Analysis of the M/G/1 queue with exponentially working vacations—a matrix analytic approach

In this paper, an M/G/1 queue with exponentially working vacations is analyzed. This queueing system is modeled as a two-dimensional embedded Markov chain which has an M/G/1-type transition probability matrix. Using the matrix analytic method, we obtain the distribution for the stationary queue length at departure epochs. Then, based on the classical vacation decomposition in the M/G/1 queue, we derive a conditional stochastic decomposition result. The joint distribution for the stationary queue length and service status at the arbitrary epoch is also obtained by analyzing the semi-Markov process. Furthermore, we provide the stationary waiting time and busy period analysis. Finally, several special cases and numerical examples are presented.     

Synthesis of the enediol isofurans, endogenous oxidation products of arachidonic acid

Isofurans (IsoF's) are a new class of human arachidonic acid oxidation products. They are produced in vivo by a free radical mechanism, independent of the cyclooxygenase enzymes. These new compounds are available from natural sources only in microgram quantities as mixtures. The enantioselective preparation of two enediol isofurans, 15-epi-ent-SC-Delta13-8-IsoF and ent-SC-Delta13-8-IsoF, is described. A key transformation in the synthesis is the selective cascade cyclization of a diol epoxide benzenesulfonate to give the substituted tetrahydrofuran skeleton of the isofurans. This synthesis will make these metabolites available for physiological evaluation.     

Finite rank operators in Jacobson radical \mathcal{R}_{\mathcal{N} \otimes \mathcal{M}}

In this paper we investigate finite rank operators in the Jacobson radical of Alg( ), where are nests. Based on the concrete characterizations of rank one operators in Alg( ) and , we obtain that each finite rank operator in can be written as a finite sum of rank one operators in and the weak closure of equals Alg( ) if and only if at least one of is continuous.     

基于故障树和混沌粒子群算法的锻压机床故障诊断方法

锻压机床由于生产效率高和材料利用率高的特点,被广泛应用于各领域.然而,锻压机床发生故障时,其故障种类繁多、故障数据量大,所以对锻压机床故障源的快速、准确诊断较困难.针对该问题,文章提出一种将故障树分析法和混沌粒子群算法相融合的方法,对锻压机床的故障源进行故障诊断.该方法是先通过故障树分析法对锻压机床的故障进行分析从而得到故障模式及其故障概率,然后由得到的故障模式和已知的故障维修经验分析归纳出故障模式的学习样本,再根据得到的故障概率运用混沌粒子群算法的遍历性快速、准确地诊断出锻压机床发生故障的精确位置.文章提出的方法以锻压机床的伺服系统为例进行了故障诊断实验,将该实验结果与遗传算法、粒子群算法进行对比.实验结果表明,文章的算法在锻压机床伺服系统的故障诊断中准确度更高、速度更快.     

Rotation Numbers of Linear Schrödinger Equations with Almost Periodic Potentials and Phase Transmissions

In this paper we study the linear Schrödinger equation with an almost periodic potential and phase transmission. Based on the extended unique ergodic theorem by Johnson and Moser, we will show for such an equation the existence of the rotation number. This extends the work of Johnson and Moser (in Commun Math Phys 84:403–438, 1982; Erratum Commun Math Phys 90:317–318, 1983) where no phase transmission is considered. The continuous dependence of rotation numbers on potentials and transmissions will be proved.     

基于PS021的电容式冰层厚度检测系统的设计

根据空气、冰和水的电容特性差异,本文设计了一种新型的电容式冰层厚度检测系统.该检测系统应用了德国acam公司的电容数字转换器PS021,可以把电容式传感器采集到的电容信号转换成数字信号输出.黄河的现场实验数据分析结果表明,系统结构简单,可靠性高,可以应用于冬季河道冰层厚度及冰下水位的定点、连续自动测量.

Hopf Bifurcation of Delayed Predator-prey System with Reserve Area for Prey and in the Presence of Toxicity

A kind of three species delayed predator-prey system with reserve area for prey and in the presence of toxicity is proposed in this paper.Local stability of the coexistence equilibrium of the system and the existence of a Hopf bifurcation is established by choosing the time delay as the bifurcation parameter.Explicit formulas to determine the direction and stability of the Hopf bifurcation are obtained by means of the normal form theory and the center manifold theorem.Finally,we give a numerical example to illustrate the obtained results.     

神华煤直接液化残渣水蒸气和CO2气化反应性研究

分别对神华煤和神华煤直接液化残渣的水蒸气和CO₂气化反应性进行了研究。结果表明,水蒸气气化反应中,煤半焦的反应性强于残渣半焦;CO₂气化反应中,残渣半焦的反应性强于煤半焦。这主要是影响煤和残渣水蒸气和CO₂气化反应性的关键因素不同。水蒸气气化反应受煤化程度的影响较大,而CO₂气化反应受煤化程度的影响较小,受矿物质催化作用的影响大。
