Simultaneous Quantification of Seven Main Triterpenoid Saponins in Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis by LC–ELSD

Chinese clematis is a Chinese medicine with anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatoid properties. Studies showed the triterpenoid saponins of this herb represent the major active components with therapeutic activities for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. The LC–ELSD method was developed to quantitatively analyze seven major triterpenoid saponins in 22 samples from different habitats. The linearity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy were investigated. It showed the great variation of the contents of each saponin. We concluded clematichinenoside AR is the major saponin in all the samples. This method can be used to effectively evaluate and monitor the quality of Chinese clematis in clinical use.

Temperature-insensitive fiber Bragg grating dynamic pressure sensing system

Temperature-insensitive dynamic pressure measurement using a single fiber Bragg grating (FBG) based on reflection spectrum bandwidth modulation and optical power detection is proposed. A specifically designed double-hole cantilever beam is used to provide a pressure-induced axial strain gradient along the sensing FBG and is also used to modulate the reflection bandwidth of the grating. The bandwidth modulation is immune to spatially uniform temperature effects, and the pressure can be unambiguously determined by measuring the reflected optical power, avoiding the complex wavelength interrogation system. The system acquisition time is up to 85 Hz for dynamic pressure measurement, and the thermal fluctuation is kept less than 1.2% full-scale for a temperature range of -10 degrees C to 80 degrees C.     

Stochastic resonance characteristic analysis of new potential function under Levy noise and bearing fault detection

Based on the output saturation of classcial bistable stochastic resonance (CBSR), a new type of piecewise nonlinear bistable stochastic resonance (PNBSR) system is constructed. The mean signal-to-noise ratio gain is regarded as an index to measure the stochastic resonance phenomenon. The laws for the resonant output of piecewise nonlinear bistable system governed by l, c, a, b and D of Levy noise are explored under different characteristic index α and symmetry parameter β of Levy noise. The results show that the output of PNBSR system has increased 4?dB by comparing with the output signal-to-noise ratio of CBSR system. And the stochastic resonance phenomenon can be induced by adjusting the piecewise nonlinear system's parameters under any α or β of Levy noise. The interval of the parameters of system which induces good stochastic resonance is roughly the same. And the output signal waveform of resonance is very similar to the input signal waveform, which has some reference value for the signal recovery. Moreover, we can find the good stochastic resonance interval of the system parameters do not change with D of Levy noise under the different noise intensity D of Levy noise. On the basis of this, adjusting the intensity amplification factor D of Levy noise, which induces good stochastic resonance, and the interval does not change with α or β. At last, the piecewise nonlinear bistable system is applied to detect bearing fault signals, which achieves better performance compared with the classical bistable system.     

求任意形状截面无限长直载流螺线管磁场的一种方法

在电磁学中,无限长直载流螺线管的磁场是一个基本与核心的问题,为了得到这一系统的磁场,通常的做法是：先就圆截面情况计算,然后把截面为任意形状无限长直螺线管看成是由无数大大小小的圆截面螺线管叠加而成,由此得到螺线管内的磁场均匀而管外磁场为零的一般结论.这里给出了一种推导截面为任意形状无限长直螺线管内外磁场的直接方法.先计算螺线管表面一窄条的磁场,再算总磁场.这种方法物理图像清楚,数学过程简单,可以在教学中加以应用.     

液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜和水果中硝苯菌酯的残留量

建立了一种通过检测硝苯菌酯(2,4-dinitro-6-(1-methylheptyl) phenyl crotonate, 2,4-DNOPC)相应的水解产物2,4-二硝基-6-(1-甲基庚基)苯酚(2,4-dinitro-6-(1-methylheptyl) phenol, 2,4-DNOP)来测定蔬菜和水果中2,4-DNOPC残留量的液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-ESI-MS/MS)检测方法。蔬菜和水果样品用丙酮-甲醇-盐酸的混合液进行液-液分配提取,在碱性条件下超声水解后再进行液-液分配提取,然后进行LC-MS/MS测定。2,4-DNOPC在6种蔬菜和水果中的回收率试验结果表明,2,4-DNOPC在甘蓝中的添加回收率为89.7%～93.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.3%～8.5%;在黄瓜中的添加回收率为87.7%～95.1%, RSD为5.8%～10.4%;在番茄中的添加回收率为89.3%～96.0%, RSD为6.8%～9.2%;在苹果中的添加回收率为92.0%～98.3%, RSD为5.1%～10.3%;在梨中的添加回收率为89.0%～95.0%, RSD为5.3%～10.2%;在葡萄中的添加回收率为81.2%～95.8%, RSD为5.8%～10.4%。2,4-DNOPC在6种蔬菜和水果的最低检测浓度均为0.01 mg/kg。该检测方法样品前处理简单、快速,分析时间短,灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留检测要求,适用于蔬菜和水果中硝苯菌酯残留量的检测。     

Synthesis and structure of the β-carboline derivatives and their binding intensity with cyclin-dependent kinase 2

Series of 3-substituted of 6-aminosulfonyl-β-carbolines were designed and synthesized. In addition, the binding mode of these β-carboline derivatives with cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) was studied by means of fluorescence measurements and molecular docking calculation. The results showed that replacement of 3-cyclohexylmethoxy group will increase the hydrophobic binding interaction with the deep hydrophobic pocket of CDK2 correlate to the higher binding intensity.

Facile Synthesis of A 3D Flower‐Like Mesoporous Ni@C Composite Material for High‐Energy Aqueous Asymmetric Supercapacitors

A 3D flower‐like mesoporous Ni@C composite material has been synthesized by using a facile and economical one‐pot hydrothermal method. This unique 3D flower‐like Ni@C composite, which exhibited a high surface area (522.4 m² g^?1), consisted of highly dispersed Ni nanoparticles on mesoporous carbon flakes. The effect of calcination temperature on the electrochemical performance of the Ni@C composite was systematically investigated. The optimized material (Ni@C 700) displayed high specific capacity (1306 F g^?1 at 2 A g^?1) and excellent cycling performance (96.7 % retention after 5000 cycles). Furthermore, an asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) that contained Ni@C 700 as cathode and mesoporous carbon (MC) as anode demonstrated high energy density (60.4 W h kg^?1 at a power density of 750 W kg^?1).     

内型2—（3,3—二甲基—2—降冰片基）丁醛及其衍生物的合成

以内型３，３－二甲基－２－降冰片基乙醛（１）与叔丁胺反应制得醛亚胺（２），依次和溴化乙基镁，碘乙烷反应制得内型２－（３，３－二甲基－２－降冰片基）丁醛的亚胺（４），再经水解得内型２－（３，３－二甲基－２－降冰片基）丁醛（５）。后者经与乙二醇缩醛化及氧化分别制得该醛的缩醛（６）及羧酸（７）。这些化合物均为新化合物，经纯化后进行了结构分析，并对其质谱进行了讨论。
