锆氢化反应研究2.羰基化合物的选择性还原

本文对芳香醛和酮的锆氢化反应及水解产物进行了研究。产物经NMR证明为相应的醇。并以苯甲醛为代表,初步探讨了锆氢化反应的过程。还研究了含有其他官能团的苯甲醛对锆氢化反应选择性的影响,以及含有较大取代基酮类的锆氢化反应。     

二炔基桥联双核钌配合物的电喷雾质谱研究

近十年来,利用金属有机结构元件为电子给体和受体,通过有机桥联配体组装导线成为研究的热点[1-9].     

Oscillation condition for a series piezoelectric sensor. Application to the determination of urease activity in plant seeds

The oscillating conditions for a series piezoelectric quartz crystal (SPQC) are proposed and verified experimentally. The influence of the cell constant and oscillator phase on the oscillational ability of the SPQC was investigated. It is shown that the SPQC possesses excellent oscillational ability in low or high conductivity solutions, but in solution of intermediate conductivity, the oscillational ability decreases with increasing oscillator phase or decreasing cell constant, sometimes resulting in a cease-to-oscillate zone. The SPQC was applied to determine the urease activity in plant seeds with a detection limit of 0.004 U ml⁻¹, based on the change in conductivity.     

锆氢化反应研究 Ⅰ.酯类及双官能团化合物的锆氢化反应

本工作以一氯一氢二茂锆为还原试剂,对苯甲酸苯乙酯和苯甲酸甲酯进行还原,对还原的条件及水解产物的分离鉴定进行了研究。并对同时含酯基与其它官能团的几种化合物进行了选择性还原,列出了官能团还原先后的顺序,对结果进行了讨论。     

制备参数对Au／Fe2O3催化剂水煤气变换性能的影响

 采用共沉淀法制备了Au／Fe2O3催化剂，并系统地考察了制备参数对其催化WGS性能的影响．通过BET，XRD，XRF，H2－TPR和HRTEM等表征手段，初步考察了Au／Fe2O3催化剂具有高催化活性的原因．结果表明，金负载量、沉淀剂种类、沉淀方式、沉淀pH值、焙烧气氛和焙烧温度对Au／Fe2O3催化剂的催化性能均具有较大的影响．Au／Fe2O3催化剂的低温高活性是纳米Au与Fe3O4协同作用的结果；Au／Fe2O3催化剂的高温活性是由于活性相Fe3O4起主要作用的结果．纳米Au粒子的烧结会降低其催化活性．     

中性芳烃稀土有机配合物的合成、结构及性能研究——Ⅲ.RE(C_6H_6)(AlCl_4)_3C_6H_6(RE=La,Nd)的合成及Nd(C_6H_6)(AlCl_4)_3C_6H_6的晶体结构

将加热活化的AlCl_3与三氯化稀土在苯溶液中反应,合成了2个新的轻稀土中性芳烃配合物RE(C_6H_6)(AlCl_4)_3C_6H_6(RE=La或Nd)。并用元素分析和红外光谱对其进行了表征。测定了含Nd配合物的晶体结构。对2个配合物结构的比较表明,中心金属离子对配合物的结构无明显影响,其键参数的差别主要来自“镧系收缩”。     

12-钼磷酸与γ-Al2O3载体的相互作用

应用酸碱滴定、X射线衍射(XRD)、激光拉曼(LRS)和顺磁共振(EPR)等方法研究了磷钼酸(PMo_(12))与γ-Al_2O_3载体间的相互作用．结果表明，PMo_(12)在γ-Al_2O_3上随负载量增加出现三种不同的分散状态，据此提出了PMo_(12)在γ-Al_2O_3上的铺展模型．     

Determination of the Enantiomeric Purity of l-Carnitine and Acetyl-l-Carnitine by Chiral Liquid Chromatography

A chiral liquid chromatographic method for determination of the enantiomeric purity of both l-carnitine and acetyl-l-carnitine is described. Separation of the enantiomers of dl-carnitine and acetyl-dl-carnitine was achieved on a commercial chiral column (Chiralcel OD-R) after derivatization with (alpha-bromo)methyl phenyl ketone. Introduction of this lipophilic UV chromophoric group to the carnitine and acetylcarnitine molecules improved their retention, resolution, and UV detection. The mobile phase was 74:26 (v/v) 0.5 mol L^-1 sodium perchlorate–acetonitrile, pH 3.8, and the flow rate was 0.4 mL min^-1. Detection was performed at 235 nm. The method is selective and reliable for determination of the enantiomeric purity of bulk drug substances l-carnitine and acetyl-l-carnitine.     

Cu/SiO2催化剂上苯胺和正丙醇高效合成N-丙基苯胺

采用等体积浸渍法经程序升温焙烧制备了Cu/SiO2催化剂,考察了该催化剂对苯胺和正丙醇气相合成N-丙基苯胺的催化活性和选择性.常压下,当反应温度为260℃时,Cu/SiO2上正丙醇转化率达到100%,N-丙基苯胺选择性超过92%.X射线衍射分析表明,该催化剂具有较好的铜结晶度.
