Formation of a concentrated solid/liquid suspension, as an industrial intermediate, is often necessary in many industrial manufacturing processes, particularly for paints, paper coating, ceramics, catalysts, etc. Polysaccharides have been widely used for the control of the stability of suspensions. In this paper, various rheological parameters; such as viscosity—shear rate, shear stress—shear rate, storage and loss modulus frequency at various temperatures, and strain stress; have been measured for different compositions of silica powder in water with 0.3 wt% tragacanth gum as a phase stabilizer.  相似文献

采用高频炉快速热解装置研究油浆的高温快速热解特性,考察了热解温度、氮气流量对气固相产物的组成和产率的影响。温度是影响气相产物产率的关键因素,气相产物主要为甲烷、氢气和乙烯,升高温度可提高甲烷和氢气的产率,而乙烯产率受高温下二次反应的影响在800℃到达最大值后逐渐降低,乙烷、丙烯产率较小且受二次反应的影响在700℃到达最大值后逐渐降低,温度高于800℃时会有少量乙炔生成且升温可提高乙炔产率。增加氮气流量可降低甲烷、氢气分压,缩短乙烯、丙烯等在高温区的停留时间,从而增加气相产物的产率。积炭产率随热解温度升高迅速增加,氮气流量的增加能够削弱二次反应从而降低积炭产率。  相似文献

Jatropa curcas Linn. (JcL) capsule husk was not recommended as biogas feedstocks. However for biorefinery purpose, several technologies have been conducting to solve this problem. This research reported quantity and quality comparison of Dry Husk Jcl (DH-JcL) in one phase system of batch digester compare with semi continuous digester. HDPE drum of 80 L working volume used as digester with 40 days hydraulic retention time. Feeding of DH-Jcl and solvent water was mixed on concentration of 1: 8. Research conclusion showed that semi continuous digester was better than batch digester. Biogas quality showed that methane content can reach 66.61% to 83.15% and biogas quantity in semi continuous digester can reach 0.016 m3 · kg–1 DH JcL. The result was not in optimize condition yet because ratio number of volatile fatty acids/ alkalinity showed 0.5, it was indicated unstable anaerobic degradation process of DH-JcL.  相似文献

In this paper, we evaluated the particle dispersion degree of alumina slurry containing a dispersant by solvent nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) relaxation and compared it with conventional dispersion evaluation methods such as viscosity, particle size, and sedimentation height measurements. The dispersion of slurry was evaluated via numerical analysis of the transverse relaxation time (T2). The effect of the changes in different parameters of the experiment in terms of milling time, solid loading, and dispersant amount was investigated by NMR relaxation as well as conventional methods. The results of NMR relaxation measurements revealed that T2 correlates well with other dispersion evaluation methods; thus, it is an efficient technique to evaluate the dispersion of alumina slurry, specifically, when studying the effect of the change in milling time and dispersion amount.  相似文献

采用连续共沉淀和喷雾干燥成型相结合的方法,制备了实验室级和放大级微球状费托(FT)合成Fe/Cu/K/SiO2催化剂.实验室级催化剂的颗粒尺寸为5~15μm,放大级催化剂的颗粒尺寸为40~60μm.利用低温N2物理吸附、H2程序升温还原、CO2程序升温脱附、穆斯堡尔谱和X射线衍射等表征手段考察了催化剂的织构性质、还原行为、碳化行为及物相变化.结果表明,与实验室级催化剂相比,放大级催化剂具有较大的晶粒尺寸和孔径、较小的比表面积和较弱的表面碱性,催化剂的还原和碳化受到抑制.浆态床FT合成反应及扫描电子显微镜结果表明,放大级催化剂经诱导期达到稳定状态后,转化率可达到实验室级催化剂的水平,且具有很高的稳定性、重质烃选择性及抗磨损性.  相似文献

在反应温度260 ℃、压力5.0 MPa的条件下,对浆态床反应器中二甲醚合成复合催化剂的失活规律进行了研究.结果表明,Cu基催化剂失活较快是导致浆态床二甲醚合成催化剂不稳定的主要原因.通过分析Cu基催化剂在浆态床反应器和固定床反应器中的活性变化规律,发现在浆态床反应器中不能及时导出反应体系的H2O对催化剂的毒副作用导致了浆态床Cu基催化剂快速失活.对失活催化剂进行的TPR、XRD和SEM-EDS表征结果可以看出,Cu粒子的长大和积炭是Cu基催化剂失活的重要原因,与已有文献报道不同的是并未发现明显的Cu元素流失.  相似文献

The traceable and accurate measurement of biogas impurities is essential in order to robustly assess compliance with the specifications for biomethane being developed by CEN/TC408. An essential part of any procedure aiming to determinate the content of impurities is the sampling and the transfer of the sample to the laboratory. Key issues are the suitability of the sample container and minimising the losses of impurities during the sampling and analysis process. In this paper, we review the state-of-the-art in biogas sampling with the focus on trace impurities. Most of the vessel suitability studies reviewed focused on raw biogas. Many parameters need to be studied when assessing the suitability of vessels for sampling and storage, among them, permeation through the walls, leaks through the valves or physical leaks, sorption losses and adsorption effects to the vessel walls, chemical reactions and the expected initial concentration level. The majority of these studies looked at siloxanes, for which sampling bags, canisters, impingers and sorbents have been reported to be fit-for-purpose in most cases, albeit with some limitations. We conclude that the optimum method requires a combination of different vessels to cover the wide range of impurities commonly found in biogas, which have a wide range of boiling points, polarities, water solubilities, and reactivities. The effects from all the parts of the sampling line must be considered and precautions must be undertaken to minimize these effects. More practical suitability tests, preferably using traceable reference gas mixtures, are needed to understand the influence of the containers and the sampling line on sample properties and to reduce the uncertainty of the measurement.  相似文献

中国不同变质程度煤制备水煤浆的性质研究   总被引:12,自引:7,他引:5  
在相同的制浆条件下,以中国煤种资源数据库为依据,考察了24种不同地区、不同变质程度煤制备成水煤浆的成浆性、流变性及静态稳定性。结果表明,山西阳泉、山东淄博石谷、河北下花园等煤种适宜制浆,这些煤的浆体质量分数均可达到66%以上,浆体呈假塑性流体,且煤浆产生软沉淀的静态稳定性均在15 d以上;山西潞安石圪节、安徽淮南、淮北石台等煤成浆性较好,稳定性在7 d左右,浆体呈胀塑性流体;山东枣庄八一、甘肃靖远红会、河南鹤壁等煤可达到较高的煤浆质量分数,浆体流变性及稳定性均较差,其他的煤则不适宜用于制备水煤浆。  相似文献

采用连续搅拌釜式反应器,在接近F-T合成实际工况下考察了工业固定床Fe-Cu-K催化剂浆态床F-T合成反应性能,研究反应温度、压力、原料气空速和氢碳摩尔比等操作参数对催化剂反应活性、产物选择性和稳定性的影响,实验总运转时间达2 500 h;同时采用扫描电镜技术(SEM)对催化剂的抗磨损性能进行了研究,结果表明,操作参数对催化剂的活性、选择性和目标产物产率有较大的影响,工业固定床Fe-Cu-K催化剂具有一定的抗磨损性能,F-T合成烃产物分布合理;催化剂具有较高的稳定性,在589 h的稳定条件运行内,催化剂的失活速率为0.23%/d(以CO转化率的降低计);在整个运行期间CH4选择性维持在较低的水平。  相似文献
