It is proposed that asymmetric syntheses be divided into enantioselective and diastereoselective syntheses. The enantioselective hydrogenations discussed in the present progress report were catalyzed by Raney nickel that had previously been treated with solutions of optically active compounds. 研究了笼形聚偕胺肟树脂(CAO)和酸式(ACAO)及碱式(BCAO)树脂对于苯酚、对-氨基酚、对-硝基酚、对-甲氨基酚和对-苯二酚的吸附和吸留作用,测定了酚处理树脂的中和当量。它反映了笼形树脂吸留外来物的特性。酚处理树脂有效地吸附Ag 、AuCl4-、PtCl62-、PdCl42-和IrCl62-等贵金属离子,吸附方式似乎与溶液的pH值有关。SEM观察表明,Ag 、Au-Cl4-和IrCl62-离子在吸附过程中被还原为零价态,在树脂表面生成形态各异的结晶。 相似文献

When ionic liquids (ILs) are employed as solvents for transition metal complex (TMC) catalyzed reductions, a second solvent can be added to increase the efficiency of the catalytic cycle and the solubility of the reactant in the IL phase. Two industrially relevant asymmetric hydrogenations, the enantioselective reductions of methyl 2-acetamidoacrylate with Rh-EtDuPHOS and methyl acetoacetate with Ru-BINAP, were performed in different catalytic systems including 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate/ tetrafluoroborate as ILs. Product separation and TMC recycling was performed by extracting the product from the reaction mixture. This can be accomplished by cooling the system, by adding an excess of the second solvent or by adding a third solvent. A high solubility of the second solvent in the IL catalytic phase favors the reaction activity, but can induce leaching of the IL and TMC. 相似文献

1,2-Bis(2,5-diphenylphospholano)methane (Ph-BPM) has been prepared in good yield from 2,5-trans-diphenylphospholane-borane adduct. Rhodium and ruthenium complexes of this ligand have been prepared and their usefulness in asymmetric hydrogenation has been investigated. The effect of hydrothermal treatment on properties (crystallinity, porous structure, reducibility, acidity, basicity, and
catalytic activity and selectivity in toluene and ethanol total oxidation) of Ni—Al layered double hydroxide precursors and
related mixed oxides was examined. The hydrothermal treatment increased considerably both the content of crystalline phase
and LDH crystallite size. On the other hand, only a slight effect of the precursor hydrothermal treatment on crystallinity
of the related Ni—Al mixed oxides obtained by calcination at 450°C was observed. The reducibility of NiO particles appeared
to be hindered considerably compared to the reducibility of pure NiO. Catalytic activity of the Ni—Al mixed oxides prepared
from the precursors hydrothermally treated for a short time (4 h) was the highest. The highest amount of acetaldehyde formed
during the total oxidation of ethanol, i.e. the worst selectivity was found for the calcined Ni—Al LDH without hydrothermal treatment.
