Dissociative Chemisorption of an H2（v,j） Molecule on Rigid Ni （100） Surface： Dependence on Surface Topologies and Initial Rovibrational States of the Molecules

The H2(v,j) Ni(100) collision system has been studied to understand the effects of the surface sites and initial rovibrational states of the molecule on molecule-surface interactions, by a quasiclassical molecular dynamic simulation method. Dissociative adsorption of an H2 molecule on the rigid Ni(100) surface is investigated at topologically different three sites of the surface. Interaction between the molecule and Ni surface was described by a London-Eyring-Polani-Sato (LEPS) potential. Dissociative chemisorption probabilities of the H2(v, j) molecule on various sites of the surface are presented as a function of the translation energies between 0.001-1.0eV. The probabilities obtained at each collision site have unique behaviour. At lower collision energies, indirect processes enhance the reactivity, effects of the rotational excitations and impact sites on the reactivity are more pronounced. The results are compared with the available studies. The physical mechanisms underlying the results and quantum effects are discussed.     

Giant Magneto-Impedance of Co50Ni22Ga28 Alloy with High Chemical Ordering

The microstructure of CosoNi22Ga28 ribbon with the L10 structure is examined. The band-like morphology is observed. These bands with the width in a range of 40-200 nm appear along the transverse direction of the ribbon. The giant magnetoimpedance （GMI） effect in this alloy is measured. The results show that Co5oNi22Ga28 exhibits a sharp peak of the GAI effect. The maximum GAH ratio up to 360% is detected. The GMI effect measured versus temperature shows large jumps of the magnetoimpedance amplitude at the reversal martensitic transformation temperature 240℃ and Curie temperature 375℃C respectively. The jump ratios of the magnetoimpedance amplitude examined at these temperatures are about 5 and 10, respectively.     

快冷Fe_(71)Al_(29)合金中的两个内耗峰

用一个计算机控制的倒扭摆研究了快冷Fe71 Al2 9合金中的两个内耗峰 .在快冷的Fe71 Al2 9样品中分别在 180℃(P1 ) ,340℃ (P2 )和 5 10℃ (P3)出现了内耗峰 ,而在慢冷的Fe71 Al2 9样品中只发现了P3峰 .快冷样品中的P1 和P2峰在从 6 5 0℃冷却下来的测量过程中或在 35 0℃经过较长时间的时效后消失 ,其峰高随时效时间的增加而下降 ,直至消失 .P1 和P2 峰都有弛豫特征 ,它们的激活能分别为 :H1 =1.0 3± 0 .0 8eV(P1 峰 ) ;H2 =1.6 4± 0 .0 5eV(P2 峰 ) .P1 峰被认为是无序合金中Al原子在四面体点阵内的最近邻运动所引起 ,P2 峰则是无序合金中Al原子在四面体点阵内的次近邻运动所引起

 信息化时代随着计算机技术的普及来到我们面前,其突出表现是信息总量和信息交换的剧增,因此,发展海量存储技术日趋重要。随着信息及计算机技术的不断发展,对其作为主要工具的记录媒体的需求越来越大,要求越来越高。记录媒体中大多数磁盘、磁光盘、光盘是以相关靶材磁控溅射而成的,因此,为满足信息记录媒体的高密度化、小型化和低价格化,需要对其相关靶材的成分、制造工艺、性能和溅射工艺做进一步研究。目前,随着新材料的开发和记录媒体的发展,磁光盘、光盘用靶材市场在不断增长。尤其近几年CD、VCD、DVD市场的迅速扩大,其相关靶材的前景也日益被看好。

高应变率下U-Nb合金的断裂组织特征

利用内部爆炸加载方法对U-Nb合金进行爆破试验，对爆破试验产生的破片进行回收，并对U-Nb合金破片进行一些微观检测分析，从而初步研究在爆炸加载下U-Nb合金的微观断裂机制。     

Compression Behaviour of Ni77P23 Amorphous Alloy up to 30.5 GPa

The compression behaviour of Ni77P23 amorphous alloy is investigated at room temperature in a diamond-anvil cell instrument using in-situ high pressure energy dispersive x-ray diffraction with a synchrotron radiation source. The equation of state is determined by fitting the experimental data according to the Birch-Murnaghan equation. It is found that the structure of Ni77P23 amorphous alloy is stable under pressures up to 30.5 GPa. Within the pressure range from zero to the experimental one, the pressure-induced structural relaxation is reversible.     

镍中氢与缺陷互作用的正电子寿命和多普勒展宽研究

采用正电子寿命和多普勒展宽技术研究了退火、回复及冷轧镍中氢与缺陷的互作用．结果表明：冷轧镍充氢后正电子平均寿命和多普勒展宽S参数上升，并且寿命谱的两成分拟合出现一个390ps的长寿命分量；而退火及回复镍充氢后正电子平均寿命和多普勒展宽S参数均不改变．因此认为冷轧镍充氢后正电子参数（平均寿命和S参数）的上升取决于氢和空位的互作用，与氢和位错的互作用无关；氢空位对也可以作为聚集空位的核心 关键词：     

Ni-Si多层膜中固态非晶化反应的热力学与动力学过程

研究了Ni/非晶Si(a-Si)多层组分调制膜(ML)中界面上的固相反应。根据计算的亚稳自由能图,对界面上固相反应形成非晶态进行了热力学与动力学的分析。提出了Ni/a-Si多层膜中的固相反应的动力学模型。 关键词：
