采用旋转涂膜法制备基底生长的定向碳纳米管阵列

 采用化学气相沉积技术，利用旋转涂膜法制备催化剂基底材料，通过对涂膜过程中的角速度、旋转时间以及基底还原过程中温度的控制改变催化剂颗粒的分布状态，获得了粒径均匀分布的催化剂基底，该基底上催化剂颗粒集中分布在47～62 nm区间，再利用该基底生长出定向碳纳米管阵列。运用扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉曼光谱仪对样品进行了表征。结果表明旋转涂膜法制备的基底平整性好于普通的滴膜法，且较其它基底制备方法具有简单易控、可使催化剂均匀分散等特点。利用该基底制备的碳纳米管阵列定向性良好。     

用HI-13串列加速器质谱装置测量182Hf的研究

¹⁸²Hf的半衰期为(8.90±0.09)Ma, 是一个接近灭绝的放射性核素. 超新星爆炸是自然界中已知的惟一能产生¹⁸²Hf的途径. 因此¹⁸²Hf是研究近1亿年来在地球附近可能发生的超新星事件的理想核素. 另外, ¹⁸²Hf是核工程中特别感兴趣的一个长寿命放射性核素. 精确测量超痕量的¹⁸²Hf对反应堆的设计和核天体物理学以及其他研究领域都是非常重要的. 用加速器质谱有可能实现对超低含量¹⁸²Hf的测量. 在中国原子能科学研究院的HI-13加速器质谱装置上对¹⁸²Hf的测量方法以及样品的化学去钨方法进行了研究, 分别得到了空白样品以及系列标准样品的¹⁸²Hf和¹⁸³W的能量-飞行时间双维谱. ¹⁸²W对¹⁸²Hf计数的贡献是通过测量¹⁸³W的计数归一扣除的. 目前本工作对¹⁸²Hf的测量灵敏度为4.15±10^－11 (¹⁸²Hf/¹⁸⁰Hf比值).     

高密度间苯二酚-甲醛碳气凝胶ICF靶的制备与吸附性能研究

 以间苯二酚和甲醛为前驱体，通过改进传统制备技术解决了高密度间苯二酚-甲醛(CRF)碳气凝胶制备过程中的龟裂问题，制备出了符合ICF实验需要的高密度CRF碳气凝胶材料。分别对CRF碳气凝胶的元素组成和物相组成进行了鉴定，采用自动吸附仪考察了CRF碳气凝胶对N₂和H₂的吸附性能。结果表明：该碳气凝胶是一种由C元素组成的类似石墨结构的非晶固态材料，结构均匀性好，具有良好的机械加工性能，比表面积达676 m²·g^-1，平均孔径为7.16 nm；氢吸附质量分数达2.28%，相应体积密度为17.83 kg·m^-3。     

用于WDM光网络的一种低串扰无损耗光开关矩阵

提出了一种低串扰无损耗的光开关矩阵.该结构是在扩展Benes（DB）结构的基础上通过改进得到的称为改进的扩展Benes（IDB）结构,并通过进一步的改进得到各级改进的扩展Benes（GIDB）结构.理论分析了IDB结构和GIDB结构中串扰产生的机理和对信号的影响，比较了几种结构的信噪比和光交换容量之间的关系.发现随着光交换规模的扩大，GIDB结构相对于DB结构信噪比明显提高.实验研究了4×4的IDB、GIDB结构中串扰引起的误码率降低以及眼图的恶化情况.结果表明GIDB结构能有效减少串扰的影响.     

紧致空间中辐射场的统计性质

通过对有限紧致空间中辐射场的研究来讨论腔中的原子-辐射场耦合系统. 利用T(1)×SO(4)群的表示, 给出了辐射场的单粒子波函数以及相应的色散关系. 由此详细讨论了紧致空间中辐射场的玻色-爱因斯坦统计. 发现其性质与空间的几何性质(曲率半径)有显著的依赖关系, 并表现与通常黑体辐射系统的显著差异.     

Organic Light Emitting Diodes with an Organic Acceptor/Donor Interface Involved in Hole Injection

Organic light emitting diodes with an interface of organic acceptor 3-, 4-, 9-,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride （PTCDA） and donor copper phthalocyanine （CuPc） involved in hole injection are fabricated. As compared to the conventional device using a 5 nm CuPc hole injection layer, the device using an interface of 10nm PTCDA and 5 nm CuPc layers shows much lower operating voltage with an increase of about 46% in the maximum power efficiency. The enhanced device performance is attributed to the efficient hole generation at the PTCDA/CuPc interface. This study provides a new way of designing hole injection.

Relative position determination of a lunar rover using high-accuracy multi-frequency same-beam VLBI

Multi-frequency same-beam VLBI means that two explorers with a small separation angle are simultaneously observed with the main beam of receiving antennas. In the same-beam VLBI, the differential phase delay between two explorers and two receiving telescopes can be obtained with a small error of several picoseconds. The differential phase delay, as the observable of the same-beam VLBI, gives the separation angular information of the two explorers in the celestial sphere. The two-dimensional relative position on the plane-of-sky can thus be precisely determined with an error of less than 1 m for a distance of 3.8×105 km far away from the earth, by using the differential phase delay obtained with the four Chinese VLBI stations. The relative position of a lunar rover on the lunar surface can be determined with an error of 10 m by using the differential phase delay data and the range data for the lander when the lunar topography near the rover and the lander can be determined with an error of 10 m.     

XeCl准分子激光诱导的氮分子多光子电离

本文采用分子束和改装过的质谱装置,进行了氯化氙准分子激光诱导的氨分子紫外光电离的研究。我们不仅在(m/e)=16,17处分别观察到NH_2~+和NH_3~+离子峰,而且还在(m/e)=18处观察到NH_4~+离子峰。为搞清各种离子特别是NH_4~+离子的产生机理,测量了各种离子产率与样品压强和激光功率的依赖关系。
