四唑及其衍生物的理论研究（6）

对7个肼基四唑衍生物进行了HF／6－31G水平的几何构型全优化及MP2／6－31G／／HF／6－31G水平的总能量计算．结果表明，四唑环基本上取平面构型，肼基不与环共面．键长与重叠布居之间不存在平行关系．环上N1和N4原子荷负电多、利于质子化．1H．肼基四唑的HOMO－LUMO能级差（△E）较2H式的大，中性分子的△E教相应的负离子的大．还计算研究了7个标题物的红外光谱并由此求得了它们的热力学性质．     

POLYMERIZATION OF A NEW SUBSTITUTED ACETYLENE BEARING A FURAN RING WITH PALLADIUM ACETYLIDE CATALYSTS

A substituted polyacetylene bearing a furan ring, poly(2-propynyl 2-furoate) (PPF), was synthesized for the first time with palladium acetylide complex catalysts in CHCl3 at 60℃ to give a soluble and stable polymer with a yield of ca.75%. Some features for polymerization of 2-propynyl 2-furoate are described and discussed. The resulting polymer was characterized by IR, GPC and ^1H-NMR analysis.     

不同垃圾焚烧炉排放的PM10 中多环芳烃的研究

对大气可吸入颗粒物采样器进行改装，建立了垃圾焚烧炉烟气中PM10采样系统，并采集了三家垃圾发电厂焚烧炉排放烟气中的可吸入颗粒物。利用GC-MS对可吸入颗粒物中的16种多环芳烃进行定量研究，获得了多环芳烃的质量分数和浓度，并对不同环数的芳烃进行了比较，分析了不同样品中的多环芳烃的毒性参数。结果表明，颗粒物中的多环芳烃主要集中在4环、5环和6环，3环和2环所占比例较少；与燃煤电厂相比，垃圾焚烧发电厂排放的烟气中多环芳烃的浓度和毒性参数更高。

果蝇 ( Tephritidae)对水果生产有严重的危害 .热带果蝇寿命较长 ,具有很强的迁徙能力和繁殖能力 .因此开展果蝇生物防治和控制措施的相关研究具有重要的意义 [1,2 ] .Baker等 [3]发现性成熟的雌B.dorsalis果蝇 ,性腺分泌物中包含有螺环缩酮化合物 2 ,8-二甲基 - 1 ,7-二氧杂螺 [5 ,5 ]十一烷 ( 1 ) .Bactrocera Latifrons( Hendel)果蝇的雄性腺体分泌物中也存在螺环缩酮 1 [4 ] ,另外在 rove甲虫腹梢分泌物中也分离出 1 [5] ,螺环缩酮不仅作为性信息素组分存在于许多果蝇腺体中 ,而且作为结构单元存在于许多复杂的有强烈生理活性的天然…     

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of [Mn（sapn）（H2O）2]Br

贫电子环丙烷衍生物与胂叶立德的反应研究

The reaction of electron-deficient cyclopropane derivatives, cis-1-methoxycarbonyl-2-aryl-6,6-dimethyl-5,7dioxospiro[2,5]octa-4,8-diones with benzoylmethylenetriphenylarsorane (2) and methoxycarbonylmethylenetriphenylarsorane (4) was found to form cis,trans-l-methoxycarbonyl-2-aryl-3-benzoyl-7,7-dimethyl-6,8-dioxospiro[3,5]nona-5,9-dione (3a-3e) and trans,cis,trans-5-[2‘-methoxycarbonyl-2‘-(triphenylarsoranylidene)acetyl]-6oxo-3-aryl-tetrahydro-pyran-2,4-dicarboxylic acid dimethyl esters (5a-5c) respectively with high stereoselectivity. The possible reaction mechanisms for the formation of the different products were also orooosed.     

胆甾-4α-甲基-8-烯-3β，7α-二醇二乙酸酯的结构与性质研究

Lophenol, cholest-4α-methyl-7-en-3β-ol (1), obtained from Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen, was structurally modified. It was acetylated to protect 3β-hydroxyl group, and then oxidised by selenium dioxide in acetic acid to give cholest-4a-methyl-8-en-3β, Ta-diol diacetate (3). This compound 3 is unstable in chloroform solution or when heated and easily converted to a diene compound, cholest-4a-methyl-7,14-dien-3β-ol acetate (4). The structures of 3 and 4 were elucidated by means of IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and MS, and the absolute configuration of 3 was established by X-ray crystallography. The property of 3 was also discussed in this paper. Both 3 and 4 are new compounds and were reported for the first time.     

Synthesis of an optically active intermediate for A-ring of 19-nor- 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3

An optically active intermediate 5 for A-ring of 19-nor-1a,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 2 has been synthesized in five steps, starting from readily available, inexpensive D( )-xylose 6 with good yield.     

羧酸铜与单螺旋吡啶胺配体自组装的两种新型超分子配合物

Two novel supramolecular complexes [Cu（bpapa）（dhbd）]·CHaOH （1） and [Cu（bpapa）（ma）]·ma （2） （bpapa= bis[6-（2-pyridylamino）pyrid-2-yl]amine, dhbd=2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate dianion, ma=a-methacrylate） were rationally designed, synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, electronic spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analyses. Complex 1 was the first oligo-a-pyfidylamino complex based on hydroxypolycarboxylate and self-assembled into a 3D honeycomb configuration network with open channels and tubes containing 1D ladder-shaped double chains formed by hydrogen bonds and aromatic π-π stacking interactions. Complex 2 constructed a 2D supramolecular network extended by 1D chains from dimeric supramolecular synthon through noncovalent supramolecular interactions. In the two complexes, the chelating monohelical ligand adopted all-anti configuration. Density functional theory calculations were applied to 1 and 2.
