MgCO_3·5H_2O晶体的合成及其晶体结构的研究

本文以合成方法得到了一般条件下难于得到的五水碳镁石的完整晶体,相应地对其之结构进行了研究,并给出了结构参数和结构图。结果表明,该晶体中的镁离子均呈八面体配位,但有两种配位状态,分别构成两种络离子;CO_3~(2-)只有一种位置,而不是据红外光谱结果所推测的那样至少有3种。本文作者据所得研究结果提出:该矿物的化学式实际上应表示为:Mg(H_2O)_6·Mg(CO_3)_2(H_2O)_4,而MgCO_3·5H_2O只是化学简式。     

多溴代双羟基二苯醚的合成与抑菌活性研究

自1981年Brad等[1]首次报道从一种名为Dysides的海洋海绵体中分离出两种天然多溴代2,2′-二羟基二苯醚以来,许多科学家对此类化合物进行了大量的研究,发现它们具有较好的抑菌杀菌能力[2],杀菌效果很好,稳定性好,毒性低,对皮肤无刺激性,无致敏性、无腐蚀性,能抑制致癌的肌苷酸脱     

HORMONAL REGULATION OF CALLUS FORMATION IN RELATION TO NUCLEIC ACIDS AND AMINO ACIDS METABOLISM

The cotyledon segments of mung bean were cultured On Miller's medium with or without auxins and cytokinins. It was found that NAA and kinetiu were both required for callus formation and the growth rate increased proportionally to their concentrations. RNA and protein synthesis increased in the early stage of callus formation and the increase of the total RNA was mainly due to the increase of 25S and 18S RNA. In addition, it has been shown that the total amount of free amino acids in the control segments obviously increased after incubation and was larger than that in the callus-forming segments. On the other hand, the amount of protein amino acids in the callus-forming segments was larger than that in the control. Both proline and hydroxyproline existed in the control and callus-forming segments were increased, but the ratio of hydroxyprolinc and proline in the callus-forming segments was tfigher than that in the control.     

阴离子表面活性剂缔合乙基硫堇光度法测定硫化物的研究

研究了二乙氨基对苯胺与硫化物形成乙基硫堇的显色反应,十二烷基磺酸钠可提高测定S2-的灵敏度。该缔合物在675nm处有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数为4.25×104L·mol-1·cm-1,S2-测定的线性范围为0～0.8μg/mL。该方法用于天然水中微量硫化物的测定,结果满意。     

手性二硫代磷酸镍(Ⅱ)(英)

Homochiral bis[(O,O′-di-2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl) dithiophosphato] nickel(Ⅱ) (1), prepared by the reaction of O,O′-di-2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl) dithiophosphato potassium with Ni(OAc)₂ displays a almost planar tetragonal geometry around Ni center composed of four S atoms from two different ligands. The reaction of homochiral bis(2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl xanthalato) nickel(Ⅱ) with pyridine yields an chiral adduct bis(2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl xanthalato)(dipyridine) nickel(Ⅱ) (Ⅰ) in which the coordination geometry of the central Ni atom displays a slightly distorted octahedron composed of four S atoms from two xanthalato ligands and two N atoms from pyridine rings. CCDC: 252342.     

STUDIES ON PAN MACROMOLECULAR SEMICONDUCTING FIBER 1. PREPARATION OF PAN CONDUCTING FIBER TREATED BY STANNIC CHLORIDE AND ITS SEMICONDUCTING BEHAVIOUR

The PAN fiber treated by Lewis acid (e.g. stannic chloride) could be transformed into a macromolecular conducting fiber by further thermal treatment. Depending on thermal treatment condition the resistance of the fiber varied from 10~3 to 10~(12) Ωand kept stable after hydrolysis. The fiber has enough strength to be processed by various means. This is a new kind of macromolecular semiconducting fiber having some characteristics similar to those of organic semiconductors.     

SO_4~(2-)/Ce-TiO_2光催化降解二甲基二氯乙烯基磷酸酯

以钛酸四丁酯 (Ti(OBu) 4 )、Ce(NO3 ) 3 、H2 SO4为主要原料 ,采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了SO2 -4/Ce TiO2 光催化剂 ,用XRD、IR、BET、XPS、TG DTA等测定技术对所制得的试样进行了表征 ,并将其用于光催化降解二甲基二氯乙烯基磷酸酯的稀释液。结果表明 ,SO2 -4/Ce TiO2 中TiO2 以锐钛矿晶型存在 ,并且具有超强酸特征 ,当n(Ce) /n(TiO2 ) =0 0 0 5 ,c(H2 SO4) =0 5mol/L时 ,焙烧温度为 5 0 0℃是最佳制备条件 ,其光催化降解性能较Ce TiO2 有明显提高。     

从配位聚合物到单分子化合物的转化：Demko-Sharpless四唑合成法制备两个新颖的Co(II)配合物

The reaction of CoCl₂·6H₂O with 4-cyanopyridine N-oxide in the present of NaN₃ affords two novel complexes, {[(POTZ)(H₂O)₂N₃]Co(H₂O)} (1) and Co(POTZ)₂(H₂O)₄ (2) (POTZ=4-tetrazolyl pyridine N-oxide), which are two different phases yielded at different stages of a single Demko-Sharpless′ tetrazole synthesis reaction. Surprisingly the 1D chain coordination polymer 1 is almost completely converted into monomeric complex 2 in this reaction, and, in a separate test, 2 also can be converted into 1.
