The coordination mode of the title ligand, MPyPzCA (synthesised for the first time and characterised by elemental analyses, mass, IR and PMR spectral parameters), is reported by solid state isolation and physicochemical identification of copper(II) complexes, Cu(MPyPzCA)2X2.H2O (X=Cl/Br/NO3/ClO4). Magnetic and electronic spectral features classify the reported complexes as six coordinate distorted octahedral ones. IR spectra (4000–200 cm−1) of MPyPzCA and its complexes indicate different denticity of the two ligand moities namely neutral bidentate function through pyrazolyl 2N and pyridyl 1′N of one ligand (A) and the neutral tridentate behaviour through pyrazolyl 2N, pyridyl 1′N and the amidic oxygen of the second ligand system (B). The sixth apical coordination site is occupied by a water molecule in the perchlorate complex (as evident by X-ray data) or by the counter ion, X (X=Cl/Br/NO3). The electrochemical studies demonstrate easy oxidative nature of Cu(II) in the reported species. X-ray crystallographic studies of the perchlorate complex, [Cu(MPyPzCA)2(H2O)](ClO4)2, (Pna21, orthorhombic), has substantiated the conjecture that the geometry is distorted octahedral. The Cu-N (pyrazolyl) and Cu-N (pyridyl) bond lengths are 2.001(3) and 1.969(3) Å and 2.020(4) and 2.206(4) Å in the ligand systems, A and B. respectively; Cu-O (amidic oxygen) for ligand system B and Cu-O (water) bond lengths are 2.783(3) and 2.010(3) Å, respectively. Two new series of betulin derivatives with semicarbazone (7a–g) or thiosemicarbazone (8a–g) groups at the C-28 position were synthesized. All compounds were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicities in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HepG2), human breast carcinoma cells (MCF-7), human lung carcinoma cells (A549), human colorectal cells (HCT-116) and normal human gastric epithelial cells (GES-1). Among these compounds, 8f displayed the most potent cytotoxicity with an IC50 value of 5.86 ± 0.61 μM against MCF-7 cells. Furthermore, the preliminary mechanism studies in MCF-7 cells showed that compound 8f could trigger the intracellular mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis pathway by losing MMP level, which was related with the upregulation of Bax, P53 and cytochrome c expression; the downregulation of Bcl-2 expression; activation of the expression levels of caspase-3, caspase-9, cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-9; and an increase in the amounts of intracellular reactive oxygen species. These results indicated that compound 8f may be used as a valuable skeleton structure for developing novel antitumor agents. 相似文献

Cryptographic algorithm is the most commonly used method of information security protection for many devices. The secret key of cryptographic algorithm is usually stored in these devices’ registers. In this paper, we propose an electromagnetic information leakage model to investigate the relationship between the electromagnetic leakage signal and the secret key. The registers are considered as electric dipole models to illustrate the source of the electromagnetic leakage. The equivalent circuit of the magnetic field probe is developed to bridge the output voltage and the electromagnetic leakage signal. Combining them, the electromagnetic information leakage model’s function relationship can be established. Besides, an electromagnetic leakage model based on multiple linear regression is proposed to recover the secret key and the model’s effectiveness is evaluated by guess entropy. Near field tests are conducted in an unshielded ordinary indoor environment to investigate the electromagnetic side-channel information leakage. The experiment result shows the correctness of the proposed electromagnetic leakage model and it can be used to recover the secret key of the cryptographic algorithm. 相似文献
