分别以氨水(am)、1,2-丙二胺(ipn)和乙二胺(en)作为配体,配制二价铜的配合物溶液;用一种中孔的SiO2(CFG)作为载体,利用离子交换法分别制备了三种铜基催化剂:Cu(am)-CFG、Cu(ipn)-CFG和Cu(en)-CFG.利用热重分析、X射线衍射等分析了催化剂的热稳定性和晶体结构;在连续流动式常压微型反应器上分别考察了三种催化剂对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应的催化活性.结果表明,当铜与氨为饱和配位,铜与1,2-丙二胺及乙二胺为不饱和配位时,所制备的三种催化剂的催化活性最高;其中Cu(am)-CFG和Cu(ipn)-CFG的催化活性明显比Cu(en)-CFG的高,对甲醇的转化率分别为16.34%和12.06%;对甲酸甲酯的选择性分别为75.69%和78.90%.  相似文献

The solid state phase transformation of Cu-Al-Bi alloy under high pressure was investigated by x-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Experimental results show that the initial crystalline phase in the Cu-Al-Bi alloy annealed at 750℃ under the pressures in the range of 0-6 GPa is α-Cu solid solution (named as α-Cu phase below), and high pressure has a great influence on the crystallisation process of the Cu-Al-Bi alloy. The grain size of the α-Cu phase decreases with increasing pressure as the pressure is below about 3 GPa, and then increases (P 3 GPa). The mechanism for the effects of high pressure on the crystallisation process of the alloy has been discussed.  相似文献

利用同步辐射高能X光散射的方法,研究了室温下非晶合金Ni77P23的自由体积的变化所引起的压缩行为的变化规律,通过傅里叶变换得到不同压力下的径向分布函数,并由此获得了不同压力下,该非晶合金的配位数、近邻原子间距等原子构型的结构信息. 研究表明,至直30.5GPa压力,Ni77P23合金仍保持稳定的非晶结构,根据Bridgman方程通过拟合数据,得到状态方程为 -ΔV/V0=0.08606P-3.2×10-4P2+5.7×10-6P3.  相似文献

SBA-15介孔分子筛内填充蔗糖并炭化后, 分别在碱性和弱酸性条件下, 用含铝源及TPABr的溶液浸渍,将SBA-15分子筛孔壁的无定形结构转化成ZSM-5分子筛的晶体结构, 除碳后得到含介孔的ZSM-5分子筛. 用X射线衍射、 N_2吸附-脱附、 ~(27)Al MAS NMR、 NH_3-TPD、 TEM、 SEM等对样品进行了表征, 考察了晶化时间等参数对样品的影响. 结果表明, 碱性条件下合成的ZSM-5分子筛晶体中含有少量孔径约3.2~4.2 nm的介孔孔道, 其酸强度接近与常规ZSM-5分子筛的酸强度;弱酸性条件下合成的ZSM-5分子筛晶体中含有大量孔径约1.4~1.6 nm的孔道, 其酸强度明显低于常规ZSM-5分子筛的酸强度.  相似文献

The effect of yttrium addition on glass formation of a ZrCuAlSi alloy is investigated. The maximum diameter 8mm of the glassy rods for (Zr46.3Cu43.3Al8.9Si1.5)100-xYx alloy with x = 2.5 is obtained by copper mould casting. Apparent enhancement of the glass formation ability is found with addition of yttrium, mainly due to the purification of the alloy melt and the suppression of formation of the primary phases by yttrium.  相似文献

Zr41 Ti14 Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk metallic glasses (BMG) are annealed at a temperature of 603 K under ambient and high pressures in the range of 3-6 GPa. The effect of high pressure annealing on the nanocrystallization process of compressed specimens is investigated by x-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and transmission electron microscopy. Experimental results show that the grain size of the crystalline phase decreases with the increasing pressure. For the Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Nil0Be22.5 BMG annealing at 603K in the pressure range of 0- 6 GPa, the activation energy 159.68 kJ/mol and the activation volume △V* =0.94 cm^3/mol are determined. The mechanism for the effects of the high pressure on the nanocrystallization process of the BMG is discussed.  相似文献

This paper applies techniques of containerless processing, drop tube and glass fluxing, to undercool and solidify Ni77P23 alloys. Different diameter spheres were collected at the bottom of a 52-m long drop tube. Both crystalline and amorphous phase were formed in various size specimens due to the different cooling rate. The variation of partial undercooling with bulk undercooling is calculated for the Ni77P23 alloys. The deep undercooling and rapid solidification behaviour of Ni77P23 melts has been analysed with respect to microstructure formation and transition during fluxing and 52-m drop process of undercooled melts.  相似文献

The compression properties of Zr41Ti14Cu12.aNi10Be22.5, Zr44.4Nb7Cu13.5Ni10.8Be24.3 bulk metallic glasses and Ni77P23 binary amorphous alloy are investigated at room temperature up to 24 GPa, 39 GPa and 30.5 GPa, respectively, using in-situ high pressure energy dispersive x-ray diffraction with a synchrotron radiation source. The pressure-volume relationship of Ni77P23 amorphous alloy is consistent well with the second order BirchMurnaghan (B-M) equation within the experimental pressure range. However, under higher pressure, the experimental data of Zr-based specimens deviate from the B-M equation. Compare to the binary amorphous alloy less excess free volume existing in the bulk metallic glass and multi-component atomic configuration results in a two-stage relationship between compressibility and pressure.  相似文献

The compression of Zr44.4Nb7Cu13.5Ni10.8Be24.3 bulk metallic glass (BMG) is investigated at room temperature up to 39 GPa using in situ high-pressure energy dispersive x-ray diffraction with a synchrotron radiation source. The equation of state of the BMG is obtained by the calculation of the radial distribution function. Pressureinduced structural relaxation is exhibited. It is found that below about 6 GPa, the existence of excess free volume contributes to the rapid structural relaxation, which gives rise to rapid volumetric change, and the structural relaxation results in structural stiffness under higher pressure.  相似文献

采用两步晶化法合成了孔壁含沸石初级结构单元的六方介孔材料,用XRD, N_2吸附-脱附,TEM,IR和NH_3TPD对样品进行了表征,考察了晶化时间、碱度、 温度和NH_4~+离子交换对样品的影响。结果表明合成的介孔材料(AlMB41)在结构 上和AlMCM-41类似,并且没有发现β沸石相的存在。样品具有较高的热稳定性。氢 型AlMB41用有强酸位,在催化异丙苯裂解和2,4-二叔丁基苯酚与叔丁醇的烷基化 反应中,其催化活性明显高于常规法合成的AlMCM-41。  相似文献
