KINETICS OF NON-ISOTHERMAL CRYSTALLIZATION OF POLY (ETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE) MODIFIED BY POLY (ETHYLENE GLYCOL)

The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) modified by poly (ethlene glycol) (PEG) were determined by DSC. The dual linear regression method was used to evaluate the relationship between the reciprocal of t 1/2 ( the half life of crystallization) and the appropriate temperature variable. The parameters such as the activation energy (Ed) for transport, the equilibrium melting temperature (T_m~0),the nucleation parameter (ψ),themaximum crystallization temperature (T_(e, max)), and the kinetic crystallizability (G) for the copolyesters were obtained. The influence of the PEG content in PET chains on the parameters characterizing crystallization kinetics and crystallization thermodynamics was discussed.     

二碘化钐促进的 β-碲代酯(腈)的合成

本文报道在室温, 中性介质中研究二碘化钐在合成中的应用. 在二碘化钐作用下,二碲醚发生Te-Te键还原断裂, 生成碲负离子物种, 后者再与α,β-不饱和酯(腈)发生Michael加成, 得到β-碲代酯(腈), 产率较高.     

一类新型三线态敏化剂光物理行为的研究

本文对一类新型的三线态敏化剂N-甲基芳酰基甲基-β-萘骈噻唑啉的光物理行为进行了研究。测定了它们的吸收光谱、荧光和燐光量子产率。发现所研究的敏化剂比常用敏化剂有着较高的克分子吸收系数(～10~4),还具有较高的系间窜跃能力。本文还测定了存在不同敏化剂时,芪的顺、反异构化反应速度,以此评价化合物的敏化效率。认为这类化合物是有效的新型光敏化剂。     

INFLUENCE OF MOLECULAR WEIGHT AND PERIODATE-MODIFICATION OF β-D-GLUCANS FROM PORIA COCOS SCLEROTIUM ON ANTITUMOR ACTIVITIES*

In this work, influence of molecular weight and periodate modification ofβ-D-glucans isolated from Poria cocos sclerotium on the antitumor activities against Sar-coma 180 and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) tumor was studied. The results show thattwo glucans PC3 (linear β-(1→3)-D-glucan) and PC4 [β-(1→3)-D-glucan with a fewof branches and glucuronic acid] are devoid of antitumor activity. However, when theglucans were modified by periodate oxidation, borohydride reduction and mild hydrolysisor partially hydrolysis, the derivatives have obvious antitumor activities. The decreasein molecular weight of glucans after periodate modification hardly affects their antitumoractions, but on the other hand, the decrease of molecular weight without periodate modi-fication could lead to an enhancement of the antitumor activities. Moreover, the glucansand these derivatives have much higher enhancement ratios of body weight of mice thanthat of 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu), suggesting that they are less toxic than 5-Fu.     

二碘化钐作用下缺电子烯烃的还原偶联反应

室温下SmI2-HMPA-t-BuOH-THF体系能顺利地将丁烯二酸二酯还原偶联为1, 2, 3, 4-四烷氧基羰基丁烷, 同样条件下, 亚苄基氰乙酸乙酯,α-乙氧羰基肉桂酸乙酯, α-乙酰基肉桂酸乙酯和亚苄基丙二酸亚异丙酯等化合物也发生还原偶联反应得到相应的二聚体。     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定表层水体中5类40种抗生素

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱（SPE-HPLC-MS/MS）同时检测表层水中5类40种抗生素的分析方法。水样经过滤、固相萃取柱富集净化后，以乙腈-0.2%（v/v）甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，采用电喷雾电离源，在多反应监测、正离子模式进行定性定量分析。结果显示，40种抗生素在1~200 μg/L水平下线性关系良好，平均加标回收率为41.3%~112.6%。采用该方法对长江南京段表层水体进行检测，共检出13种抗生素，含量为13.4~780.5 ng/L，其中喹诺酮类抗生素恩诺沙星检出率达100%，大环内酯类抗生素克林霉素最高检出水平达739.4 ng/L。该法高效、灵敏、可靠，可用于实际水样中多种抗生素的分析。     

纳米MgNb2O6微波介质陶瓷粉体制备及表征

Nano-crystalline MgNb₂O₆ was prepared using Mg(NO₃)₂·6H₂O, Nb₂O₅, HF and citric acid as raw materials by auto-ignition route. The process involves the formation of a viscous gel by thermal dehydration of the citrate-nitrate solution at about 80 ℃. The auto-ignition (at about 200 ℃) of the gel resulted in a high reactivity powder containing intimate blending of MgNbF₇ and NbF₃. The crystalline phase of MgNb₂O₆ could be formed easily at 700 ℃, which is 400 ℃ lower than that of common solid-state reaction process. The nano-crystalline MgNb₂O₆ (～30 nm) powder with good dispersity could be obtained at 850 ℃.     

Utilization of a spiropyran derivative in a polymeric film optode for selective fluorescent sensing of zinc ion

Spiropyrans are the most studied families of func- tional materials due to their reversible structural con- version in response to external optical, chemical, and thermal stimulation[1]. STUDY ON MAGNETIC FIELD-INDUCED 0RIENTATI0N OF A CHIRAL SIDE-CHAIN LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYACRYLATE USING INFRARED DICHROISM

Magnetic field-induced orientation of a chiral side chain liquid crystalline polyacrylate(P-11) was studied by using IR dichroism. For the investigated P-11, it has been shown thatthe magnetic alignment takes place over the entire temperature range between its meltingpoint and clearing point and the orientation level is strongly temperature-dependent, thedevelopment with time of the magnetic orieatation follows an exponeotial-type relation,and the smectic phase state influences the thermal relaxation process in the absence of themagnetic field.     

V-Ag-Ni系氧化物的表面氧性质与甲苯选择性氧化的催化性能

制备了一系列Ｖ，Ａｇ，Ｎｉ原子比不同的三元氧化物，应用ＴＰＤ－ＭＳ技术研究了样品表面氧的性质，并测定了甲苯选择性氧化生成苯甲醛的催化活性。实验结果表明，样品表面存在有多种吸附的氧物种。在脱附温度＜９００℃：当Ｎｉ含量对Ａｇ（或Ｖ）的原子比为０．２５或０．５０时，仅在低温处出现有表面的Ｏ＾－和Ｏ＾２＾－两种氧物种的脱附峰；当Ｎｉ含量对Ａｇ（或Ｖ）的原子比增高到＞０．７５时，除有表面的Ｏ＾－和Ｏ＾２＾
