Cu2(μ-dppb)2(μ-Cl)2的合成、晶体结构及非线性光学性质

The complex Cu₂(μ-dppb)₂(μ-Cl)₂ has been synthesized from the reaction of CuCl， dppb and (n-Bu)₄NCl. The crystal belongs to the triclinic with space group P1. The unit cell parameters are: a=9.939(4)?， b=10.083(6)?， c=14.104(5)?， α=76.46(3)°， β=71.02(2)°， γ=70.87(5)°. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that it has a bi-ring structure with a symmetry center at the middle of two Copper atoms. The outer ring is a 14-membered ring of Cu-dppb-Cu-dppb， and the inner ring is a 4-membered ring composed of two Cl^- and two Cu(Ⅰ). Investigation of third-order optical nonlinearity shows that it exhibits considerable nonlinear absorptive and self-defocusing effect with α₂=1.75×10^-13m·W^-1 and n₂=3.19×10^-18m²·W^-1. GC-MS法测定粮谷及油料中55种有机磷农药残留量

采用ASE-300快速溶剂萃取仪提取样品中农药残留量,提取液经二氯甲烷液-液分配、凝胶色谱柱（GPC）净化,固相萃取柱（活性炭）再净化,浓缩定容后,用气相色谱-质谱仪（GC-MS）测定,外标法定量.采用选择离子检测进行阳性确证.选择玉米、糙米、大豆、花生为实验样品、敌敌畏等55种农药添加水平在0.5～2.00 mg/kg时,该方法回收率为68%～117%;精密度为4.04%～11.76%;方法测定低限为0.005～0.100 mg/kg,各项指标均满足有关要求.     

碱性介质中二(碲酸根)合铜(Ⅲ)酸根氧化乙二醇一乙醚的反应动力学及机理

在碱性介质中用分光光度法研究了二过碲酸合铜(Ⅲ)配离子(DTC)氧化乙二醇一乙醚(EGE)的反应动力学及机理。反应速率表明:反应对DTC为准一级,对EGE为分数级;在保持准一级条件([EGE]》[DTC])下,表观速率常数随着OH^-浓度的增加而增大,随着TeO₄^2-浓度的增加而减小;有负的盐效应。据此提出了包括配离子和EGE形成络合物的前期平衡的反应机理,由假设反应机理推出的速率方程能很好的解释全部实验现象,进一步求得速控步的速率常数和活化

高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离三级四极杆质谱检测动物源食品中氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考残留量

建立了动物源产品中氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考残留量的高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离三级四极杆质谱(LC-ESI-MS/MS)的方法。前处理方法包括添加同位素内标氯霉素-d5,碱化乙酸乙酯提取,C18小柱净化。该方法采用负离子,多反应监测氯霉素四对离子(321.0/151.9,321.0/256.6,321.0/194.2,321.0/175.4),甲砜霉素两对离子(354.1/185.0,354.1/290.0),氟苯尼考两对离子(356.0/335.9,356.0/185.1)和同位素内标氯霉素-d5(326.0/157.1)。该方法线性范围为0.1~1.6μg/kg;对不同基质样品的加标回收率为80%~112.5%;相对标准偏差小于11%;方法的测定低限为0.1μg/kg。

粮谷和油籽中丰索磷残留量的气相色谱及气相色谱／质谱分析

介绍应用气相色谱和气相色谱－质谱法测定及确证粮谷和油籽中丰索磷的残留含量，试样采用水－丙酮提取，提取液经液－液分配后，再以弗罗里硅土柱净化，气相色谱，火焰光度检测器测定，外标法定量，并用气相色谱－质谱针对丰索磷的选择监测离子的种类和丰度比进行敢阳性确证。     

The regioselectivity of the formation of 2-pyrazolylthiazoles and their precursors from the reaction of 2-hydrazinothiazoles with 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-hetaryl-1,3-butanediones

Reaction of 2-hydrazinothiazoles 1 with 1-thienyl- and 1-furyl-1,3-butanediones 2a,b in methanol in the presence of hydrochloric acid mainly leads to a mixture of pyrazoles 3 and pyrazolines 4 or pyrazoles 3 and 5 in strong acidic conditions. Isomeric hydrazones 6 and pyrazolines 4 were formed and isolated in these reactions in the absence of hydrochloric acid. It has been shown that the regioselectivity in the reaction of diketones 2 with hydrazine 1 is governed by both the concentration of acid and the nature of substituents in the 1,3-diketones 2. Cyclization of hydrazones 6 is shown to occur under milder conditions than dehydration for pyrazolines 4. The new heterocyclic compounds were prepared and fully characterized by NMR spectra and by X-ray analysis for 3c.     

钴配合物的合成晶体结构及活性研究

The complex [Co₂Cl₂(EGTB)]·(ClO₄)₂·5H₂O was synthesized in methanol-aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group of P2₁/c. The cell parameters are a=1.42231(2)nm,b=2.53181(3)nm,c=1.43392(2)nm,β=102.0518(5)°, Z=4, F(000)=2360,D_c=1.508g·cm^-3, The final R=0.0788,wR₂=0.232, The catalytic rate constant of the dismutation of superoxide radicals has been obtained by means of photo reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT),and it is 1.875×10⁶mol^-1·L·s^-1.
