A practical synthesis of 4′-thioribonucleosides starting from inexpensive l-arabinose is described. 1,4-Anhydro-2,3-O-isopropylidene-4-thioribitol, which was prepared by using a novel reductive ring-contraction reaction, was converted to the 5-O-silylated sulfoxides. The Pummerer-type thioglycosylation of the sulfoxides gave the 4′-thioribonucleosides stereoselectively.  相似文献

Numerical simulations of two-dimensional granular flows under uniform mean shear and external body torque were performed following the setting of the authors’ previous study [10]. Convergence of the stresses with the increase of coarse-graining length is investigated. Difference R between vorticity field and spin field is controlled by the external torque and the stresses for the region R > 0 is obtained as well as those for R < 0. The symmetry of the stresses under the change of the sign of R is discussed.  相似文献

The first total synthesis of lajollamycin B, a structurally novel nitro-tetraene spiro-β-lactone/γ-lactone antibiotic, is described. The convergent synthesis involves the construction of the C8′–C11′ nitrodienylstannane and its coupling with the segment prepared from the C1′–C7′ ω-iodoheptadienoic acid and the right-hand heterocyclic fragment, which has been utilized for our previous syntheses of oxazolomycin A. The revision of the geometry of the terminal Δ10′, 11′-double bond from E to Z is also described for the structure of natural lajollamycin B.  相似文献

A new chiral probe molecule for mono-alcohols is developed by using 1,2-dihydro-1-hydroxy-2,3,1-benzodiazaborine (DAB) bearing an acridine moiety 1 . In the presence of mono-alcohols, DAB 1 forms borate 2 by boronic ester formation, followed by coordination of the acridine moiety to the boron atom. Borate 2 has a chiral center on the boron atom and works as a stereodynamic circular dichroism (CD) probe molecule for chiral mono-alcohols based on the π–π interaction between the acridine moiety and the carbon–carbon unsaturated moiety on mono-alcohols.  相似文献

Yttrium hydroxyl carbonate (Y(OH)CO3) precursors were synthesized by the homogeneous co-precipitation method in the presence of polyacrylic acid (PAAc). Resultant precursor particle size is about 15–20 nm with narrow size distribution whereas the particle size is smaller than those acquired by the conventional homogeneous precipitation method. Effective decrease of Y(OH)CO3 particle size was found to be higher for the presence of weak polyanionic ionomer such as PAAc than the presence of strong polyanionic ionomer such as sodium polystyrene sulfonate (PSS). It was observed that the morphology and size of the precursors are almost unchanged after the calcination process. Er3+ doped Y2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized by PAAc assisted homogeneous co-precipitation method showed bright green (550 nm) and red (660 nm) upconversion (UC) as well as near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence (1550 nm) under 980-nm excitation. UC and NIR fluorescence bioimaging and in-vitro cytotoxicity assay of Er3+ doped Y2O3 nanoparticles were successfully attempted with commercially available macrophages and B-cell hybridomas. Cellular uptake of nanoparticles is evidenced from bright field, UC and NIR fluorescence images of macrophages.  相似文献

Metal‐free oxidative C? C coupling by using polyalkoxybenzene‐derived diaryliodonium(III) salts as both the oxidant and aryl source has been developed. These salts can induce single‐electron‐transfer (SET) oxidation to yield electron‐rich arenes and subsequently transfer the polyalkoxyphenyl group into in situ generated aromatic radical cations to produce biaryl products. The reaction is promoted by a Lewis acid that activates the iodonium salts. It has been revealed that the reactivity of the salts under acidic conditions is quite different to their known behavior under basic conditions. The reactivity preference of a series of iodonium salts in the SET oxidation and their ligand transfer abilities have been systematically investigated and the results are summarized in this report.  相似文献
