双氯芬酸钠与牛血清白蛋白结合反应的特征

在模拟人体生理条件下,采用荧光光谱和紫外 可见吸收光谱法研究了双氯芬酸钠与牛血清白蛋白的结合反应.实验结果显示,双氯芬酸钠对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭作用,该猝灭过程主要为静态荧光猝灭过程;二者结合常数KLB=2.167×105mol·L-1;二者的结合位置距212位色氨酸2.13nm;同时,由结合反应的热力学参数得出二者作用力主要是氢键或VanderWall's力.

Characterizations of Tb:Zn2SiO4 films on silicon wafer prepared by sol-gel dip-coating and solid-phase reaction

Terbium-doped Zn_2SiO_4 films were successfully prepared on Si wafers by a simple sol-gel dip-coating and solid-phase reaction method of ZnO and SiO_2. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV－Vis absorption results revealed that films processed below 850℃ were ZnO in wurzite structure, and films processed above 850℃ were Zn_2SiO_4 in wellimite structure. Photoluminescence measurements of the Tb-doped Zn_2SiO_4 films showed two strong emission bands at 490 and 545nm. The photoluminescence lifetime was 4.6ms.     

A Multiobjective Hybrid Metaheuristic Approach for GIS-based Spatial Zoning Model

This paper presents a multiobjective hybrid metaheuristic approach for an intelligent spatial zoning model in order to draw territory line for geographical or spatial zone for the purpose of space control. The model employs a Geographic Information System (GIS) and uses multiobjective combinatorial optimization techniques as its components. The proposed hybrid metaheuristic consists of the symbiosis between tabu search and scatter search method and it is used heuristically to generate non-dominated alternatives. The approach works with a set of current solution, which through manipulation of weights are optimized towards the non-dominated frontier while at the same time, seek to disperse over the frontier by a strategic oscillation concept. The general procedure and its algorithms are given as well as its implementation in the GIS environment. The computation has resulted in tremendous improvements in spatial zoning.

Roles of rhenium diimine complexes as metal‐ion probes and photosensitizers in functional polyurethanes

Polyurethanes incorporated with rhenium diimine complexes were synthesized. The polymers exhibited interesting morphologies and solution properties. Results from gel permeation chromatography suggested the formation of polymer aggregates in solutions. The polymers could act as probes for metal ions. The addition of metal ions to polymer solutions led to significant changes in the electronic absorption properties of the polymer solutions. This was attributed to the interactions between the polyether moieties and metal ions. The metal complexes could also act as efficient photosensitizers. After doping with charge‐transport viologens, the photoconductivity of the polymers was greatly enhanced. The experimental quantum efficiency was simulated with Onsager's theory. 研制了能在强磁场、强干扰环境下工作的快响应真空电离规(快规),用于对HL 2A装置偏滤器室和等离子体附近的中性粒子密度和通量进行原位测量。介绍了快规的结构、工作原理、设计要点以及实验结果。在无磁场的情况下,快规对气体压强的测量范围为6.4×10-6～0.15Pa,在1×10-5～0.15Pa范围内,快规收集极离子流与发射电子流之比与气压保持良好线性关系;在0 15T的磁场下,快规的规管常数未发生显著变化,在规管对称轴与磁力线的夹角小于15o时,规管常数的变化小于10%。
