The role of W doping in response of hydrogen sensors based on MAO titania films

Anatase TiO₂ and W doped TiO₂ films were fabricated by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) on titanium substrates and their hydrogen sensing properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the oxide films and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was applied to investigate the gas sensing mechanism. It is found that the conductivity of TiO₂ films varies with the introduction of W dopant. EIS analysis reveals that the grains and especially the grain boundaries are mainly contributed to the hydrogen response and their equivalent circuits could be represented electrochemically by parallel resistor and constant phase element (CPE). The enhanced sensor signal at higher measuring temperature (300 °C) is observed with an optimal doping concentration of W ions (1.81 at.%).     

Superlinear Convergence of a Smooth Approximation Method for Mathematical Programs with Nonlinear Complementarity Constraints

<正>Mathematical programs with complementarity constraints(MPCC) is an important subclass of MPEC.It is a natural way to solve MPCC by constructing a suitable approximation of the primal problem.In this paper,we propose a new smoothing method for MPCC by using the aggregation technique.A new SQP algorithm for solving the MPCC problem is presented.At each iteration,the master direction is computed by solving a quadratic program,and the revised direction for avoiding the Maratos effect is generated by an explicit formula.As the non-degeneracy condition holds and the smoothing parameter tends to zero,the proposed SQP algorithm converges globally to an S-stationary point of the MPEC problem,its convergence rate is superlinear.Some preliminary numerical results are reported.

Ho:YVO_4晶体中Ho~(3+)光谱参数的计算

根据Ho3+在Ho :YVO4 晶体的吸收谱和 0 6～ 2 1μm波段的荧光谱 ,用J O理论计算了Ho3+的强度参数Ωλ ,并由此计算了激发能级的振子强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、荧光分支比和积分发射截面等光谱参数 ,讨论了Ho :YVO4 晶体作为红外激光材料的可能性。

Click synthesis and dye extraction properties of novel thiacalix[4]arene derivatives with triazolyl and hydrogen bonding groups

Using a click reaction between alkynylthiacalix[4]arene and ethyl 2-azidoacetate followed by an ammonolysis with ethanolamine,leucinol and hydrazine hydrate,respectively,three novel thiacalix [4]arene derivatives 4,5 and 6 with triazolyl and hydrogen bonding groups(NH and OH) were synthesized in high yields.They exhibited excellent extraction capability for six anionic and cationic dyes.The flexible cavity,π-triazole rings and hydrogen bonding groups all play crucial roles in dye complexation.
