Dynamics about Neural Array with Simple Lateral Inhibitory Connections

Lateral inhibitory effect is a well-known feature of information processing in neural systems. This paper presents a neural array model with simple lateral inhibitory connections. After detailed examining into the dynamics of this kind of neural array, the author gives the sufficient conditions under which the outputs of the network will tend to a special stable pattern called spatial sparse pattern in which if the output of a neuron is 1, then the outputs of the neurons in its neighborhood are 0. This ability called spatial sparse coding plays an important role in self-coding, self-organization and associative memory for patterns and pattern sequences. The main conclusions about the dynamics of this kind of neural array which is related to spatial sparse coding are introduced.

单晶铜纳米线的形变行为对温度和速率的依赖关系

本文采用分子动力学模拟的方法,分别考察了应变速率为0.02%·ps-1,0.2%·ps-1和2%·ps-1,温度为100,300和600 K下的[100]单晶铜纳米线的单轴拉伸形变行为。通过纳米线在形变过程中的原子排布,机械性质,径向分布函数和能量曲线分析,可得出纳米线的低速,中速,快速拉伸形变分别对应于原子的平衡态,准平衡态和非平衡态运动;纳米线的低温,常温,高温拉伸形变分别对应于原子的结晶态,局域无序和非晶态的运动。

聚己内酯-环糊精包合物对聚己内酯结晶行为的影响

采用溶液共混的方法制备了α-环糊精(α-CD)和聚己内酯(PCL)的包合物PCLIC,用X射线衍射和红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并研究了α-CD、β-CD和PCLC对PCL结晶行为的影响,结果表明线性PCL穿入α-环糊精分子内腔形成了隧道状晶体结构,而且PCLIC对PCL具有明显的异相成核作用,其成核效率比α-CD和β-CD高.

Isolation, Crystal Structure and Inhibitory Activity against Magnaporthe Grisea of （2R,3R）-3,5,7-trihydroxyflavanone 3-Acetate from Myoporum Bontioides A. Gray

The title compound, (2R,3R)-3,5,7-trihydroxyflavanone 3-acetate, is a flavanonol derivative which was first isolated from Myoporum bontioides A. Gray and characterized by MS, NMR and CD spectra. In addition, the structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic lattice, space group P21 with a = 10.686(3), b = 6.862(2), c = 11.267(3) , β = 107.46(1), V = 788.3(4) 3, Z = 2, C17H16O7, Mr = 332.30, Dc = 1.400 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.110 mm-1, F(000) = 348, the final R = 0.0283 and wR = 0.0826 for 3428 independent reflections (Rint = 0.017) and 1500 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). The structure consists of one flavone and one water molecule. The flavone molecules form a 1D column by the p…π stacking interactions and C–H…O hydrogen bonds. The weak intermolecular/intermolecular O–H…O hydrogen bonds observed in the crystal give further rise to a complicated network structure. Primary bioassay showed that the title compound has high inhibitory activity against Magnaporthe grisea with the EC50 values of 199.41 μg/mL.
