菠菜和苏州青类囊体溶液的光谱特性   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
通过分析不同波长光激发下菠菜(Spinach)和苏州青(Suzhou Green)类囊体溶液的发射光谱和荧光光谱,以及同一波长下磁场处理前后类囊体溶液的光谱变化,探讨了低强度稳恒磁场对类囊体溶液的作用机理.结果表明,类囊体溶液中形成了大量的氢键,磁场处理前菠菜和苏州青的氢键喇曼散射峰为531nm和533.2nm,两者光系统II(PSII)荧光分别在689.8nm和686nm;磁场处理后两者的喇曼散射峰变为532.8nm和532.4nm,PSII荧光变为686.8nm和685.4nm.磁场改变了两样品中氢键键能,使其趋于相等.  相似文献

We study the evolution and interaction of semi-infinite dark beams carrying phase dislocations, where step- and screw-like phase profiles are combined. Similar to dark beams with a finite length, semi-infinite dark beams tend to move in transversal direction with respect to their background beam. In addition, they develop a snake-like instability and optical vortices detach from their bending ends. We are looking for appropriate conditions to control the process of concatenating and crossing the ends of several such semi-infinite dark beams in a way suitable for probe-beam branching and routing in self-defocusing Kerr nonlinear media. Colinear and perpendicular probe beam propagations in the optically-induced guiding structures are modeled and analyzed with respect to the branching efficiency to respective virtual output channels.  相似文献

The effect of indium-tin oxide (ITO) surface treatment on hole injection of devices with molybdenum oxide (MoO3) as a buffer layer on ITO was studied. The Ohmic contact is formed at the metal/organic interface due to high work function of MoO3. Hence, the current is due to space charge limited when ITO is positively biased. The hole mobility of N, N′-bis-(1-napthyl)-N, N′-diphenyl-1, 1′biphenyl-4, 4′-diamine (NPB) at various thicknesses (100–400 nm) has been estimated by using space-charge-limited current measurements. The hole mobility of NPB, 1.09×10−5 cm2/V s at 100 nm is smaller than the value of 1.52×10−4 cm2/V s at 400 nm at 0.8 MV/cm, which is caused by the interfacial trap states restricted by the surface interaction. The mobility is hardly changed with NPB thickness for the effect of interfacial trap states on mobility which can be negligible when the thickness is more than 300 nm.  相似文献

6π electrocyclization has attracted interest in organic synthesis because of its high stereospecificity and atom economy in the construction of versatile 5–7-membered cycles. However, examples of asymmetric 6π electrocyclization are quite scarce, and have to rely on the use of chiral organocatalysts, and been limited to pentadienyl-anion- and triene-type 6π electrocyclizations. Described herein is a zinc-catalyzed formal [4+3] annulation of isoxazoles with 3-en-1-ynol ethers via 6π electrocyclization, leading to the site-selective synthesis of functionalized 2H-azepines and 4H-azepines in good to excellent yields with broad substrate scope. Moreover, this strategy has also been used to produce chiral 2H-azepines with high enantioselectivities (up to 97:3 e.r.). This protocol not only is the first asymmetric heptatrienyl-cation-type 6π electrocyclization, but also is the first asymmetric reaction of isoxazoles with alkynes and the first asymmetric catalysis based on ynol ethers.  相似文献

Leaf salt glands of Limoniastrum guyonianum were examined by scanning and transmission electron microscopes and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) system, after growing for three months on sandy soil with or without 300 mM NaCl. Results showed that salt glands were irregularly scattered on both leaf sides and sunk under the epidermal level. Salt excretion occurred in both conditions and is mainly composed of calcium and magnesium in control plants, and essentially sodium and chloride in plants subjected to salt treatment. A salt gland is comprised of collecting, accumulating, and central compartments, and is made up of total thirty-two cells. The collecting cells were characterized by large central vacuoles. Accumulating cells contain numerous, large, and unshaped vacuoles and rudimentary chloroplasts. The central compartment was comprised of four basal cells and each one is surmounted by an apical cell. The basal cells are granulated, containing large nucleus, numerous mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes, polyribosomes, and small vacuoles or vesicles. Equally, the apical cells are rich in organelles. Application of 300 mM NaCl to the culture medium increased vacuoles number and size, and organelles density especially the mitochondria which suggests energy requirement for ions transport. The reduction in size and number of vacuoles toward the interior of salt glands of treated plants and the fusion of the smallest ones with the plasma membrane substantiate the implication of such vacuoles in salt excretion process. The current study which is the first report on L. guyonianum salt gland has provided an in-depth understanding on structure–function relationship in the multicellular salt glands.  相似文献

建立了蜂胶中硝基呋喃类代谢物液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。样品经固相萃取、衍生、乙酸乙酯提取后进行质谱分析。在1.0、2.0、5.0μg/kg 3个添加水平下,硝基呋喃类代谢物的平均回收率为92.6%~99.3%,日内相对标准偏差小于10%,日间相对标准偏差小于15%。在0.5~20 ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性(r>0.99),检测限为0.25μg/kg,定量限为1.0μg/kg。方法适用于蜂胶中硝基呋喃类代谢物的分析确证。  相似文献

金属有机框架化合物(MOFs)是一类备受关注的多功能杂化材料,结构的多样性使其表现出各种发光性能。尤其是环境友好、使用寿命长、效率高的白光MOFs材料的出现为新型发光MOFs的设计和制备提供了契机。我们旨在总结白光MOFs的最新研究进展,着重对其合成方法及应用进行综述,主要包括镧系离子共掺杂、镧系元素封装或有机分子捕获等获得可调控的白光MOFs的方法及其在温度、分子和金属离子传感器等领域的潜在应用。同时,针对白光MOFs材料面临的挑战和未来发展也进行了梳理。以期引起设计和构建新型发光MOFs的研究人员的关注与兴趣。  相似文献

A simple and sensitive cloud point extraction high-performance liquid chromatography method is proposed for the determination of isoniazid in blood. The procedure is based on the product of the reaction of isoniazid with benzaldehyde. It can be validated that there is a linear relationship between the signal of isonicotinyl hydrazone and the concentration of isoniazid. A cloud point extraction system of nonionic surfactant Triton X-100 is applied for preconcentration of isonicotinyl hydrazone. Then the analytes in surfactant-rich phase are detected with HPLC-UV system. calibration graph was obtained in the range of 2.0 × 10(-3)-0.5 mg/L, the detection limit was 5.0 × 10(-4) mg/L. Method validation is performed on serum samples spiked at two levels, the recoveries ranging from 82.17-83.81%, with relative standard deviations from 2.45% to 3.89%.  相似文献

In this investigation, the combinations of exogenous pretreatment (melatonin or vitamin C) and contact ultrasound-assisted air drying were utilized to dry broccoli florets. To understand the influences of the studied dehydration methods on the conversion of glucoraphanin to bioactive sulforaphane in broccoli, various components (like glucoraphanin, sulforaphane, myrosinase, etc.) and factors (temperature and moisture) involved in the metabolism pathway were analyzed. The results showed that compared with direct air drying, the sequential exogenous pretreatment and contact ultrasound drying shortened the drying time by 19.0–22.7%. Meanwhile, contact sonication could promote the degradation of glucoraphanin. Both melatonin pretreatment and vitamin C pretreatment showed protective effects on the sulforaphane content and myrosinase activity during the subsequent drying process. At the end of drying, the sulforaphane content in samples dehydrated by the sequential melatonin (or vitamin C) pretreatment and ultrasound-intensified drying was 14.4% (or 26.5%) higher than only air-dried samples. The correlation analysis revealed that the exogenous pretreatment or ultrasound could affect the enzymatic degradation of glucoraphanin and the generation of sulforaphane through weakening the connections of sulforaphane-myrosinase, sulforaphane-VC, and VC-myrosinase. Overall, the reported results can enrich the biochemistry knowledge about the transformation of glucoraphanin to sulforaphane in cruciferous vegetables during drying, and the combined VC/melatonin pretreatment and ultrasound drying is conducive to protect bioactive sulforaphane in dehydrated broccoli.  相似文献
