Burn wound healing remains a challenging health problem worldwide due to the lack of efficient and precise therapy. Inherent oxidative stress following burn injury is importantly responsible for prolonged inflammation, fibrotic scar, and multiple organ failure. Herein, a bioinspired antioxidative defense system coupling with in situ forming hydrogel, namely, multiresponsive injectable catechol‐Fe3+ coordination hydrogel (MICH) matrix, is engineered to promote burn‐wound dermal repair by inhibiting tissue oxidative stress. This MICH matrix serves as the special traits of “Fe‐superoxide dismutases,” small molecular antioxidant (vitamin E), and extracellular matrix (ECM) in alleviating cellular oxidative damage, which demonstrates precise scavenging on reactive oxygen species (ROS) of different cellular locations, blocking lipid peroxidation and cell apoptosis. In in vivo burn‐wound treatment, this MICH promptly integrates with injured surrounding tissue to provide hydration microenvironment and physicochemical ECM for burn wounds. Importantly, the MICH matrix suppresses tissue ROS production, reducing the inflammatory response, prompting re‐epithelization and neoangiogenesis during wound healing. Meanwhile, the remodeling skin treated with MICH matrix demonstrates low collagen deposition and normal dermal collagen architecture. Overall, the MICH prevents burn wound progression and enhances skin regeneration, which might be a promising biomaterial for burn‐wound care and other disease therapy induced by oxidative stress.  相似文献

本文设计合成了两亲性Eu(Ⅲ)配合物(Eu L^3+)、两亲性香豆素衍生物(CA)以及荧光素修饰的透明质酸(HA-FA).Eu L^3+和CA可在水中共组装形成带正电荷的囊泡型荧光纳米界面(Eu L^3+/CA).HA-FA可通过静电引力络合在Eu L^3+/CA表面,促使CA与FA之间发生有效的荧光共振能量转移,体系的荧光发射以荧光素的绿色荧光为主.当肿瘤细胞标识物CD44蛋白与络合在囊泡表面上的透明质酸发生特异相互作用后,降低了CA与FA之间的能量转移效率,体系的荧光发射从绿色转变为蓝色.据此,实现了对CD44的高灵敏检测(DL=1.79×10^-7g/m L),而所测试的氨基酸、蛋白质等生物分子几乎不对荧光纳米界面的荧光性质产生影响.基于此,我们成功地将Eu L^3+/CA/HA-FA用于人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和MDA-MB-231悬浮液中CD44蛋白的高效检测,该工作为构建新型CD44蛋白荧光探针提供了思路,为癌症早期诊断和治疗奠定了基础.  相似文献

In this paper, gain flatness is studied for simultaneous 16-ITU-T channel amplifications at C-band (1,532–1,558 nm) in a single stage EDFA for WDM application at different average inversion levels. The inversion levels are varied due to the change of the input signal levels from the targeted operating point and also for dropping few numbers of channels. Specially designed gain flattening filter (GFF) is used in order to get the flat gain with gain variation ±0.5 dB for −20 dBm/ch input signal power (total input signal power is −8.0 dBm) at a fixed average inversion level which is maintained by proper selection of optimum fibre length and pump power. A specific loss spectrum of GFF is obtained by writing a chirped fibre Bragg grating of length 20 mm. Gain variations are studied by changing the total input signal levels from −8.0 dBm to −20.0 dBm and maintained within 20.0 ± 0.5 dB by using automatic gain control (AGC) circuit. About 15 out of 16 channels are dropped and observed ± 0.5 dB gain-variation which is an important parameter in optical network system.  相似文献

A new Co(II) complex of general formula [Co(L)2] has been synthesized from a NNO tridentate Schiff base ligand, 2-[(piperidin-2-ylmethylimino)-methyl]-phenol (L). The title complex is characterized by elemental, spectroscopic, antibacterial, and single crystal X-ray structural studies. X-Ray crystallography reveals that the complex shows a distorted octahedral geometry around the Co(II) ion. The complex was tested against several bacteria and shows good antibacterial activities against almost all of the bacteria. The interactions of the title complex with calf thymus deoxyribonucleic acid (CT-DNA) have been investigated by electronic absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy, showing that the complex interacts with CT-DNA via partial intercalation. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) of the complex has also been reported and the result shows that the complex is thermally stable up to 134 °C.  相似文献

The varying coordination modes of the title ligand, L [5-methyl-1-(pyridin-2-yl)-N′-[pyridin-2-ylmethylidene]pyrazole-3-carbohydrazide] towards the different metal centers is reported by preparation and characterization of Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes, [Cu(L)NO3.H2O](NO3) (1) [Zn(L)2](ClO4)2·2DMF (2) and [Cd(L)(I)2] (3) respectively. In 1, the neutral ligand serves as tetradentate 4 N donor where both pyridine and pyrazole nitrogen atoms of pyridyl–pyrazole part are coordinatively active, leaving the carbonyl oxygen of the carbohydrazide part inactive. The same pyridine and pyrazole N atoms remain abstained from the coordination process towards the Zn(II) and Cd(II) metal centers. For 2 and 3 the ligand behaves as a tridentate NNO donor where the two nitrogen atoms come from azomethine, pyridine of pyridine-2-carbaldehyde parts and O from carbonyl oxygen atoms (carbohydrazide part). The complex 1 and 2 are distorted octahedral while complex 3 adopts distorted square pyramidal geometry. All the complexes are X-ray crystallographically characterized.  相似文献

We study the parameterized complexity of a directed analog of the Full Degree Spanning Tree problem where, given a digraph D and a nonnegative integer k, the goal is to construct a spanning out-tree T of D such that at least k vertices in T have the same out-degree as in D. We show that this problem is W[1]-hard even on the class of directed acyclic graphs. In the dual version, called Reduced Degree Spanning Tree, one is required to construct a spanning out-tree T such that at most k vertices in T have out-degrees that are different from that in D. We show that this problem is fixed-parameter tractable and that it admits a problem kernel with at most 8k vertices on strongly connected digraphs and O(k2) vertices on general digraphs. We also give an algorithm for this problem on general digraphs with running time O(5.942k?nO(1)), where n is the number of vertices in the input digraph.  相似文献

The solid‐state viscoelastic properties are examined for intercalated nanocomposites based on a copolyester and (2‐ethyl‐hexyl)dimethyl hydrogenated‐tallow ammonium montmorillonite. The nanocomposites are prepared via the direct melt intercalation technique using a conventional twin‐screw extruder. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis of the nanocomposites is conducted using two different test setups. The dynamic mechanical relaxation spectra show an increase in the storage modulus of the nanocomposite over the entire temperature range under study as compared to the pristine polymer (except in the transition region from 70 to 80 °C). These results are analyzed using the empirical Havriliak–Negami (HN) equation. The four temperature independent HN parameters (α, β, E0, and E) and one temperature dependent parameter (τ, the relaxation time) are determined by solving the HN equation for each temperature over the range of temperatures. The calculated moduli results fit well with the experimental values of the relaxation spectra for the nanocomposites. This study shows that the HN model can be applied to polymer layered silicate nanocomposites, and it can be used to predict their dynamic mechanical properties over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies a priori. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We report two viable routes for the 1,2-difunctionalization of aminoalkynes using only oxidants. In the presence of a gold catalyst, nitrones enable the oxoamination of aminoalkynes 1 to form 2-aminoamides 2. With a suitable gold catalyst, nitrosobenzenes implement an alkyne/nitroso metathesis of the same substrates to give 2-oxoiminylamides 3. These two novel oxidations also provide 1,2-aminoalcohols with opposite regioselectivity via NaBH(4) reduction in situ.  相似文献

Olefin metathesis promoted by a well-defined metal carbene complex has evolved into an efficient method for the construction of a broad range of carbocyclic and heterocyclic rings of varying size. The synthetic potential of the olefin metathesis has been further increased by combining various other C-C bond forming processes either in tandem or in sequence. This paper proposes a nested dual-stage homogenization method for developing microstructure based continuum elasto-viscoplastic models for large secondary dendrite arm spacing or SDAS cast aluminum alloys. Microstructures of these alloys are characterized by extremely inhomogeneous distribution of inclusions along the dendrite cell boundaries. Traditional single-step homogenization methods are not suitable for this type of microstructure due to the size of the representative volume element (RVE) and the associated computations required for micromechanical analyses. To circumvent this limitation, two distinct RVE’s or statistically equivalent RVE’s are identified, corresponding to the inherent scales of inhomogeneity in the microstructure. The homogenization is performed in multiple stages for each of the RVE’s identified. The macroscopic behavior is described by a rate-dependent, anisotropic homogenization based continuum plasticity (HCP) model. Anisotropy and viscoplastic parameters in the HCP model are calibrated from homogenization of micro-variables for the different RVE’s. These parameters are dependent on microstructural features such as morphology and distribution of different phases. The uniqueness of the nested two-stage homogenization is that it enables evaluation of the overall homogenized model parameters of the cast alloy from limited experimental data, but also material parameters of constituents like inter-dendritic phase and pure aluminum matrix. The capabilities of the HCP model are demonstrated for a cast aluminum alloy AS7GU having a SDAS of 30 μm.  相似文献
