无论是光路交换还是光突发交换,都离不开有光开关矩阵组成的光交叉连接节点(OXC).OXC节点是组建波分复用光网络的基本单元,OXC节点引入的串扰成为限制其投入实用的主要原因.理论分析了基于扩展Benes(DB)结构和改进扩展Benes(GMDB)结构的三种典型OXC结构中的带内串扰,结果表明基于DB结构和GMDB结构的OXC节点可以完全消除低于二阶的各类串扰.数值模拟了基于两种结构的OXC节点中带内串扰的积累特性,发现基于GMDB结构的OXC节点能大大降低串扰引起的功率代价,实验测量了8×8DB结构和GMDB结构中串扰的影响,实验结果证实了GMDB结构的低串扰特点.同时与基于DB结构的OXC节点相比,基于GMDB结构的OXC节点对光开关串扰系数的要求放宽了5 dB,大大降低了对光开关隔离度的要求. 相似文献

串扰是限制密集波分复用网络扩展的一个重要因素。理论分析了三种典型光交叉连接中的串扰。结果表明基于扩展贝奈斯光交换结构的光交叉连接可以完全消除低于二阶的各类串扰,同时,若将可调谐的窄带滤波器引入到结构2中可以消除低于三阶的各类串扰。用数值模拟的方法分析了带内串扰对强度调制直接检测网络扩展性的影响。结果表明,基于扩展贝奈斯光交换结构的光交叉连接对器件串扰系数的要求得到了很大的放宽,用它来组建的密集波分复用网络具有很好的扩展性。串扰多是由构成光交换节点中各种器件的非理想性造成的,通过分析得出器件中产生的串扰可以从系统中得到很好的解决。 相似文献

光轨网络是一种能够利用成熟的光学器件实现带宽灵活分配和信息交换的新型网络.串扰是限制光轨网络的物理层性能及其扩展性的重要因素.本文讨论了典型的光轨网络节点中异频串扰和同频串扰的产生原因,理论分析了两者对光轨网络的物理层传输性能的影响.给出了3种串扰性能的评价方法.以密集波分复用技术为应用背景,分别搭建了器件隔离度为20 dB和30 dB的、具有3个节点5个波长且单波长速率为2.5 Gbps的光轨网络,仿真了串扰在光轨网络中的传播过程,并计算了光轨网络的误码率、功率代价和相对串扰.理论分析和仿真结果表明:光滤波器、解复用器和复用器是光轨网络中串扰产生的关键器件,且提高器件的隔离度等性能对于提高光轨网络的传输性能会有较显著的效果;在密集波分复用条件下,串扰对单波长速率为2.5 Gbps的光轨网络的误码率和功率代价具有显著的影响,从而限制了光轨网络实际可用的节点数目. 相似文献

In this paper a 32×32 optical wavelength switching network using the multi-channel and multi-wavelength spectrum-sliced light source is presented where the 2×2 optical-switching elements are utilized in dilated Benes and modified dilated Benes configurations, respectively. The system performances in bit-error rate, especially for the effects of intraband crosstalk, are analyzed in details for the two type networks. In this paper, a design of a generic multipurpose device is described. It can operate, in its basic structure, as a tunable
wavelength filter, wavelength multiplexer or λ router; by using a more complex structure, the device works as an optical add
drop multiplexer (OADM) or/and optical switch (OS). It can be used in both coarse and dense wavelength division multiplexing

Based on the wave theory of light and taken the random polarizations of signal and crosstalk into consideration, bit error rate (BER) and power penalties (PP) of optical cross-connects are calculated using the so-called saddlepoint approximation which is improved. The calculated results agree well with the results of experiment and Gauss approximation, shown highly calculated precision of the improved saddlepoint approximation. We also show that BER and PP for systems with random-polarizations are much smaller than that for systems with matched-polarizations when the number N of crosstalk is large, and the conclusion of near-worst-case operation is true only for N<3, so the impact of random signal and crosstalk polarizations on optical cross-connects must be considered in the design for lightwave networks. 相似文献

串扰是成像光谱仪非理想成像特性中的一种,分为电串扰和光串扰,它广泛存在于现有的成像光谱仪之中。推扫型高光谱数据的光串扰使目标像元受到临近像元的影响,目标像元光谱曲线发生变化,图像的清晰度降低。基于推扫型成像光谱仪的成像原理,提出一种针对推扫型高光谱数据的光串扰校正方法。从高光谱数据中选取包含白色定标布地物的区域作为参考数据,通过行间差值方法得到所有白色定标布像元产生的总光串扰量;对总光串扰量进行拟合以抑制噪声,并通过递归方法计算单个白色定标布像元所产生的光串扰量;使用该串扰量对整景数据进行光串扰校正。选用三景不同地物类型的PHI数据进行光串扰校正,结果显示,校正后数据的光串扰现象得到明显的抑制,数据质量在光谱维和空间维均得到有效提升。在光谱维,由光串扰引起的光谱曲线变化得到校正;在空间维,图像清晰度提高50%以上的波段数占总波段数的83%。校正方法直接从高光谱数据本身提取光串扰量,并对数据光串扰现象进行校正,不依赖于其他外部数据,且适用于不同的地物类型。该光串扰校正方法亦对实验室测定成像光谱仪的光串扰量具有借鉴意义。 相似文献

A new polymer-silica hybrid 1 × 2 thermooptic switch with significantly low crosstalk is demonstrated. The top cladding and the core layers are composed of polymer, while the bottom cladding layer is made of silica. Since polymer and silica have algebraic signs of their thermooptic coefficients that are opposite to each other, the refractive index of the core changes in the opposite direction to that of the bottom cladding as the temperature is increased. Thus, switching operation is initially done through adiabatic mode evolution in the Y-branch, and then a heated waveguide arm in the Y-branch can enter into the optical cut-off region if the temperature is sufficiently high. Using this phenomenon, low crosstalk performance is achieved. The proposed device has a crosstalk of −35 dB, while most integrated-optic switches with a single stage have a relatively high crosstalk in the region of −20 dB. The switching power of the proposed device is about 70 mW. 相似文献

A mismatched optical coupler with waveguide weighted by the Blackman function is numerically investigated in the demand of short length, C+L-band, and low crosstalk. Utilizing the full factorial design, the structure parameters of coupling waveguide are obtained by beam propagation method. In the condition of crosstalk of −35 dB, the mismatched optical coupler with proper selected waveguide structure parameters is found to have a coupling length of 3.60 mm in the transmission wavelength ranges of C+L-band (1.53-1.61 μm). Obviously, the selection and design of waveguide structure are very important to satisfy the qualities of a mismatched optical coupler for the demand of short length, broad bandwidth, and low crosstalk. 相似文献

串扰是波分复用(WDM)光网络中限制光交叉连接(OXC)节点容量的一个重要因素.本文分析了相干和非相干串扰对通过OXC节点的光信号的影响,给出了固定和最佳判决门限两种情况下的光功率恶化,并进行了仿真计算.结果表明相干串扰对系统的影响很大.与固定判决相比,采用最佳判决可以降低串扰影响.串扰引起的光功率恶化主要取决于复用波数M,而与输入光纤数N关系不大.为了减小串扰对网络的限制,可以在OXC节点内使用滤波器. 相似文献
