普通物理实验教学在重建认知结构中的特殊作用

运用教育学和心理学知识，通过典型的普通物理实验，分析了普通物理实验教学在重建认知结构中的特殊作用。     

CRYSTAL AND MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF A NOVEL Au Ag SUPRACLUSTER COMPOUND [Au_13Ag_12(μ-Br)_4(μ_3-Br)_2(Ph_3P)_10-

<正> [Au13Ag12(μ-Br)1(μ3-Br)2 (Ph3P)10Br2] Br, monoclinic. space group C2/m, a = 36. 496(17). b=16. 878(7), c-=19. 772(9) A , β=99. 87(5)°, V=11998. 9 A3.Z=2. The final R(Rw) is 0. 097(0. 109) for 3779 reflections with I>3σ(I). The structure can he considered as two icosahedral cluster units (AurAg6) sharing one vertex and linked hy six bromine atoms. The Au - Au, Au - Ag. and Ag-Ag distances fall in the ranges of 2. 69-2. 96. 2. 84-3. 02. and 2. 92-3. 26 A, respectively.     

双（十二烷基亚磺酰）乙烷溶剂萃取钯及其机理的研究

本文研究用双（十二烷基亚磺酰）乙烷萃取钯的性能，在ＫＩ存在下从７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸介质中用含有ＢＤＳＥ的氯仿能定量萃取钯，有机的钯可被硫脲或氨溶液反萃继之用ＴＭＫ－ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００光度法测定，研究了萃取的最佳条件及干扰情况，斜率法测得萃合物组成为Ｐｄ：Ｉ：ＢＤＳＥ＝１：２：１，红外光谱证实萃合物中ＢＤＳＥ的二个亚砜以硫原子与钯配位，萃合物为异位体络合物，提出了选择性萃取分离钯的新方法。     

Vapour Recoil Effect on a Vapour Liquid System with a Deformable Interface

A new two-sided model of vapour-liquid layer system with a deformable interface is proposed. In this model, the vapour recoil effect on the Marangoni-Bénard instability of a thin evaporating liquid layer can be examined only when the interface deflexion is considered. The instability of a liquid layer undergoing steady evaporation induced by the coupling of vapour recoil effect and the Marangoni effect is analysed using a linear stability theory. We modify and develop the Chebyshev-Tau method to solve the instability problem of a deformable interface system by introducing a new equation at interface boundary. New instability behaviour of the system has been found and the self-amplification mechanism between the evaporation flux and the interface deflexion is discussed.     

Isolation and Structure Elucidation of Nortriterpenoids from Schisandra rubriflora

Seven new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, rubriflorins D–J ( 1 – 7 ), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra rubriflora, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive analysis of spectroscopic data. These new compounds feature the opening of ring A compared with related known nortriterpenoids isolated from the genus Schisandra and showed weak activity against HIV‐1.     

Synthesis and micellization of amphiphilic poly(sebacic anhydride)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(sebacic anhydride) block copolymers

Amphiphilic biodegradable block copolymers [poly(sebacic anhydride)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(sebacic anhydride)] were synthesized by the melt polycondensation of poly(ethylene glycol) and sebacic anhydride prepolymers. The chemical structure, crystalline nature, and phase behavior of the resulting copolymers were characterized with ¹H NMR, Fourier transform infrared, gel permeation chromatography, and differential scanning calorimetry. Microphase separation of the copolymers occurred, and the crystallinity of the poly(sebacic anhydride) (PSA) blocks diminished when the sebacic anhydride unit content in the copolymer was only 21.6%. ¹H NMR spectra carried out in CDCl₃ and D₂O were used to demonstrate the existence of hydrophobic PSA domains as the core of the micelle. In aqueous media, the copolymers formed micelles after precipitation from water‐miscible solvents. The effects on the micelle sizes due to the micelle preparation conditions, such as the organic phase, dropping rate of the polymer organic solution into the aqueous phase, and copolymer concentrations in the organic phase, were studied. There was an increase in the micelle size as the molecular weight of the PSA block was increased. The diameters of the copolymer micelles were also found to increase as the concentration of the copolymer dissolved in the organic phase was increased, and the dependence of the micelle diameters on the concentration of the copolymer varied with the copolymer composition. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 不同波长激光辐照对痢疾杆菌生物学效应的影响

分别采用功率密度为1.7W/cm²、照射剂量为2000J/cm²的Ar⁺激光与LD激光辐照高耐药性的志贺氏福氏痢疾杆菌,波长较短的Ar⁺激光(488nm)所引起细菌的致死率与药敏实变率明显高于波长较长的LD激光(808nm),即波长较短的Ar⁺激光的辐照导致细菌耐药性显著降低.
