而较难与一般的亲双烯发生D iels-A lder反应。如呋喃和丙烯酸甲酯在加热条件下反应2~3个月,产率只能达到50%,且反应温度的提高…     

三氯化钛存在下碘酸钾滴定法测定锡

提出了采用铝加铁混合还原剂还原,三氯化钛存在下碘酸钾滴定法测定锡的绝对测量方法,研究了三氯化钛抑制氧的作用效果及作用机理。应用于巴氏合金中锡含量的测定,方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠。     

1β—Methyl Carbapenem中间体的合成

综述了１β－Ｍｅｔｈｙｌ Ｃａｒｂａｐｅｎｅｍ中间体的合成方法，重点强调了如何构筑１位β构型的甲基。参考文献３７篇。     

钴（Ⅱ）与2,2’-联吡啶-1,1’-二氧化物的多核配合物的合成和性质

以无水CoCl2和2,2’-联吡啶-1,1’-二氧化物为原料,在DMF溶剂中合成了一种多核配合物.经元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱和摩尔电导等方法测得它的组成为[Co3(bipyO2)4Cl4]Cl2,并对该配合物的气敏特性进行了研究. 结果表明, 该配合物对氨气有良好的敏感性和选择性.由它制作的传感器可望用于涉氨化工生产中氨浓度的自动测量和控制.     

2，6－二氨基吡啶与苦基氯的反应历程研究

对２，６－二氨基吡啶与苦基氯的反应历程进行了研究。通过二氨基吡啶与几种多硝基卤代苯的反应、溶剂效应、ＮａＦ的促进作用和紫外光谱吸收，证实该反应属于芳香族亲核取代反应类型，按加成－消除历程进行，反应过渡态涉及一个Ｍｃｉｓｅｎｈｅｉｍｅｒ络合物。     

Analysis of citrates and benzoates used in poly(vinyl chloride) by supercritical fluid extraction and gas chromatography

Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) has been demonstrated to be a useful tool in the determination of additives in polymeric materials. This paper describes the determination of some citrates and benzoates in poly(vinyl chloride) blended with 33–34% of plasticizer using off-line SFE followed by gas chromatography. Experimental factors affecting SFE have been studied by gravimetric analysis, followed by analysis of the extracts using a gas chromatograph equipped with a flame ionization detector. The extraction process is governed by the solubility of the plasticizers in the supercritical fluid or by their diffusion through the polymer matrix, which depend on the pressure and temperature used. Maximum extraction (>99%) is obtained at pressures and temperatures higher than 40 MPa and 80 °C, respectively. Due to purge losses, the collection efficiency of plasticizers into a liquid solvent ranges from 85 to 90%. The applicability of the SFE method is demonstrated using real samples and comparing the results with those obtained by conventional Soxhlet extraction.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Metronidazole-derived Compound

A MET-OH derivative,MET-OTs 1,was designed,prepared and structurally charac-terized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray structure analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c,with a=16.1178(14),b=7.5473(6),c=13.4161(11),V= 1520.3(2)3,β=111.3210(10)o,Z=4,Dc=1.421 g/cm3 and F(000)=680.
