Near threshold photodetachment cross section of negative atomic oxygen ions

A 40-target state close-coupling calculation for the photodetachment cross section of negative atomic oxygen near threshold is carried out with core－valence electron correlation by using the R-matrix method. It was shown that after considering the excitations of two electrons from the 2s shell, the electron affinity of O^- (2s^22p^5{}^2P°) agrees with the experimental result much better than that just considering the excitations of electrons only from the 2p shell as well as only one electron from the 2s shell. Total cross section as well as the main contribution of the ionization channels to the partial cross section are illustrated to show the structure near threshold clearly.

固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定烟草样品中主要的植物多酚

 建立了先用体积分数为 80 %的甲醇水溶液回流提取烟草样品中的植物多酚 ,再采用Sep Pak C18固相微萃取小柱预分离脱脂的前处理方法 ,并选择了合适的分析烟草样品中植物多酚的高效液相色谱条件。采用C18柱 ,甲醇 磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为流动相进行梯度洗脱 ,烟草中主要的植物多酚均达到基线分离。提取各组分在其最大波长下的色谱图 ,根据其峰面积定量 ,并用紫外光谱图对烟草中主要的植物多酚进行辅助定性。在该方法中 ,多酚的标准回收率为 94%～ 10 5 %,RSD为 1 2 8%～ 1 49%。该方法可用于烟草样品中的植物多酚的测定。     

Synthesis,characterization of diorganotin (IV) schiff base complexes and their in vitro antitumor activity

Six novel diorganotin(IV) complexes have been synthesized in good yields by the reaction of R₂SnCl₂ (R= methyl, phenyl) with the Schiff base derived from salicylaldehyde and substituted thiosemicarbazide. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ¹H NMR and MS spectra. The structure of 2f was confirmed by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal of 2f is triclinic, space group P‐1 with a = 0.84996(12), b = 1.1204(2), c = 1.27597(12) nm, β = 81.908(9)°, V=1.0904(2) nm³, Z = 2, D_c= 1.551 g/cm³. The final discrepancy factors are R = 0.0211 and R_w = 0.0536 for 3710 independent reflections. Tests of antitumor activities in vitro showed that the obtained complexes had relative inhibition interaction to the KB, HCT‐8 and BEL‐7402 tumor cell lines.     

可溶性人源含硒抗体酶GPx的研究

对噬菌体展示人单链抗体库进行筛选,得到与半抗原S-二硝基苯取代的谷胱甘肽二丁酯特异结合的单链抗体3B10。用计算机模拟分析了单链抗体的空间结构,发现抗原结合的CDR3区位于抗体的表面,推测其可能进一步参加硒化反。利用突变引物,在大肠杆菌中表达了可溶性抗体蛋白,并用化学方法将催化必需基团硒代半胱氨酸（Sec）组装到3B10抗原结合部位,获得了具有谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活力的人源抗体酶。动力学研究结果表明,抗体酶和天然酶一样,符合乒乓反应机制。     

Breath Biomarkers in Diagnostic Applications

The detection of chemical compounds in exhaled human breath presents an opportunity to determine physiological state, diagnose disease or assess environmental exposure. Recent advancements in metabolomics research have led to improved capabilities to explore human metabolic profiles in breath. Despite some notable challenges in sampling and analysis, exhaled breath represents a desirable medium for metabolomics applications, foremost due to its non-invasive, convenient and practically limitless availability. Several breath-based tests that target either endogenous or exogenous gas-phase compounds are currently established and are in practical and/or clinical use. This review outlines the concept of breath analysis in the context of these unique tests and their applications. The respective breath biomarkers targeted in each test are discussed in relation to their physiological production in the human body and the development and implementation of the associated tests. The paper concludes with a brief insight into prospective tests and an outlook of the future direction of breath research.

A novel PtII–dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6 (DB18C6) complex

The novel Pt^II–dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6 (DB18C6) title complex, μ‐[tetrakis­(thio­cyanato‐S)­platinum(II)]‐N:N′‐bis{[2,5,8,­15,18,21‐hexa­oxa­tri­cyclo­[20.4.0.1^9,14]­hexa­cosa‐1(22),9(14),10,12,23,25‐hexaene‐κ⁶O]­potassium(I)}, [K(C₂₀H₂₄O₆)]₂[Pt(SCN)₄], has been isolated and characterized by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The structure analysis shows that the complex displays a quasi‐one‐dimensional infinite chain of two [K(DB18C6)]⁺ complex cations and a [Pt(SCN)₄]^2? anion, bridged by K⁺?π interactions between adjacent [K(DB18C6)]⁺ units.
