Transition metal copper substituted mesoporous silica (Cu-SBA-15) was synthesized using triblock copolymers surfactant as template agent under acidic condition. The result Cu-SBA-15 was characterized with XRD, ICP-AES, FT-IR and N2 adsorption–desorption measurements, which prove that Cu(II) was mainly incorporated into the framework of Cu-SBA-15. Its catalytic activity was studied for phenol hydroxylation using H2O2 (30%). The substituting element (Cu2+) is incorporated into the framework position forming a new type of active site which raises the phenol conversion to 62.4% and the diphenol (the mixture of catechol (CAT) and hydroquinone (HQ)) selectivity to 97%. The Cu-SBA-15 has very high selectivity for catechol (about 71% selectivity), which is completely different from that of the microporous titanium silicalite zeolites (47.1% phenol conversion and about 50% selectivity to CAT under same reaction conditions). The results obtained indicate that the selective oxidation of phenol with H2O2 by a radical substitution mechanism.  相似文献

A high-performance capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE-ED) method has been employed for the determination of six bioactive ingredients in traditional Chinese herbs, Herba cepbalanoplosis segeti and Herba cirsii japonici. The effects of several factors such as the acidity and concentration of running buffer, the separation voltage, the applied potential and the injection time on CE-ED were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the six analytes could be well separated within 21 min in a 75 cm length capillary at the separation voltage of 15 kV in a 50 mmol L–1 borax running buffer (pH 8.4). A 300 m diameter carbon disk electrode was used as the working electrode positioned carefully opposite the outlet of the capillary in a wall-jet configuration at potential of +950 mV (vs. SCE). Good linear relationship was established between peak current and concentration of analytes over two orders of magnitude with detection limits (S/N=3) ranged from 1.5×10–7 to 6.0×10–7 g mL–1 for all six analytes. This proposed method has been successfully applied for the analysis of traditional Chinese herbs after a relatively simple extraction procedure, further on, for the differentiation of these above two seemingly identical herbs based on their electropherograms or characteristic electrochemical profiles.  相似文献

An amperometric method for the rapid detection of Escherichia coli (E. coli) by flow injection analysis (FIA) using an IrO2–Pd chemically modified electrode (CME) was developed in this paper. The method is based on a good marker β-d-galactosidase which was found in E. coli strains. β-d-galactosidase was produced by the induction of isopropyl β-d-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) and released from E. coli cells through the permeabilization of both polymyxin B nonapeptide and lysozyme to E. coli cells wall. The released β-d-galactosidase could catalyze the hydrolysis of the substrate p-aminophenyl β-d-galactopyranoside (PAPG) in the culture medium to produce 4-aminophenol which was proportional to the concentration of E. coli. Hence, E. coli could be detected by the determination of 4-aminophenol. An IrO2–Pd CME, which showed high sensitivity in determination of 4-aminophenol, was prepared as the electro-detector in FIA. The amplified response current of 4-aminophenol obtained at the IrO2–Pd CME was linear with the concentration of E. coli ranging from 2.0 × 102 to 1.0 × 106 cfu/mL, the detection limit of this method to E. coli was 150 cfu/mL and the complete assay could be performed in 3 h.  相似文献

Due to the severe damage caused by free hydroxyl radicals (OH·) to cells and tissues, there is much interest in finding and studying effective and non-toxic OH· scavengers, including traditional Chinese herbs. In this paper, the simple and highly-sensitive technique of capillary zone electrophoresis with amperometric detection (CZE-AD) was used to study the OH· scavenging activities of aqueous extracts from some traditional Chinese herbs. Salicylic acid (SAL) was used as an OH· trap, and the content of OH· could be determined by assaying their products, 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,3-DHBA) and 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,5-DHBA). The optimum conditions for CZE-AD for the determination of 2,3-DHBA and 2,5-DHBA were explored. The linearity ranges of 2,3-DHBA and 2,5-DHBA were 1.0 ×10–7~1.0 ×10–4 mol L–1, and their detection limits were as low as 2×10–8 mol L–1, which were much better than the CE-UV method often used. The traditional Chinese herbs studied included Radix angelicae sinensis, Rhizoma coptidis, Ligustrum lucidum, Ligusticum wallichii, Radices glycyrrhizae and Semen plantaginis. The experiments showed that the aqueous extracts from all of the above traditional Chinese herds had free OH· scavenging activities, although to different degrees.  相似文献

以Mg(OH)2共沉淀和阳离子交换树脂作为离线预富集方法,建立了天然水体中溶解态硅电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。实验采用NaOH作为Mg(OH)2沉淀引发剂,以共沉淀方式将溶解态硅元素从天然水体中分离富集,再利用阳离子交换树脂将基体Mg2 清除,并对洗脱液流速、共沉淀碱度等条件进行优化选择。结果显示:Mg(OH)2共沉淀步骤可定量回收溶解态硅,控制溶液通过阳离子交换树脂的速率可将硅元素与基体Mg2 完全分离而不会造成损失。不同基体的水样的加标回收率为99%~105%,方法检出限为4.5μg/L(3S,n=8),方法精密度RSD小于3%。  相似文献

A Pt microelectrode modified with nickel(II) polytetramethyldibenzo[b,i]tetraaza[14]annulene was prepared by electropolymerization of nickel(II) tetramethyldibenzo[b,i]tetraaza[14]annulene monomers and applied to determine sulfur dioxide in vitriol plant wastewater. For determination of SO2 with this electrochemically modified Pt microelectrode, the linear range was from 9.6 x 10(-6) to 2.4 x 10(-4) mol L-1, the sensitivity was 1.8 x 10(-4) A L mol-1, the detection limit was calculated to be 4.8 x 10(-6) mol L-1 (S/N = 3), the response time was less than 20 s and the relative standard deviation was found to be 2.1% on analyzing 4.8 x 10(-5) mol L-1 SO2 solution repeatedly (n = 7). These results demonstrated good accuracy compared with those obtained by the conventional iodimetric method.  相似文献

The compact single-chain (SC) particulates of Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM), which have been formed above its lower critical solution temperature in an aqueous solution containing the surfactant of sodium n-dodecyl sulfate (SDS), were recovered from the solution by freeze-drying. Under scanning electron microscopy, the compact particulate appears as a spherical or elliptical particulate individually dispersed in SDS, which acts as a solid solvent to prevent agglomeration. The conformation of the compact SC particulates of PNIPAM dispersed in SDS had been studied by the solid-state high-resolution 13C NMR spectroscopy. The 13C spin-lattice relaxation time T 1 of the SC sample was determined in comparison with that of the original one. It was found that the T 1 of the methyl carbon in the isopropyl group of the SC sample was about 45% higher than that in the original multichain sample, which revealed the differences in the motion of the methyl group in the different condensed states and illuminated the characteristic conformation of the compact SC globular particulates of PNIPAM.  相似文献

This study presents a facile strategy for the formation of highly substituted butterfly 1,4-adducts/9,10-adducts via the Diels–Alder reaction of benzyne intermediates. The method achieves very good to excellent yields of the respective anthracene derivatives under mild conditions. This practical protocol is compatible with a variety of sensitive functional groups and provides access to difunctionalized bridge 1,4-adducts/9,10-adducts.  相似文献
