含胆甾基的双取代哒嗪的合成和介晶性

合成了8个未见报道的中心桥连基为哒嗪环、酯基、CH＝N基,含有胆甾基、二个苯环、不同末端链长度的双取代哒嗪化合物,并通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)对其介晶性进行了表征.研究表明,末端链长度对相变温度和清亮点温度均有影响,但对相变温度范围影响较小.     

普利沙星与Co(phen)2+3及DNA间结合作用的电化学和光谱

利用电化学和紫外光谱法研究了邻菲咯啉合钴(Co(phen)2+3)与普利沙星(PLFX)及DNA间在pH=7.4的三羟甲基氨基甲烷-盐酸缓冲溶液中的结合作用. 紫外光谱测量结果表明,普利沙星与Co(phen)2+3发生了结合作用形成二元络合物,结合常数为2.0×104 L/mol. 电化学测量表明,在Co(phen)2+3-普利沙星络合物中加入DNA后,Co(phen)2+3-普利沙星络合物的峰电流下降,峰电位差增大了17 mV,式电位负移了3.5 mV,推断络合物与DNA作用方式主要为静电作用.     

Varietal identification of rice prolamins by capillary zone electrophoresis

Summary Capillary electrophoretic methods were developed to investigate the possibility of prolamin identification of four rice varieties i.e. Thai white fragrant rice KD105, Korkhor15, Thai white rice A, and a Chinese white rice H20. Two extraction methods were compared and varietal identification of rice prolamins was successfully accomplished by capillary electrophoresis in pH 2.5, sodium phosphate buffer containing 20% acetonitrile and 0.05% hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

DC-SC光阴极注入器的束载实验的调试进展

 北京大学射频超导实验室设计了新型超导光电子枪——DC-SC光阴极注入器，目标是为自由电子激光平台提供能量在2~3MeV，脉宽小于10ps，脉冲重复频率为81.25MHz，平均流强约为1mA的低发射度电子束。现在已经建成了DC-SC光阴极注入器实验平台，包括激光驱动光阴极系统，Pierce直流高压加速结构，1.3GHz 1＋1/2纯铌超导腔，恒温器低温系统，4.5kW连续波微波系统，1/16分频与同步控制系统，束流诊断系统和能量分析系统等。并且完成了超导腔的静态实验，直流加速结构也经过了100μA低电流测试。实验结果符合设计要求，整体调试后即可以进行束载实验。     

若干特殊函数在T矩阵求解散射场时的编程实现

本文介绍用T矩阵方法来计算表面缺陷散射场时所用到的几个特殊函数的计算机数值编程方法。主要是球贝塞耳函数的算法、球汉克函数的算法、函数dn0m(θ)的算法和T矩阵的算法。所用编程语言为Delphi6.0。     

高效液相色谱法测定金盏菊中叶黄素

KNAUER Eurospher- 1 0 0 C1 8(3.9mm× 30 0 mm,4 .6 μm)色谱柱 ,以乙腈 -甲醇 -乙酸乙酯混合液为流动相 ,流速 1 .0 m L/ min;检测波长 4 6 0 nm;柱温 2 5℃ ,高效液相色谱法测定金盏菊中叶黄素含量。校准曲线法定量 ,检出限为 3.0 mg/ m L。叶黄素含量在 8— 6 4mg/ L之间线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9999,RSD=1 .4 % ,回收率在 97%— 1 0 1 %之间。本法适合叶黄素产品中叶黄素含量的测定     

手性N-长链脂肪酰基氨基酸对硝基酚酯的合成

Six N-long chiral liphophilic amino-acid p-nitrophenyl esters wer e synthesized by acylation and condensation reactions.Their structures are confirmed by Ms,1HNMR,IR,and elem ental analysis.     

Experimental Study of a Pulsed Ytterbium-Doped Fibre Laser with Fast and Slow Saturable Absorbers in a Linear Cavity

We present a linear-cavity stretched-pulse fibre laser and by semiconductor saturable-absorber mirrors. A with mode locking by a nonlinear polarization rotation Q-switched mode-locking cw train and a mode-locking pulse train are obtained in the experiment. We investigate the effects of the equivalent fast saturable absorber and the slow saturable absorbers in experiment. It is found that neither the nonlinear polarization evolution effect nor a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror is enough to produce the stable cw mode-locking pulses in this experiment. A nonlinear polarization evolution effect controls the cavity loss to literally carve the pulses; semiconductor saturable absorber mirrors provide the self-restarting and maintain the stability of the modelocking operation.
