1.5μm波段基于级联二阶非线性的铌酸锂光波导全光波长变换的理论分析

研究了基于级联二阶非线性的铌酸锂波导全光波长变换器的特性.首先从耦合模方程出发,比较了数值分析结果与小信号近似分析的结果.其次在数值分析基础上,分析了铌酸锂晶体的温度变化导致相应基频光波波长与极化反转光栅周期的变化关系.最后分析了在不同相互作用长度下,转换的光波功率与有效基频光波波长带宽、温度调谐带宽、极化反转光栅周期带宽等关系,以对全光波长变换器件进行优化设计 关键词： 级联二阶非线性 波长变换 准位相匹配 铌酸锂光波导     

Interferences in Photodetachment of a Negative Molecular Ion

The photodetachment of a negative molecular ion is studied theoretically using a two-center model. The detached electron wave function is obtained as a superposition of two coherent waves originating from each center. The photo-detached electron flux is evaluated on a screen placed at a large distance from the negative molecular ion. The electron flux on the screen displays strong interferences, the peak positions are related to the distance between the two centers in the negative molecular ion. We a/so obtained a simple analytical formula for the total photodetachment cross section. It approaches one and two times of the cross section for the one-center system in the high and lowphoton energy limits respectively.     

镍-酸性铬兰K络合物吸附波

用微分脉冲溶出伏安法研究了镍(11)与酸性铬兰K(ACBK)所生成的络合物在悬汞电极上的电化学特性及电化学反应机理，发现电极反应为镍与酸性铬兰K所生成的络合物吸附在电极表面后发生的不可逆还原。在HCl-硼砂介质中(pH8．67)，络合物在-316mV处有一吸附还原峰，其峰电流与镍浓度在0．001～0．010μ/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系，其最低检出浓度为0．0005μg／mL。     

Fe/Si多层膜的层间耦合与界面扩散

对以本征Si及重掺杂ｐ型和ｎ型Si作为中间层的Fe/Si多层膜的层间耦合进行研究，并通过退火，增大Fe，Si之间的扩散，分析界面扩散对层间耦合的影响. 实验结果表明，层状结构良好的制备态的多层膜，Fe，Si之间也存在一定程度的扩散，它是影响层间耦合的 主要因素，远远超过了半导体意义上的重掺杂，使不同种类的Si作为中间层的层间耦合基本 一致.进一步还发现，在一定范围内增大Fe，Si之间的扩散，即使多层膜的层状结构已经有了相当的退化，Fe/Si多层膜的反铁磁耦合强度基本保持不变. 关键词： Fe/Si多层膜 层间耦合 界面扩散     

亚直不可约DQrC-环

在文[1]中我们引进了DQ_rC-环,本文给出了忠实的与不忠实的DQ_rC-环为亚直不可约环的充分必要条件.由于DQ_rC-环是比DQC-环更广泛的环类,所以本文推广了W.Burgess等人在DQC-环方面相应的工作.     

关于算子方程AX=XAX与AX=XA=XAX

用A的不变子空间作参数，给出了算子方程AX＝XAX的全部解。当A是单射或稠值域时，或者当A是正规算子时，给出了算子方程AX＝XA＝XAX的全部解。我们还给出正规算子X是算子方程AX＝XZ＝XAX的解的充分必要条件。     

绿色荧光粉YAGG∶Tb,Gd用于FED的尝试

FED器件的发展迫切需要具有化学和热稳定性 ,高亮度 ,长寿命的新型荧光材料。本文合成了Gd3 +离子共掺杂的YAGG∶Tb获得了YAGG∶Tb ,Gd ,并将其用于 0～ 30 0 0V低压范围 ,对其在不同电压和电流密度下的发光特性进行了测试。结果表明 ,该种材料特性优于ZnO∶Zn并且不存在电压与电流饱和     

Stability of a deflagration front in compressible media

A two-dimensional linear analysis of the planar flame front stability for a compressible fluid is presented. The analysis shows that there are two types of perturbations. The first type, corresponding to waves in incompressible media, has already been studied by Landau. It predicts absolute instability of the flame front. The second type of perturbations is due to fluid compressibility and the dependence on upstream flow parameters of the flame front velocity. Three different regimes for these perturbations are possible: stable, acoustically unstable, and absolutely unstable. The instability results in a pronounced pressure wave generation.A one-dimensional analysis of the interaction of the flame front with flow boundaries is performed. Under some circumstances, this interaction is shown to cause exponential growth of the perturbations.     

Superferromagnetic state of α-Fe in Fe implanted Co6Ag94 studied by Mössbauer spectroscopy

After having introduced by ion implantation ⁵⁷Fe to a local concentration of 7 at% into Co₆Ag₉₄, we observed it by conversion electron Mössbauer spectroscopy in the as-prepared state and after isochronal annealing. A superferromagnetic state is inferred, which is correlated with the ordering of the magnetic moments on the Fe clusters through chain-like or dendritic Co/Fe linear structures. The magnetic moment disordering temperature lies above 473 K.
