Preparation of 17β‐estradiol‐imprinted material by surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization and its application

A novel 17β‐estradiol molecularly imprinted polymer was grafted onto the surface of initiator‐immobilized silica by surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization. The resulting molecularly imprinted polymer was characterized by elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The binding property of molecularly imprinted polymer for 17β‐estradiol was also studied with both static and dynamic methods. The results showed that the molecularly imprinted polymer possessed excellent recognition capacity for 17β‐estradiol (180.65 mg/g at 298 K), and also exhibited outstanding selectivity for 17β‐estradiol over the other competitive compounds (such as testosterone and progesterone). Then, the determination of trace 17β‐estradiol in beef samples was successfully developed by using molecularly imprinted polymer solid‐phase extraction coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography. The limit of detection was 0.25 ng/mL, and the amount of 17β‐estradiol in beef samples was detected at 2.83 ng/g. This work proposed a sensitive, rapid, reliable, and convenient approach for the determination of trace 17β‐estradiol in complicated beef samples.     

A New Nickel(Ⅱ) Coordination Compound Constructed by Pyridyl-triazole and Oxybis(Benzoic Acid): Synthesis,Crystal Structure and the Effect on the Thermal Decomposition of Ammonium Perchlorate

A new energetic complex, Ni(3,4'-Hbpt)2(Hoba)2(H2O)2(3,4'-Hbpt = 3-(3-pyridyl)-5-(4'-pyridyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole and H2 oba = 4,4'-oxybis(benzoic acid)), has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses and X-ray powder diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the complex belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.2357(9), b = 24.594(2), c = 10.4225(9) A, β = 114.0110(10)°, V = 2396.7(4) A3, Dc =1.460 g/cm3, μ = 0.482 mm-1, Mr = 1053.63, F(000) = 1088, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0358 and wR =0.0973 with I 2σ(I). Both 3,4'-Hbpt and H2 oba ligands adopt monodentate modes linking one Ni(II)ion to form a 0D motif. Furthermore, the 0D motifs are linked into a 3D supramolecular architecture with hydrogen bonds. In addition, the catalytic performance for thermal decomposition of the efficacy of ammonium perchlorate(AP) is explored by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),which indicates that the complex is a good candidate for a promoter of the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.     

1H-3-(3-吡啶基)-5-(3'-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑的钴(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、晶体结构、热稳定性及配体的DFT计算

合成了一个多功能的配体1H-3-(3-吡啶)-5-(3'-吡啶)-1,2,4-三唑(3,3'-Hbpt,1)并得到了配体的晶体结构,运用DFT理论计算了配体的最优构型、优势构象和电荷分布。在此基础上,水热合成了一个配位化合物:[Co(3,3'-Hbpt)₂(H₂O)₄]·(ad)·6H₂O(2)(ad=己二酸),结构分析表明配合物2是零维单核化合物,它的三维超分子结构是由分子间氢键连接而成,其中包含着由游离的己二酸分子填充的矩形孔道。值得注意的是,配体在配合物中的几何结构和构象与理论计算的结果一致。另外,利用热重分析研究了配合物2的热稳定性。

3种香叶基取代黄烷酮的合成及抗肿瘤活性

3种香叶基黄烷酮是从毛泡桐(Paulownia tomentosa)水果中分离出的3种具有相似结构的黄酮类化合物。我们以廉价的2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮,羟基苯甲醛为原料经过取代、氯甲基甲基醚保护、羟醛缩合、分子内的麦克加成反应以及脱甲基甲基醚合成了3个香叶基取代黄烷酮。其结构经过核磁共振氢谱及碳谱(1H NMR,13C NMR)和高分辨质谱(HRMS)等技术手段进行了表征,并采用四氮唑蓝(MTT)法测试了合成化合物对肺癌细胞A459的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果表明,所合成的化合物均具有一定的抗肺癌细胞活性,其中化合物2抗肺癌活性明显优于化合物1和3,其半数抑制浓度为25.6μmol/L,为临床疾病的治疗和药物的研发提供了参考。     

Efficient and selective analytical method for the quantification of a β-adrenoceptor agonist,isoproterenol, by LC–MS/MS and its application to pharmacokinetics studies

Isoproterenol (ISO) is a synthetic catecholamine with a powerful cardiac stimulate, bronchial smooth and skeletal muscle relaxation, coronary artery and peripheral vasodilator effects. In this study, a simple, rapid, and selective liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry has been developed for the determination of ISO in rat plasma. Proteins were precipitated in plasma samples with 0.1?g?mL^?1 trichloroacetic acid and the ISO/internal standard (IS) were separated on a C₈ column. The ISO was detected by a triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer with electrospray ionization source. The transitions of m/z 212.1?→?193.9 for ISO and m/z 285.2?→?193.2 for IS were conducted through multiple reaction monitoring mode. This method was linear over the range of 2–500?n?g?mL^?1. The intra- and inter-day assay precision were observed between 3 and 10%. The accuracy was within ±11%. Stability study results demonstrated that ISO was stable in the autosampler at 4°C for 24?hr, and for 8?hr at room temperature. Only one freeze–thaw cycle at ?80°C for 24?hr was found to be stable. The validated method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of ISO in rats following subcutaneous administration.

一维对流扩散方程非均匀网格上的指数型高阶紧致差分格式

基于非均匀网格上函数的泰勒级数展开,结合残参量修正法,推导了非均匀网格上对流扩散方程的高阶指数型紧致差分格式,选取的算例表明,格式兼有高精度和高分辨率的优点,能够很好的适用于大梯度变化,计算区域中含边界层和对流占优区域中的流动问题的求解.     

对应分析法在课堂教学质量评价中的应用

运用对应分析法,分析了《概率论与数理统计》任课教师的课堂教学特点,将其进行了合理的分组,并对每组教师提出了切实可行的提高教学质量的意见.结果表明,分析研究独立学院教师的课堂教学质量,优化教学环节,对提高独立学院的教学质量意义重大.     

基于渐进圆锥天线的ns前沿电磁脉冲电场传感器

为了对ns级上升沿的电磁脉冲电场进行测量,研制了一种基于D-dot渐进圆锥天线的电场传感器。设计采用单极子渐进圆锥天线作为电场传感器的接收天线,并通过建模仿真验证了该天线的性能;通过电光转换模块将天线感应的电信号转换为光强度信号并通过光纤传输;利用软件积分对传感器测得的电场微分信号进行处理;通过测试试验验证了传感器的性能。研究表明,所研制的电场传感器能够测量上升沿大于1.5ns的脉冲电场,具有体积小、线性度高的优点。
