Global Existence and Nonexistence for a Strongly Coupled Parabolic System with Nonlinear Boundary Conditions

This paper deals with the strongly coupled parabolic system ut = v^m△u, vt = u^n△v, （x, t） ∈Ω × （0,T） subject to nonlinear boundary conditions 偏du/偏dη = u^αv^p, 偏du/偏dη= u^qv^β, （x, t） ∈ 偏dΩ × （0, T）, where Ω 包含 RN is a bounded domain, m, n are positive constants and α,β, p, q are nonnegative constants. Global existence and nonexistence of the positive solution of the above problem are studied and a new criterion is established. It is proved that the positive solution of the above problem exists globally if and only if α 〈 1,β 〈 1 and （m ＋p）（n ＋ q） ≤ （1 - α）（1 -β）.

Effective Medium Model for Refractive Indices of Thin Films with Oblique Columnar Structure

The refractive indices of thin films, containing dielectric and voids in an oblique columnar structure, are modelled in the quasi-static limit. The dielectric function is shown to be strongly dependent on the angle of incidence and on the columnar orientation for p-polarized light. This model is applied to model ZnS thin films with oblique columnar structures and the computed results have been given.

七阶非线性色散方程初值问题解的局部和整体存在性

该文研究七阶非线性弱色散方程:∂u/∂t + au(∂u/∂x) +β(∂^3 u/∂x^3) +γ(∂^5 u/∂x^5) + μ(∂^7 u/∂x^7)=0, (x,t)∈R^2的初值问题,通过运用震荡积分衰减估计的最近结果, 首先对相应线性方程的基本解建立了几类Strichartz型估计. 其次, 应用这些估计证明了七阶非线性弱色散方程初值问题解的局部与整体存在性和唯一性. 结果表明, 当初值u_0(x)∈H^s(R), s≥2/13 时, 存在局部解; 当s≥1时, 存在整体解.     

[TPPFe(III)]~2O的合成及其对细胞色素P-450的模拟

TPPFe(III)Cl通过中性Al~2O~3色谱柱得到一个新化合物, 它在HPLC中的保留时间比TPPFe(III)Cl大得多, IR、UV-Vis和元素分析表明, 这个新化合物是[TPPFe(III)]~2O. 同TPPFe(III)Cl一样, 它具有在常温常压下催化碳氢化合物单充氧化的性质。[TPPFe(III)]~2O催化下PhIO氧化环己烷的反应, 在CH~2Cl~2和环己烷介质中, 氧化产率分别为14.97和62.6%, 高于TPPFe(III)Cl作催化剂时的产率。在环己烷溶剂中, 反应产率与反应时间呈线性关系, 且反应有大约3小时诱导期。但在CH~2Cl~2溶剂中不存在反应产物与时间的线性关系, 也不存在诱导期。与TPPFe(III)Cl比较,[TPPFe(III)]~2O对氧化剂更稳定。上述事实表明, [TPPFe(III)]~2O能够作为细胞色素P-450的模型化合物。
