Optical visualization with simultaneous recording of the switching current was used for studying of domain structure evolution in single crystals relaxor ferroelectric strontium barium niobate (Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6) doped by cerium (0.22 mol %) (SBN61:Ce). It was shown that the maze domain structures can be observed during polarization reversal due to local change of refractive index induced by formation of microscale domains with charged domain walls. It was proposed, that optical inhomogeneities occur in the switching regions, while the optical uniform areas correspond to regions where the switching either has not started yet or has already completed. The original mathematical treatment of the obtained images and switching currents has been used for quantitative characterization of the polarization reversal process.  相似文献

Nascent form of random copolymers of propylene with ethylene, 1-butene, 1-hexene, 1-octene, and 4-methyl-1-pentene was studied by Raman spectroscopy. The most significant spectral alterations with a change in propylene content were observed in two lines at 809 and 841 cm−1. The first line corresponds to vibrations of polypropylene helical chains in the crystalline phase, while the second one is associated with vibrations of polypropylene helical chains having isomeric defects. Raman data confirm that conformational composition and phase state of copolymer macromolecules strongly depend on the comonomer content as well as on the size of the comonomer units.  相似文献

Raman spectroscopy is used to study variations in the orientational order of macromolecules in the uniaxially drawn intercalated nanocomposites based on two polymer matrices (polyethylene (PE) and isotactic polypropylene (PP)) and a filler (modified clay (MC)). The orientation parameters of macromolecules measured using Raman spectroscopy are compared with the X-ray data. It is demonstrated that, for the uniaxially drawn PE-MC and PP-MC intercalated nanocomposites, the filler impedes the orientation along the draw direction for the macromolecules localized in the noncrystalline phase of the polymer matrix. The orientational ability of the PE and PP crystallites in nanocomposites is not affected by the filler.  相似文献

We report on the results of analysis of the phase composition, structure, and hardness of high-entropy FeWMoCrVSiMnC multicomponent steel subjected to synthesis and subsequent thermal treatment. Analysis is carried out using the methods of analytic transmission and scanning structural and orientational electron microscopy, optical metallography, X-ray energy-dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray phase and structural analyses, and Rockwell measurements of hardness. It is found that steel has a high hardness (62 HRC) and is in ultra-fine-disperse composite martensite-multicarbide state. All carbides are distributed uniformly over the steel volume and have nano- and submicrometer scales depending on the carbide type.

The region of the global minimum of the reliability factor is established for a 〈111〉 oriented Si crystal with thickness z ranging within 200 < z < 250 Å at an energy of E = 100 keV. The value of this minimum allows one to perform structural analysis for a dynamically scattering specimen within the framework of the kinematical theory of diffraction. It is established that the formation of this region is provided by a small number of densely filled Bloch states. Theories of direct and back quasi-kinematical diffraction are developed. It is shown that the crystal under study can be brought into the region of quasi-kinematical diffraction by varying the accelerating voltage of the beam. The criteria are formulated that should be satisfied in this case.  相似文献

The possibility of the local nucleation of magnetic bubble domains from a single-domain state in an arbitrary region of a iron garnet film ((210) crystallographic orientation) by means of an electrically charged tip electrode has been experimentally demonstrated. The size of magnetic bubble domains nucleated near the contact point between the probe and sample depends on the magnitude of a DC voltage supplied to the probe. After the removal of the voltage, magnetic bubble domains move away from the probe, decreasing to the equilibrium radius.  相似文献
