New series of oxides, La3MMo2O12 (M = In, Ga and Al), have been prepared by the solid-state reaction. The composition and elemental distribution were analyzed by the energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis. As determined by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), these compounds have similar crystal structures that can be indexed on a monoclinic cell at room temperature. AC impedance spectra and the DC electrical conductivity measurements in various atmospheres indicate that they are oxide ion conductors with ionic conductivities between 10 2 and 10 3 S/cm at 800 °C. The conductivity decreases in the order of La3GaMo2O12 > La3AlMo2O12 > La3InMo2O12, implying that the effect of cell volume and polarization associated with In3+, Ga3+ and Al3+ play an important role in the anion transport of these materials. The reversible phase transition was observed in all these compounds as confirmed by the differential thermal analysis (DTA) and dilatometric measurements.  相似文献

For structural parameters with uncertainties, interval mathematics can, in the case where the probabilistic distribution density of uncertain variables is unavailable, deal with the influence of uncertainties in structural parameters on the response of structures. In order to evaluate the region containing natural frequencies of structures with interval parameters, the interval parameter perturbation method is presented in this paper. The advantage of the present method is its computational efficiency in evaluating the region containing natural frequencies. A numerical example is used to illustrate the efficiency of the method proposed. For many years, polypyrrole films have appeared to be the most studied conducting polymer. Unfortunately, shadows still remain concerning the electrochemical mechanisms of these films and in particular, the aspect which concerns the limiting step which governs the electrochemical response. Different possibilities are available such as the transport of ionic species in the film, the electron transfer at the electrode/film or the electron motion in the film, the ionic exchanges at the film/interface electrolyte. Classical electrochemical methods do not permit to discriminate between these effects. Ac-electrogravimetry technique was used here to demonstrate that the electrochemical behaviour of thin pPy films is governed by the ionic insertion without any doubt. Particular parameters were modified as the ionic atomic weight or the electrolyte concentration to corroborate this idea.  相似文献

TiO2 nanocrystallites were prepared from precursors tetra-n-butyl titanate (Ti(OC4H9)4) and titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4). The precursors were hydrolyzed by gaseous water in autoclave, and then calcined at predetermined testing temperatures. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry–differential thermal analysis (TG–DTA), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic activities of the samples were evaluated by the photobleaching of methylene blue (MB) in aqueous solution and the photocatalytic oxidation of propylene in gas phase at ambient temperature. The results showed that the anatase phase nanocrystalline TiO2 could be obtained at relatively low temperatures (for precursor Ti(OC4H9)4 at 110 °C and for TiCl4 at 140 °C, respectively), and that the as prepared samples exhibited high photocatalytic activities to photobleach MB in aqueous solution. As the calcination temperatures increasing, the decolor ratio of MB increased and reached the maximum value of nearly 100% at 600 °C, and then decreased. The photobleaching of MB by all samples followed the pseudo-first-order kinetics with respect to MB concentration. The photodecomposition amount of propylene by TiO2 nanocrystallites calcined at 600 °C from precursor of Ti(OC4H9)4 is 21.6%, which is approaching to that by Degussa P25 TiO2 (24.9%).  相似文献

I demonstrate photochemically induced crystallization of metastable hen egg-white lysozyme solution by weak UV irradiation for several tens seconds. The most effective irradiation time range is 10–60 s, and in this range the enzyme activity is maintained. Intermediates, neutral radicals at tryptophan residual produced by one-photon absorption, enhance nucleation. When the intermediate is selectively excited by visible light, the intermediate is denatured. At that time the light-induced nucleation is inhibited. This result indicates the intermediate induces nucleation. The radical forms lysozyme dimer that is detected by an SDS-PAGE electrophoresis experiment. An addition of polyethylene glycol (PEG) greatly enhances light-induced nucleation. PEG affects to shorten the intermediate radical lifetime, which suggests that PEG assists to form dimer. We consider that the photochemical dimer behaves as smallest cluster to grow critical nucleus. The smallest cluster formation is the rate determining step in classical nucleation theory due to surface energy disadvantage. The photochemical dimer is formed by a covalent bond, and the nucleation is initiated from stable dimer. The nucleation enhancement is reasonably explained. The present researches results point out the development of a new method for controlling nucleation and growth that could be applied for structural genomics and pharmaceutical industry for instance.  相似文献
