Several novel chiral thiazoline primary and tertiary alcohols were easily synthesized from commercially available l ‐cysteine in three steps and with high yield. These ligands were subsequently applied to the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc (Et2Zn) to various aldehydes. Products with S configuration were obtained when thiazoline‐containing tertiary alcohol ligands were used as catalysts. The primary alcohol induced corresponding products with R configuration in 68% enantiomeric excess, which was a higher value relative to other N―O ligands possessing a primary alcohol unit in the literature. A novel SrTiO3/BiPO4 heterostructure with different amounts of SrTiO3 have been successfully prepared through the hydrothermal process. The photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The photocatalytic performance was evaluated by degrading the methylene blue dye solution under UV light. Results showed that the samples displayed excellent photocatalytic degradation efficiency due to the highly efficient suppression of the recombination of electron–hole pairs. A possible mechanism of SrTiO3/BiPO4 heterojunctions was discussed. The research indicated that the as-prepared SrTiO3/BiPO4 heterogeneous photocatalyst can be used as an effective material for degrading industrial organic wastewater. 相似文献

A novel and efficient microwave-assisted one-step reaction was developed to synthesize chiral N-sulfonylaziridines by the reaction of different chiral amino alcohols and sulfonic chlorides. A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (MS/MS) method was developed for rapid determination of 13 isoflavones in Radix puerariae. A novel shell-type column, namely Kinetex core-shell C(18) column (50 mm×2.1 mm id, 2.6 μm), and gradient elution were used during the analysis. The chromatographic peaks of 13 investigated compounds were identified by comparing their retention time and MS data with the related reference compounds. Multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) was employed for the quantitative analysis with negative ionization mode. All calibration curves showed good linearity (r(2)>0.9990) within test ranges. The LOD and LOQ were lower than 0.017 and 0.873 μg/mL on column, respectively. The intra- and inter-day precisions for 13 analytes were <1.17 and 2.17%, respectively, and the recoveries were 93.1-104.4%. The validated method was applied for quantitative analysis of 13 isoflavones in 7 species of Radix puerariae. The result demonstrated that HPLC-MS/MS system with Kinetex column could be a promising analytical tool for the determination of isoflavones in traditional Chinese medicines, which is helpful for comprehensive evaluation of quality of R. puerariae. 相似文献

Dopamine may show some biological activities in antitumor and cell apoptosis. Herein, we attempted to employ UV-Vis, CD, and electrochemical methods to investigate the interaction between DNA and dopamine. Both the spectroscopic and electrochemical evidence indicated that dopamine, which was a cation, could interact with polyanion DNA. However, this kind of interaction, mainly by a static electronic force, did not result in any damage of the DNA structure. This situation was quite different when Cu ion was added to the dopamine-DNA system; an obvious change in the color of the solution and in the spectra of UV-Vis and CD showed that some chemical changes occurred in this system, and that the DNA native structure was destroyed. The results of gel electrophores further revealed that DNA might be broken into small segments by dopamine in the presence of Cu ion. The possible reaction mechanisms are discussed. 相似文献
