用平衡透析法和分光光度法研究了 2 (8 羟基喹啉 5 磺酸 7 偶氮 ) 1,8 二羟基 3,6 萘二磺酸与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)在酸性溶液中的结合反应 ,认为 8Q5SAC与BSA之间的结合力是以静电引力为主的非共键作用力 ,并探讨了其结合模型。在 2 98K下 ,测得这一反应的最大结合数为 35~ 40 ,结合常数为 6 .1× 10 5L mol。还研究了溶液基本条件如酸度和离子强度等对 8Q5SAC与牛血清白蛋白分子复合物形成的影响 ,在pH =3.34条件下 ,标准工作曲线的线性范围为 0 .2 0~ 46 .90mg L。  相似文献

Based on a partitioning of the total correlation energy into contributions from parallel‐ and antiparallel‐spin pairs of electrons, a modified third‐order Møller–Plesset (MP) perturbation theory is developed. The method, termed SCS–MP3 (SCS for spin‐component‐scaled) continues previous work on an improved version of MP2 (S. Grimme, J Chem Phys 2003, 118, 9095). A benchmark set of 32 isogyric reaction energies, 11 atomization energies, and 11 stretched geometries is used to assess to performance of the model in comparison to the standard quantum chemical approaches MP2, MP3, and QCISD(T). It is found, that the new method performs significantly better than usual MP2/MP3 and even outperforms the more costly QCISD method. Opposite to the usual MP series, the SCS third‐order correction uniformly improves the results. Dramatic enhancements are especially observed for the more difficult atomization energies, some of the stretched geometries, and reaction and ionization energies involving transition metal compounds where the method seems to be competitive or even superior to the widely used density functional approaches. Further tests performed for other complex systems (biradicals, C20 isomers, transition states) demonstrate that the SCS–MP3 model yields often results of QCISD(T) accuracy. The uniformity with which the new approach improves for very different correlation problems indicates significant robustness, and suggests it as a valuable quantum chemical method of general use. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The reaction of 2,5-diamino-4-benzylamino-pyrimidin-6(III)-one (6) with benzoyl isothiocyanate furnished 2-amino-4-benzylamino-5-[1-(3-benzoylthioureido)]-pyrimidin-6(1H)-one (7) in good yield. The title compound I was synthesized from compound 7 via a cyclodesulfurative reaction with DCC in DMF at 80°C directly to form 8-benzoylamino-9-benzylguanine (9) which was subsequently treated with 1 N sodium hydroxide.  相似文献

Summary A method is described for the determination of nitrated polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (nitro-PAHs), in particular 1-nitropyrene, in diesel particulate extracts. The method employs a multidimensional HPLC (column switching) technique with final on-line peak identification by UV-VIS spectral comparison with standards. To achieve exceptional chromatographic selectivity for nitro-PAHs, a new pyrene butyric acid amide phase has been prepared which is capable of forming donor-acceptor complexes with them. With this technique it is possible to confirm the presence of 1-nitropyrene in the range 3–100 ng/mg on filter-collected diesel soot. Its utility was demonstrated with diesel exhaust extracts spiked with varying levels of 1-nitropyrene and proved to be highly selective.Parts of this work have been presented at the 15th International Symposium on Chromatography, Nürnberg, October 1984.Dedicated to Prof. J. The infrared and electronic excitation spectra of a series of new nickel(II) chelates containing an-diimine (or nitrogenous base, enR) and the anion of a-dione (1,3-ketoenol or 1,3-ketoester,H) were obtained in the solid state and in solution. The composition and the overall structure of the new chelates in the solid state depends on ligand concentration, the substituents within the-dionato moiety and the counterion present. The IR and electronic excitation spectra of [Ni(enR)2 ]NO3 and [Ni(enR)(O2NO)] indicate, in conjunction with other physicochemical measurements, bidentate coordination of the ligands, while the spectral shifts reveal replacement of the (O,O)nitrato group by basic solvents. The existence of the nickel(II) in an octahedral environment is confirmed by an X-ray structure analysis of [Ni(dpamH)2acac]NO3 · CH3OH (monoclinic, space groupP2l/n, a=17.296(1),b=7.462(1),c=21.604(3) å,=95.65(1),Z=4, R=0.0534,Rw=0.0600), where dpamH denotes the 2,2-dipyridylamine.  相似文献

在 p H 8.5的 Na2 B4 O7- HCl介质及有氯化十六烷基吡啶 ( CPC)存在时 ,室温下铜 ( )与 5 - ( 4 -氯苯基偶氮 ) - 8-苯基磺酰氨基喹啉 ( CPBSQ)迅速反应 ,生成络合比为 1∶ 3的有色络合物。研究了反应的最佳条件 ,建立了一个测定 Cu( )的光度分析新方法。Cu( )的浓度在 0~ 1 4.0 μg/2 5 m L 范围内符合比耳定律 ,其摩尔吸光系数为 8.1 2× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1。方法用于面粉、茶叶及奶粉中铜的测定 ,其相对标准偏差为 0 .5 8%~ 1 .2 % ,标准加入回收率为 95 .5 %~ 1 0 4 .5 %。  相似文献

LaCoO3 perovskite was prepared at 700°C using citrate precursors. The product was then characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS). The powder XRD pattern indicates rhombohedral or its monoclinic I2/a subgroup symmetry. The electronic configuration and the short-range atomic structure of the LaCoO3 perovskite at room temperature were investigated using synchrotron near-edge X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XANES) and extended X-ray absorption spectroscopy (EXAFS). From the XANES region of the XAS we conclude that Co(III) is at least partly in its intermediate- or high-spin state, which is in accordance with most of the published literature on LaCoO3 perovskite. The EXAFS region of the LaCoO3 perovskite spectrum, which up to now was almost not investigated, was simulated satisfactorily for the first two radial structure peaks in terms of the dominant scattering contributions generated with the FEFF8 code and the structural information available from crystallographic data. The best simulation results were obtained with I2/a symmetry. The obtained amplitude reduction factor, zero-energy shift and Debye-Waller factors are useful reference values for data analyses of similar compounds like partly substituted LaCoO3 perovskite, such as La1−xCaxCoO3 or La1−xSrxCoO3, which are materials of technical interest in catalyst and other applications.  相似文献
