Migration of 99Tc in a Weak Loess Aquifer: A Field Column Experiment

The migration of ⁹⁹Tc in a weak loess aquifer was investigated in-situ with undisturbed aquifer medium columns. The columns were obtained horizontally at a depth of 3236 m in an Underground Research Facility (URF). Quartz containing ³H (HTO) and ⁹⁹Tc (in the form of ⁹⁹TcO₄ ^-) was introduced into one end of the columns and the columns were covered tightly. Aquifer water was introduced into the columns directly from an experimental shaft in the UFR. Effluents from the columns were collected and the activity of ³H and ⁹⁹Tc were determined with a liquid scintillation analyzer. The breakthrough curves of ³H and ⁹⁹Tc indicate that ⁹⁹Tc migrates a little faster than that ³H does in the aquifer.     

Study on the supramolecular system of TAPP with cyclodextrins by polarography

The interaction of cyclodextrins with meso- Tetrakis (4-N-trimethylaminobenzyl) porphyrin (TAPP) in 0.1 mol l(-1) phosphate buffer (pH 7.0, 20 degrees C) has been studied by polarography. The TAPP can form the 1:1 inclusion complex with Sulfobutylether-beta-cyclodextrin (SBE-beta-CD) and1:2 inclusion complexes with other four cyclodextrins. A new expression, which is used to calculate the inclusion constant for1:2 inclusion complex by polarography, has been educed and testified firstly in this paper. Furthermore, the inclusion abilities of different kinds of cyclodextrins are compared. The result shows the inclusion ability of anionic cyclodextrin SBE-beta-CD with cationic porphyrin TAPP is very strong. It suggests that the charge attraction between CDs and TAPP plays an important role in the inclusion procedure except for the hydrophobic effect. The inclusion formation of anionic cyclodextrins with drugs can increase released rate of drugs at high pH; therefore, the suparmolecular data for the controlled release of the drugs that owned the similar properties as hematoporphyrin have been offered by polarography in this paper.     

Study on the reaction of triple helix poly(A:2I) with Cu~(2+)

The effect of Cu2+ on the triple-stranded helical structure of poly(A:2I) was studied by means of circular dichroism spectral method with the help of ultraviolet spectral and ethidium bromide fluorescence probe methods. It was found that Cu2+ destabilizes the structure of the triple helix poly(A:2I) and induces its structural transformations, meanwhile, the transformations can be partially reversed by a higher NaCl concentration. The structural transformations may be expressed by the following scheme: poly(A:2I) - poly(A:I) + poly(I)- poly(A) + 2poly(I)     

一种新的三维氨基酸描述子及其在肽类药物QSAR中的应用

从20种天然氨基酸197个GETAWAY指数经主成分分析得出一种新3D氨基酸描述子——VSGETAWAY[vector of principal component scores for GETAWAY (geometry, topology and atom-weights assembly)]. 将其应用于48个苦味活性二肽、31个血管舒缓激肽促进剂和20个促凝血酶原激酶抑制剂结构表征并以偏最小二乘(PLS)对3个体系建立定量构效关系(QSAR)模型, 得复相关系数(Rcum2)与交互检验复相关系数(Qcum2)分别为0.887和0.753; 0.995和0.708; 0.999和0.802. 研究结果表明, VSGETAWAY描述子操作简便、结构表达能力强, 有望成为多肽药物QSAR研究中一种有效的结构表征方法.     

异丙氧基-异羟肟酸-氧钒（V）配合物的合成、晶体结构和量子化学研究

以苯甲酰异羟肟酸为配体，首先合成四价氧钒化合物，以此为基础合成了标题 化合物，并用元素分析，红外光谱，~1H NMR，~(13)C NMR，~(15)V NMR，电子吸 收光谱等，分别对它进行了表征，其结构用单晶X射线衍射法测定，晶体属三斜晶 系，P1-bar空间群，所得晶体学参数为a = 1.1119(3) nm，b = 1.1735(3) nm，c = 0.8660(2) nm，α = 96.84(1)°，β = 106.93)(1)°，γ = 88.97(1)°，V = 1.0731(2) nm~3，D_c = 1.415 g/cm~3，Z = 2，F(000) = 478，μ = 5.06 cm~(-1)。采取ab initio(GTO-6-31d)方法对标题化合物的结构单元的成键情况进 行了分析，讨论了化合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量、原子静电荷分布等情况。     

Study of Six Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons by Chemical Deoxygenation Microemulsion-Stabilized Room Temperature Phosphorimetry

Six polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are studied by chemical deoxygenation microemulsion-stabilized room temperature phosphorimetry with sodium sulfite as an oxygen scavenger and thallous nitrate as a heavy atom perturber in sodium dodecyl sulfate medium. Several factors influencing room temperature phosphorescence such as the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate, the heavy atom concentration, the pH, and the concentration of sodium sulfite are discussed and the quenching effect of NO₂⁻on room temperature phosphorimetry of PAHs was compared in the microemulsion and micelle media.     

Study of the Optimal Integrated Control of a Dengue Transmission Model北大核心CSCD

建立了一个登革热在蚊子和人之间传播的模型,引入了Wolbachia、自我保护和杀虫剂三种控制措施,分别从常数控制和时变控制两个方面进行探讨。首先,分析了常数控制对模型基本再生数的影响,研究发现:Wolbachia有助于减小基本再生数,且基本再生数与自我保护和杀虫剂呈负相关。其次,以使得感染数最少且实施成本最低为目标,使用Pontryagin极值原理讨论最优控制。最后,通过数值模拟展示了最优控制的效果。     

Asymptotic Behavior of a Stochastic Predator-prey Model with Beddington-DeAngelis Functional Response and L\'{e}vy Jumps

A stochastic two-prey-one-predator model with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response and L\''{e}vy jumps is proposed and investigated in this paper. First of all, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution, and stochastic ultimate boundedness of the solution. Next, under a simple assumption, by using It\^{o} formula and other important inequalities, some sufficient conditions are established to ensure the extinction and persistence in the mean of the system. The results show that neither strong white noise nor L\''{e}vy noise is conducive to the persistence of the population. Finally, the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations.

Study on inclusion complexes of meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin and Cu-meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin with cyclodextrins by spectroscopy method

In phosphate buffer solution of pH5.4, the interaction of meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin(H₂TTP) and Cu-meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin(Cu-TTP) with α-cyclodextrin(α-CD), β-CD, γ-CD, heptakis(2,3,6-tri-O-methyl)-β-CD(TM-β-CD) has been studied by means of UV-vis, fluorescence and ¹HNMR spectroscopy, respectively. The H₂TTP and Cu-TTP can form 1:2 inclusion complexes with TM-β-CD and 1:1 inclusion complexes with the other three cyclodextrins. In this paper, the inclusion constants (K) of H₂TTP and Cu-TTP for the formation of the inclusion complexes have been estimated from the changes of absorbance and fluorescence intensity in phosphate buffer solution. The inclusive capabilities of different kinds of cyclodextrins are compared. The result shows that the inclusion ability of α-CD with H₂TTP and Cu-TTP is the strongest among the three native CDs. The inclusion ability of modified β-CD with H₂TTP and Cu-TTP is stronger, compared to the native β-CD, which indicates that the capacity matching plays a crucial role in the inclusion procedure except for the hydrophobic effect. In addition ¹HNMR spectra supports the inclusion conformation of the TM-β-CD-Cu-TTP inclusion complex, indicating the interaction mechanism of inclusion processes.
