环状二苯基碘盐的合成、表征与应用——综合性多步有机合成实验*

介绍了以2-碘苯胺和苯硼酸为原料,通过Suzuki偶联反应、重氮化反应、氧化反应等3步合成环状二苯基碘盐,并进一步应用于二苯并噻吩的合成。本实验涉及有机化合物的合成、结构表征以及应用,将有机化学基础理论知识、基本实验技能与学科研究热点相结合,能够有效培养学生的科学研究素养。该实验牵涉到气相质谱、核磁及熔点仪等仪器的使用,锻炼学生动手操作仪器的能力及综合实验技能,适合作为高年级学生的综合实验。

对3′″-羰基-2″-β-L-奎诺糖基淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ(3′″-carbonyl-2″-β-L-quinovosy licarisideⅡ),进行了1H和13C MNR检测,参考2″-O-鼠李糖基淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ(2″-O-rhamnosy licarisid Ⅱ)、淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ(icarisid Ⅱ)和淫羊藿苷(icariin)的1H、13C NMR数据,通过DEPT和1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC等2D NMR技术对该化合物所有的1H和13C NMR信号进行了全归属和详细解析.

烯胺是一类重要的反应中间体,其在有机合成中有着广泛的应用.采用碳-氮转移法合成了结构稳定、不易转变为亚胺的手性烯胺化合物(E)-3-[N-(α-苯乙胺)]-2烯基-1-苯丙酮,并对产物进行了红外光谱及核磁共振氢分析,结果令人满意.     

Fluoxetine Hydrochloride的NMR数据解析

由美国Lilly公司开发的第二代抗抑郁症药物盐酸氟西汀（Fluoxetine hydrochloride），属于选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（SSRI），除了用于治疗各类抑郁症，包括轻性或重性抑郁症，尤宜用于老年性抑郁症之外，对于强迫症、惊恐发作、贪食症、经前期焦虑等亦有很好疗效. Fluoxetine hydrochloride是一种双环化合物，与传统的三环类、杂环类或单胺氧化酶抑制剂抗抑郁药相比，具有疗效好、不良反应轻而少，安全性高、耐受性好等特点，目前已作为一线的抗抑郁药得到广泛应用. 本文对Fluoxetine hydrochloride进行了¹H NMR和¹³C NMR检测，并通过DEPT和¹H-¹H COSY、HMBC、HSQC等2D NMR技术对其¹H NMR和¹³C NMR数据进行了较为详细的解析和比文献[1]更为全面的NMR归属，为以后的分析鉴定提供更完善的依据.     

First-Principles Study of Electronic Structure of the Laves Phase ZrFe2

We perform the ab initio calculation for obtaining the density of states and magnetic properties of ZrFe2 Laves phase compound based on the method of augmented plane waves plus local orbital The results indicate that the ferromagnetic state is more stable than the paramagnetic one, but with a slightly larger volume. The 3d - 4d exchange interactions between Fe and Zr electrons lead to the antiparallel coupling for Fe 3d and Zr 4d states, which is responsible for the ferrimagnetic ordering of the compound. The resulting magnetic moment of about 1.98μB for Fe is spatially localized near the Fe site, while around Zr a small but extended negative spin states causes a moment of about -0.44 μB. Moreover, the resulting magnetic moments with the generalized gradient approximation are more consistent with experimental values than that of the local-spin density approximation.     

Development of the Technique for Fabricating Submicron Moire Gratings on Metal Materials Using Focused Ion Beam Milling

A focused gallium ion （Ga＋） beam is used to fabricate micro/submicron spacing gratings on the surface of porous NiTi shape memory alloy （SMA ）. The crossing type of gratings with double-frequency （25001/mm and 50001/mm） using the focused ion beam （FIB） milling are successfully produced in a combination mode or superposition mode. Based on the double-frequency gratings, high-quality scanning electron microscopy （SEM） Moird patterns are obtained to study the micro-scale deformation of porous NiTi SMA. The grating fabrication technique is discussed in detail. The experimental results verify the feasibility of fabricating high frequency grating on metal surface using FIB milling.     

Mg原五3p3／2nd系列自电离分支比的研究

利用多通道量子亏损理论（ＭＱＤＴ），结合已知的Ｋ矩阵，研究了受实验条件限制目前无法得到的Ｍｇ原子３ｐ３／２ｎｄ（Ｊ＝１，３）系列的民离分支比，同时对３ｐｎｄ系列的部分自电离光谱作了计算，并取得了和实验比较吻合的结果。结合分支比研究结果探讨了Ｍｇ原子的能级结构特点及粒子数反转的可能性。
