原子吸收、原子荧光和火焰光谱分析

本文主要根据1991～1993年第一季度国内重要分析刊物所发表的文章以及在此期间重要全国性会议的主要论文,对我国原子吸收光谱法,原子荧光光谱法以及火焰发射光谱分析法的进展作一综述。文中共收集文献692篇。     

光化学-荧光分析法研究——Ⅲ.片剂及注射液中安定的测定

本文提出了测定安定的光化学—荧光分析新方法。安定在含有十二烷基硫酸钠的稀硫酸介质中,经紫外光照射后,产物能发射荧光(=368nm,=476nm)。安定浓度在0～2.5μg/ml范围内,荧光强度与浓度成良好的线性关系。方法的相对标准偏差为1.5％,检出限为0.044μg/ml,可用于片剂及注射液中安定含量的测定。     

微量元素与妊娠及围产医学的关系

为探讨微量元素与妊娠及围产医学的关系，取４９例正常孕产妇和５１例异常孕产妇的头发进行微量元素检测．结果表明，异常孕产妇中妊娠高血压综合征组发锌均值（１０４±１７．５４）×１０－６明显低于正常组（１６８±２２．１２）×１０－６，而发铜均值（１３．３±０．７８）×１０－６明显高于正常组（１１．３±０．９４）×１０－６，不明原因流产组发锌（１１５±１０．３２）×１０－６，发铜（９．０３±１．０３）×１０－６两项均值明显低于正常组，羊膜早破组仅发铜均值（７．５９±１．９７）×１０－６低于正常组；畸胎组则锌、铜、铁、钙均值都低于正常组．经统计学处理均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或产＜０．０１）     

Indirect Determination of Captopril with Sodium Nitrate and Thiocyanate by Floatation Separation of Copper

A new method for indirect determination of captopril (CPT) with NaNO₃ and NH₄SCN by floatation and separation of copper has been studied. In the weak acid, a small amount of Cu(II) can be reduced to Cu(I) by CPT, then Cu(I) reacted with the SCN, which can float on the surface of the liquid phase with NaNO₃. A good linear relationship is observed between the floatation yield (E%) of Cu(II) and the amount of captopril. The linear range is 2?32 mg/L. On the ground, captopril can be indirectly determined by determining E(%) of Cu(II). The method is simple, rapid, reliable and has good selectivity. The developed method can be applied to indirect determination of captopril with satisfactory results.     

A New Saponin Transformed from Ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis

A novel saponin was isolated from the transformed products of ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis. It‘s structure was determined to be 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-20 (S)-protopanaxatriol on the basis of the spectral data.     

SYNTHESIS OF POLY ( ETHER-URETHANE) CONTAINING PENDANT AMINO GROUP

This paper is concerned with the synthesis of poly (ether-urethane) with pendant amino groups. The copolyether produced by ring opening copolymerization of tetrahydrofuran and epibromohydrin was treated with sodium azide in dimethylformamide to form azido substituted copolyether. The poly (ether-urethane) made from it was subjected to reduction reaction to convert azido group to amino group. The stress-strain behavior and dynamic-mechanical properties of poly (ether-urethane) containing pendant amino groups were studied.

一种二帽pseudo-Keggin结构簇合物[HN(C_2H_5)_3]_3[N(C_2H_5)_3]_2[Mo_8~ⅣMo_4~ⅤV_2~ⅣO_(38)(PO_4)]的水热合成、结构和性质研究

金属－氧簇合物因其结构多样性及在催化、材料和医药等方面的应用而引起人们的关注犤１犦。在众多金属－氧簇合物中，Keggin结构及金属取代Keggin结构金属－氧簇被大量报道，但由于很难获得高质量单晶，有关二帽Keggin结构的报道非常少，目前只有几例报道犤２～９犦。近年来，随着水热法应用到金属－氧簇的合成，陆续获得了一系列具有新颖结构的簇合物。１９９８年，通过水热法获得了第一个二帽pseudo－Keggin结构簇合物犤NH４犦４H犤PMo８VⅣ４VⅤ２O４２犦·２４H２O犤１０犦。我们用水热法以三乙胺做模板剂获得了一种全新的二帽pse…     

原油乳状液稳定性和破乳研究进展

本文从控制乳状液稳定性的一些因素－界面膜、界面张力、双电层、空间位阻、固体粒子、液晶、油相溶解度、连续相粘度等方面综述了有关乳状液稳定性的一些研究进展。对国内外有关原油乳状液的破乳研究也做了综述。同时，介绍了应用于乳状液稳定性研究的新的实验技术和仪器。
