类氢类氦类锂镁离子双电子复合的旁观电子角动量研究

类氢类氦类锂镁离子经中间双激发态进行的双电子复合过程在研究惯性约束聚变电子温度中占有很重要的地位.用准相对论方法计算了双电子复合经不同Rydberg态跃迁通道的复合速率系数,并给出不同离化度离子的双电子复合速率系数随电子温度的变化规律.显示出离子的相关能对峰值的电子温度有很大影响,当类氢离子跃迁通道的旁观电子角动量为1时双电子复合系数最大,而类锂离子是旁观电子角动量为3时最大. 关键词： 双电子复合 镁离子 角动量     

NO-2-I-体系双波长紫外分光光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根

在稀盐酸介质中,亚硝酸根氧化碘化钾的反应产物I-3在288nm和352nm处有两个强吸收峰.基于此建立了双波长紫外分光光度法测定痕量NO-2的新方法.该法简便、快速、选择性好,线性范围为0-0.4μg/mL,检出限为3.4×10-9g/mL.用于河水、井水、矿泉水中亚硝酸根的测定,结果令人满意.     

Au-Zn,TiPdAu电极对InGaAsP/InP双异质结发光管可靠性影响的研究

本文用AES研究了P-InP/TiPdAu热处理前后的界面特性,结果表明:TiPd层对Au的内扩散和In的扩散有阻挡作用。以TiPdAu作InGaAsP/InP双异质结发光管的p面电极、镀Au作热沉,采用In焊料,研究了器件的可靠性问题,在室温大气气氛中;70℃存储,70～80℃带电老化,三种条件下长时间考核结果表明:器件的I-V特性正常,末见正向压降明显变化。还比较了Au-Zn材料作p面电极用TiPdAu作肖脱基势垒限制层制成的器件和用TiPdAu作电极材料制成的深Zn扩散型器件在老化过程中的特性变化,后二种结构的器件,在长期老化过程中,有源区中有大面积DSD生长和增殖。     

Interferences in Photodetachment of a Negative Molecular Ion

The photodetachment of a negative molecular ion is studied theoretically using a two-center model. The detached electron wave function is obtained as a superposition of two coherent waves originating from each center. The photo-detached electron flux is evaluated on a screen placed at a large distance from the negative molecular ion. The electron flux on the screen displays strong interferences, the peak positions are related to the distance between the two centers in the negative molecular ion. We a/so obtained a simple analytical formula for the total photodetachment cross section. It approaches one and two times of the cross section for the one-center system in the high and lowphoton energy limits respectively.     

Entangled States Based on Two Coherent States 3π/2 out of Phase

Entangled states based on two coherent states 3π/2 out of phase with each other, i.e. ｜α〉 and e^iФ｜-iα〉, as well as on a special state with a relative phase Ф = ｜α｜^2, are constructed. By analysing the amount of entanglement it is evident that entangled states based on this special state can be used as an excellent resource for quantum teleportation. It is also revealed that these entangled states possess some nonclassical features.     

线阵CCD在双棱镜测光波波长中的应用

CCD是一种以电荷量表示光量的大小,用耦合方式传输电荷量的新型光电传感器件,其基本部分由MOS光敏元列阵和读出移位寄存器组成.具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、光谱响应范围宽、分辨率高、精度高、稳定性能良好等一系列优点,与计算机配合使用,使得由CCD采集到的大量数据的处理变得非常容易.对测量数据的处理可以经过存储、自动补偿和校正,最后打印输出,现今已在航天、遥感、军事设备、自动控制、雷达、医学、生物、化学、颜色测量等方面得到了广泛的应用[1].我们将其用在实验教学中,取得了很好的效果.     

Quantum Logic Network for Probabilistic Teleportation of Two-Particle State in a General Form

A simplification scheme of probabilistic teleportation of two-particle state in a general form is given.By means of the primitive operations consisting of single-qubit gates,two-qubit controlled-not gates,Von Neumann measure-ment and classically controlled operations,we construct and efficient quantum logical network for implementing the new scheme of probabilistic teleportation of a two-particle state in a general form.     

Chiral Parameter of Transparent Films Containing Polymer Cholesteric Liquid Crystal-R

The transparent film containing a kind of polymer cholesteric liquid crystal-R was fabricated by the freezing method. The optical polarization response of the film was investigated by a self-manufactured apparatus and its optical rotatory dispersion was measured by a novel technique at the wavelength from 35Onto to 66Onto.At various wavelengths, the chiral parameter of the film has been obtained. The results show that the chiral parameter decreases as the wavelength increases. The maximum and minimum chiral parameters are 0.0343 at the wavelength of 350 nm and 0.0058 at the wavelength of 660 nm, respectively. The obtained data indicate that this kind of polymer cholesteric liquid crystal-R is a promising candidate host material for solid optical chiral waveguides.     

反相薄层色谱法添加环糊精流动相分离d、l-色氨酸

研究了用β-环糊精(β-CD)作为流动相手性添加剂，在反相C18板上分离d、l-色氨酸对映体的薄层色谱法。该法不需将色氨酸进行衍生，流动相最佳组成配比为β-CD饱和溶液：甲酸t甲醇=9:2:1(V／V／V)，最佳分离温度为50℃。d、l-色氨酸对映体相对比移值α为1．35。     

双预脉冲驱动X射线激光实验研究

 在“星光-Ⅱ”激光装置上进行了双预脉冲驱动类氖铬X射线激光实验，介绍了实验方法和实验结果，并对结果进行了简短讨论。由于目前“星光”装置输出能量较低，所进行的双预脉冲驱动未能显著提高X射线激光强度，改变预脉冲幅度时X射线激光强度也未有显著变化。利用MED103程序进行了模拟计算，其结果与实验结果一致。
