A series of pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines was synthesized by the reaction of 5‐aminopyrazole with benzylidenemalononitrile in aqueous media. The structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis and were further confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The single crystal and crystallized powder of triphosphate CeP3O9 have been synthesized, and the space group of CeP3O9 has been determined to be C2221 with the cell parameters ofa = 8.6059, b = 11.2437, c = 7.3518 (A), V= 711.4(3) (A)3, Z= 4, Dc = 3.520 g/cm3, F(000) = 700,R = 0.0377 and wR = 0.0930. The absorption and emission spectra have been measured, for which the strongest absorption and emission peaks are located at 280 and 320 nm, respectively. The density of state (DOS) and dielectric function have been calculated by the DFT method. The crystal is transparent provided the wavelength is larger than 341 nm, and the observed ultraviolet cut-off edge is at about 350 nm for a polycrystalline power sample. It is possible that the triphosphate CeP3O9 will become an ultraviolet emission material.  相似文献

固体白光发光二极管将成为21世纪新一代的节能光源. 要实现白光发射的重要途径之一是利用稀土发光材料的荧光转换技术, 把InGaN半导体管芯发射的460 nm蓝光或400 nm近紫外光转换成白光. 分别就这两种管芯报道了我们研制的发射蓝、绿、黄、红等不同颜色的稀土发光材料: YAG:Ce, Ca1-xSrxS:Eu^2+, Ga2S3:Eu^2+, MGa2S4:Eu^2+(M=Ca, Sr, Ba), SrGa^2+xS4+y:Eu^2+, (Ca1-xSrx)Se:Eu^2+, SrLaGa3S6O:Eu^2+, (M1, M2)10(PO4)6X2, (M1=Ca, Sr, Ba; M2=Eu, Mn; X=F, Cl, Br), NaEu0.92Sm0.08(MoO4)2, 并报道了由它们制成的白光发光二极管的色坐标、相关色温和显色指数等参数.  相似文献

The desulfurization of thiophene on Raney Ni and rapidly quenched skeletal Ni (RQ Ni) has been studied in ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The Raney Ni or RQ Ni can be approximated as a hydrogen-preadsorbed polycrystalline Ni-alumina composite. It is found that thiophene molecularly adsorbs on Raney Ni or RQ Ni at 103 K. At 173 K, thiophene on alumina is desorbed, while thiophene in direct contact with the metallic Ni in Raney Ni undergoes C-S bond scission, leading to carbonaceous species most probably in the metallocycle-like configuration and atomic sulfur. On RQ Ni, the temperature for thiophene dissociation is about 100 K higher than that on Raney Ni. The lower reactivity of RQ Ni toward thiophene is tentatively attributed to lattice expansion of Ni crystallites in RQ Ni due to rapid quenching. The existence of alumina and hydrogen may block the further cracking of the metallocycle-like species on Raney Ni and RQ Ni at higher temperatures, which has been the dominant reaction pathway on Ni single crystals. By 473 K, the C 1s peak has disappeared, leaving nickel sulfide on the surface.  相似文献

The anodic polymerization of 3-aminophthalhydrazide (luminol) and iron(II) tris 5-aminophenanthroline (Fe(phen-NH2)3(2+)) has been reported in this paper. A bilayer electrode was developed based on these polymers and the ITO conductive glass (denoted ITO[Fe(phen-NH2)3(2+)]luminol electrode). This electrode emitted light (lambdaem: 430 nm) as it was brought into contact with H2O2. At pH 10, the resulting electrochemiluminescence (ECL) showed a linear relationship with the concentration of H2O2 in the range of 10 microM(-1) mM. This bilayer electrode also showed an application potential for the detection of glucose after being further modified with glucose oxidase (denoted ITO[Fe(phen-NH2)3(2+)]luminol]GOx electrode). Although the resulting ECL decayed more rapidly in concentrated glucose solutions (e.g., I M) because of the consumption of luminol during use, the decay became less severe in diluted glucose solutions (e.g., 10 mM). According to the flow injection analysis, a linear relationship existed between the ECL and the concentration of glucose from 10(-5)-10(-3) M at pH 9. The detection limit could reach a level of 5 x 10(-5) M at this pH.  相似文献

N-Methylpyrrolidine in cefepime for injection was determined by capillary electrophoresis with indirect UV detection. Best results were achieved with background electrolyte consisting of 10 mM creatinine adjusted to pH 3.8 with formic acid and an applied voltage of 30 kV in a bare fused-silica capillary. Indirect UV detection was performed at a wavelength of 225 nm. The application of a small amount of inlet pressure during the separation assisted the attainment of a stable baseline. The optimized method was validated regarding selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, ruggedness, repeatability and detection limits. Careful control of capillary conditioning enabled migration time precision values of <0.2% RSD. The use of an internal standard enabled precision values of <1% RSD to be obtained for peak area ratios.  相似文献

Single-crystalline and monodisperse LaF3 triangular nanoplates (2.0 x 16.0 nm) in trigonal tysonite structure were synthesized by the thermolysis of a single-source precursor (SSP), La(CF3COO)3, in a hot oleic acid/octadecene solution. The combined use of SSP and coordinating and noncoordinating solvents was demonstrated to have played key roles in the formation of such high-quality nanoplates, which could spontaneously organize into two types of superlattices (edge-to-edge and face-to-face) on a large area. This SSP approach has advantages of one-step, mass production, and easy operation, and may represent a rather general route toward metal fluoride nanocrystals.  相似文献
