猴头菇微量元素含量的分析

用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪（ICP-AES）测定了湛江市栽培的猴头茹微量元素的含量，发现其磷、硫、钙、镁、锌、铁、铜等元素的含量都比较丰富，并讨论了这些有益元素与人体健康的关系。     

A novel approach to carbon hollow spheres and vessels from CCl4 at low temperatures

Carbon hollow spheres (400-600 nm) and vessels (400 nm x 3000 nm) have been synthesized from sp3-CCl4 at 190 and 230 degrees C, respectively. The HRTEM images and Raman spectra reveal the sp2 nature of the as-obtained products, indicating that the transformation from carbon sp3 to sp2 occurs in the reactions. The possible mechanism has also been proposed.     

The Action of the Selenomorpholine Compounds on Escherichia coli Growth by Microcalorimetry

The action of three kinds of the selenomorpholine compounds on a strain ofEscherichia coli was studied by microcalorimetry. Differences in their capacities to affect the metabolism of this bacterium were observed. The extent and duration of the effect on the metabolism as judged from the rate constant (k) of Escherichia coli (in log phase) varied with the different drugs. The kinetics show that selenomorpholine compounds had an effect on the metabolism process of Escherichia coli. The k of Escherichia coli in the presence of the drugs increased with the increasing concentrations of the drugs (C) at low concentration; but at high concentration, the rate constant decreased with the increasing concentrations of the drugs. The experimental results reveal that the sequence of antibiotic activity of selenomorpholines is: N-selenomorpholinemethyl succinimide and its hydrochloride>N-(α-selenomorpholinebenzyl) succinimide. UV-blocking property of dumbbell-shaped ZnO crystallites on cotton fabrics

A facile process to prepare uniform dumbbell-shaped ZnO crystallites was presented. The evidence in this Article discovered a unique morphological effect on the UV-blocking property. The as-prepared ZnO crystallites were characterized by XRD, HRTEM, FESEM, UV-blocking, and Raman scattering spectra. Our tentative investigation created a breakthrough to both the ultrahigh "Ultraviolet protection factor" (UPF) and the overall-range of complete UV-radiation blocking. Therefore, the as-prepared structural material demonstrated a significant advance in protective functional treatment and provided a potential commercialization.     

Preparation of porous polylactide microspheres by emulsion‐solvent evaporation based on solution induced phase separation

Porous polylactide (PLA) microspheres were fabricated by an emulsion‐solvent evaporation method based on solution induced phase separation. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations confirmed the porous structure of the microspheres with good connectivity. The pore size was in the range of decade micrometers. Besides large cavities as similarly existed on non‐porous microspheres, small pores were found on surfaces of the porous microspheres. The apparent density of the porous microspheres was much smaller than that of non‐porous microspheres. Fabrication conditions such as stirring rate, good solvent/non‐solvent ratio, PLA concentration and dispersant (polyvinyl alcohol, PVA) concentration had an important influence on both the particle size and size distribution and the pore size within the microspheres. A larger pore size was achieved at a slower stirring rate, lower good solvent/non‐solvent ratio or lower PLA concentration due to longer coalescence time. Formation of ring calcium oxalate patterns induced by domains in DPPC Langmuir-Blodgett films

The ring patterns of calcium oxalate crystals were induced by domains in Langmuir-Blodgett （LB） films of dipalmitoylpho- sphatidylcboline （DPPC）. The result was explained by the defects at the ring boundaries of liquid condensed （LC） and liquid expanded （LE） phases of LB film. These boundaries could provide less free energy and much more nucleating sites for COM crystals.

本文报道由3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(1)经七步反应,合成二羟基丙酮磷酸酯缩乙酮(7)的方法,总收率43%。在温和条件下,7可以水解为游离的二羟基丙酮磷酸酯(8)。     

Simple and controllable synthesis of highly dispersed Pt-Ru/C catalysts by a two-step spray pyrolysis process

A carbon supported Pt-Ru catalyst with uniform distribution and small average size of the Pt-Ru particles was synthesized using a two-step spray pyrolysis (SP) method; the electrocatalytic activity of the prepared catalyst for methanol oxidation is better than that of the standard commercial catalyst.     

Analyzing functional similarity of protein sequences with discrete wavelet transform

This paper applies discrete wavelet transform (DWT) with various protein substitution models to find functional similarity of proteins with low identity. A new metric, 'S' function, based on the DWT is proposed to measure the pair-wise similarity. We also develop a segmentation technique, combined with DWT, to handle long protein sequences. The results are compared with those using the pair-wise alignment and PSI-BLAST.     

Two noncentrosymmetric complexes: [W(CO)4(bipy)] and [W(CO)4(phen)](bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) obtained through solvothermal synthesis and their optical properties

Solvothermal treatments of W(CO)₆ with 2,2′-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline give [W(CO)₄(bipy)] (1) and [W(CO)₄(phen)] (2), respectively, which both crystallize in noncentrosymmetric space groups, suggesting that they meet the requirement of second harmonic generation (SHG) investigations. The preliminary experiment indicates that they are SHG active, and approximately estimated to be that of urea.
