Effects of Processing Parameters on Microstructure and Properties of Nanoscale ZrC/ZrB2 Multilayered Coatings

ZrC/ZrB2 multilayered coatings with bilayer periods of 3.5-40nm are synthesized by rf magnetron sputtering. Analyses of x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nanoindentation indicate that multilayered coatings possess much higher hardness and greater fracture resistance than monolithic ZrC and ZrB2 coatings. A maximum hardness （41.TCPa） and a critical fracture load （73.7mN） are observed in the multilayer with A = 32 nm deposited at the substrate bias -40 V. Higher residual stress built in the ZrC layer can be released by periodic insertion of ZrB2 into the ZrC layer. A clear multilayered structure with mixed ZrB2（001）, ZrB2 （002） and ZrC （111） orientations should be responsible for the enhanced mechanical properties.

蛙虹彩病毒cop基因的克隆表达及亚细胞定位

从蛙虹彩病毒(Rana gryliovirus,RGV)基因组中克隆了含凋亡相关结构域的新基因-cop(Caspaserecruit ment domain only protein,COP)基因的全部编码区,成功构建了重组表达载体,进行了原核表达,并在鲤鱼上皮瘤细胞(Epithelioma papulosumcyprini,EPC)中进行了亚细胞定位.序列分析表明,RGVcop基因全长288 bp,编码一个长为95 aa,分子量为10.4×103的推定蛋白.二级结构预测表明其含有5个α螺旋.同源性比对分析显示,RGVcop与其他6株虹彩病毒及人类cop相关蛋白同源性最高为94%,最低为33%.重组原核表达质粒pET28a-COP转化大肠杆菌BL21后,经IPTG诱导表达,获得一条约14×103的融合蛋白.重组真核表达质粒pEGFPN3-COP转染EPC细胞,经DAPI染色后,在荧光显微镜下观察显示重组蛋白在整个细胞中均有分布.     

闪烁体荧光传输特性对ETOF探测器性能的影响

为了对BESⅢ端盖飞行时间探测器(ETOF)的测试结果给出合理的解释, 采用Monte Carlo模拟软件包Geant4, 对该探测器测量高能带电粒子的性能进行模拟研究. 详细探讨了当粒子击中ETOF模块不同位置时, 其闪烁体荧光传输特性与探测器模块输出信号之间的关联, 以及PMT输出信号甄别阈值的选取对闪烁探测器本征时间分辨的影响, 并寻找可能的改善时间分辨的方法. 为进一步提高ETOF的性能提供参考.     

Auditory place theory and frequency difference limen

It has been a barrier that the place code is far too coarse a mechanism to account for the finest frequency difference limen for place theory of hearing since it was proposed in 19th century. A place correlation model, which takes the energy distribution of a pure tone in neighboring bands of auditory filters into full account, was presented in this paper. The model based on the place theory and some experimental results of the psychophysical tuning curves of hearing can explain the finest difference limen for frequency (about 0.02 or 0.3% at 1000 Hz) easily. Using a standard 1/3 octave filter bank of which the relationship between the frequency of a input pure tone apart from the centre frequency of K-th filter band, Δf, and the output intensity difference between K-th and (K l)-th filters,ΔE, was established in order to show the fine frequency detection ability of the filter bank. This model can also be used to abstract the fundamental frequency of speech and to measure the frequency of pure tone precisely.     

大电流稳定发射铁电阴极的模拟与实验研究

讨论了铁电阴极的发射机理, 借助MAFIA对不同电极结构的铁电阴极表面电场分布进行了模拟计算. 计算中发现, 发射面电极结构对铁电阴极表面三界点处的场增强效应影响很大,特别是具有孤岛电极结构的铁电阴极具有更大的三界点场强,从而获得更大和更稳定的发射电流. 通过对电极结构及其工艺的改进,使用PLZT铁电阴极在实验中得到了大于100A的电流.

在原子、分子和纳米材料中的高次谐波为非线性光学开辟了一个崭新的研究领域.其响应时间之短、能量之高,引起了人们的高度重视.目前的研究达到了白热化的程度.还有很多问题没有解决.文章首先简要地介绍了这一个新的领域.然后用一个简单的例子引出有名的辐射截断方程,最后用C60作为一个例子说明如何详细地计算辐射能量谱.     

An Economical Magnetocardiogram System Based on High-To SQUIDs

An economical magnetocardiogram （MCG） system is built in our laboratory. It mainly consists of a MCG data acquisition stage equipped with two high-To superconducting quantum interference device （SQUID） magnetometers, a data processing stage with digital filtering and a one-layer μ-metal magnetically shielded room in conjunction with a high-Tc SQUID based active compensation. Experimental results show that a noise level of pico-tesla in MCG profiles, which is necessary for clinical applications, may be achieved with the system. Moreover, stable and convenient operations of the system are demonstrated with simulating MCG measurements.     

流动注射化学发光抑制法测定尼群地平

基于尼群地平在碱性条件下对铁氰化钾鲁米诺化学发光体系有较强的抑制作用,联用流动注射技术建立了测定尼群地平的新方法.本法的线形范围为0.1～100.0 μg/mL,检出限0.02 μg/mL ,此法用于尼群地平片剂含量测量和药典法对照结果满意.     

运用反例基于识别的手写数字串分割

采用基于识别的分割方法进行手写数字串分割.在识别的过程中,运用反例样本估计分类器参数,实验数据表明,这种运用反例样本训练的分类器与没有经过反例样本训练的分类器相比,将提高拒识率到19%左右,从而保证了较高的识别率,验证了只有经过反例训练的分类器的输出结果才是可信赖的.
