This article reports a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) strategy capable of label-free yet amplified in situ immunoassays for sensitive and specific detection of human IgG (hIgG), a serum marker that is important for the diagnosis of certain diseases. Primarily, a wavelength-modulated Kretschman configuration SPR analyzer was constructed, and Au film SPR biosensor chips were fabricated. Specifically, based on Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) adsorbed on the surface of the Au film, the AuNP/Au film was coated with polydopamine (PDA) to fix streptavidin (SA), and then the biotinylated antibodies were connected to the surface of the biosensor chip. The SPR analyzer was utilized for in situ real-time monitoring of hIgG. Due to the immunological recognition between the receptor and target, the surface plasmon waves produced by the attenuated total reflection were affected by the changes in the surface of the biosensor chip. The resonance wavelength (λR) of the output spectra gradually redshifted, and the redshift degrees were directly related to the target concentration. The biosensor can realize the in situ detection of hIgG, displaying satisfactory sensitivity, excellent specificity and stability. Briefly, by monitoring the shift in λR after specific binding, a new SPR immunoassay can be customized for label-free, in situ and amplified hIgG detection. The operating principle of this research could be extended as a common protocol for many other targets of interest.  相似文献

Phosphors with outstanding luminescence thermal stability are desirable for high-power phosphor-converted light-emitting diode (pc-LED) lightings. High structural rigidity and large bandgap of phosphor hosts are helpful to suppress nonradiative relaxation of optical centers and realize excellent thermal stability. Unfortunately, few host materials simultaneously possess aforementioned structural features. Herein, we confirm that Sr3(PO4)2 (SPO) phosphate possesses high structural rigidity (Debye temperature, ΘD = 559 K) and large bandgap (Eg = 8.313 eV) by density functional theory calculations. As expected, Eu2+-doped SPO purple-blue phosphors show extraordinary thermal stability. At 150/300 °C, SPO:5%Eu2+ presents emission loss of only 4%/8% and a predicated ultrahigh thermal quenching temperature of 973 °C. The most strikingly discoveries here are that thermal-induced emission compensation appears within two distinct Eu2+ sites of SPO host. The outstanding thermal stability, on one hand, is attributed to rigid structure and large bandgap of host that inhibits nonradiative relaxation of Eu2+ and on the other hand, the emission self-compensation of Eu2+. Benefiting from synergistic effect of emission compensation and nonradiative transition restriction of Eu2+, as-prepared SPO:5%Eu2+ purple-blue phosphor not only presents superior thermal stability but also high internal quantum efficiency of 95.1% and excellent hydrolysis resistant. Some advanced applications are explored including white LED lighting and wide-color-gamut display. Our work provides in-deep insights into structure-property relationships of thermally stable phosphors.  相似文献

In the study, the conductive graphite flakes filled poly(urethane-imide) composites (PUI/GFs) with high performance were constructed by the thermal imidization self-foaming reaction. It was found that the foaming action could promote the redistribution of GFs during curing process and the formation of stable linear conductive pathways. The percolation threshold of PUI/GFs composites was lowered from 1.26 wt% (2000 mesh GFs) or 0.86 wt% (1000 mesh GFs) to 0.79 wt% (500 mesh GFs), which were relatively low percolation thresholds for polymer/GFs composites so far. When the content of 500 mesh GFs was 4.0 wt%, the electrical conductivity of the composite was as high as 3.96 × 10?1 S/m. Also, a poly(urethane-imide) (PUI) matrix with excellent thermal stability (Td10%: 334.97 °C) and mechanical properties (elongation at break: 324.52%, tensile strength: 15.88 MPa) was obtained by introducing the rigid aromatic heterocycle into the polyurethane (PU) hard segments. Moreover, the zero temperature coefficient of resistivity for the composites was observed at the temperature range from 30 °C to 200 °C. Consequently, PUI/GFs composites may provide the novel strategy for considerable conductive materials with high thermal stability in electrical conductivity.  相似文献

The introduction of oxofluoride anion into anionic group assists to tune optical properties owing to the change of coordination,electronegativity,and according anionic framework.Here,we proposed a rational design of new compounds by fluorine-driven structure and optical property evolution.A new borophosphate Ba_2BP_3O_(11)with the monoclinic space group P2_1/c has been synthesized in the sealed system.Ba_2BP_3O_(11)exhibits a rare P–O–P bridge formation,which is the first example in alkaline-earth metal borophosphates.By further substituting[BO_4]~(3-)with[BO_3F]~(4-),the first alkaline-earth metal/lead fluoroborophosphates M_2BP_2O_8F (M=Ba and Pb) with the same space group were designed.Since the scissors effect of fluorine,in M_2BP_2O_8F (M=Ba and Pb),a BO_3F tetrahedron corner-sharing with three PO_4tetrahedra forms 1D chains along the b-axial direction,which are filled by MO_n(M=Ba/Pb,n=5,6,8) distorted polyhedra.The first principles calculation shows that the borophosphate Ba_2BP_3O_(11)has a birefringence about 0.013@1,064 nm,while the fluoroborophosphates M_2BP_2O_8F (M=Ba and Pb) have the values of 0.035 and 0.043@1,064 nm,respectively.Such an apparent enhancement in birefringence is derived from synergies of the oxyfluoride and cation.The introduction of fluorine-containing heteroanionic groups provides a feasible strategy to design novel promising optical materials.  相似文献

To explore the pathogenic mechanisms of MicroRNA (miRNA) on diverse diseases, many researchers have concentrated on discovering the potential associations between miRNA and disease using machine learning methods. However, the prediction accuracy of supervised machine learning methods is limited by lacking of experimentally-validated uncorrelated miRNA-disease pairs. Without these negative samples, training a highly accurate model is much more difficult. Different from traditional miRNA-disease prediction models using randomly selected unknown samples as negative training samples, we propose an ensemble learning framework to solve this positive-unlabeled (PU) learning problem. The framework incorporates two steps, i.e., a novel semi-supervised Kmeans (SS-Kmeans) to extract reliable negative samples from unknown miRNA-disease pairs and subagging method to generate diverse training sample sets to make full use of those reliable negative samples for ensemble learning. Combined with effective random vector functional link (RVFL) network as prediction model, the proposed framework showed superior prediction accuracy comparing with other popular approaches. A case study on lung and gastric neoplasms further confirms the framework’s efficacy at identifying miRNA disease associations.  相似文献

The relativistic problem of neutral fermions subject to PT-symmetric trigonometric potential (∼iαtanαx)(iαtanαx) in 1+11+1 dimensions is investigated. By using the basic concepts of the supersymmetric quantum mechanics formalism and the functional analysis method, we solve exactly the position-dependent effective mass Dirac equation with the vector coupling scheme and obtain the bound state solutions in closed form.
