The direct reactions of (C5H5)2LnCl with LiN=C(NMe2)2 proceeded at room temperature in THF under pure nitrogen to yield the lanthanocene guanidinate complexes [(C5H5)2Ln(mu-eta1:eta2-N=C(NMe2)2)]2 (Ln = Gd (1), Er (2)). Treatment of phenyl isocyanate with complexes 1 and 2 results in monoinsertion of phenyl isocyanate into the Ln-N(mu-Gua) bond to yield the corresponding insertion products [(C5H5)2Ln(mu-eta1:eta2-OC(N=C(NMe2)2)NPh)]2 (Ln = Gd (3), Er (4)), presenting the first example of unsaturated organic small molecule insertion into the metal-guanidinate ligand bond. Further investigations indicate that N,N'-diisopropylcarbodiimide does not react with complexes 1 and 2 under the same conditions; however, it readily inserts into the lithium-guanidinate ligand bond of LiN=C(NMe2)2. As a synthon of the insertion product Li[(iPrN)2C(N=C(NMe2)2)], its reaction with (C5H5)2LnCl gives the novel organolanthanide complexes containing the guanidinoacetamidinate ligand, (C5H5)2Ln[(iPrN)2C(N=C(NMe2)2)] (Ln = Yb (5), Er (6), Dy (7)). All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic properties. The structures of complexes 1, 3, 5 and 7 were determined through X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis.  相似文献

In this work, a density function theory (DFT) study is presented for the HNS/HSN isomerization assisted by 1–4 water molecules on the singlet state potential energy surface (PES). Two modes are considered to model the catalytic effect of these water molecules: (i) water molecule(s) participate directly in forming a proton transfer loop with HNS/HSN species, and (ii) water molecules are out of loop (referred to as out‐of‐loop waters) to assist the proton transfer. In the first mode, for the monohydration mechanism, the heat of reaction is 21.55 kcal · mol?1 at the B3LYP/6‐311++G** level. The corresponding forward/backward barrier lowerings are obtained as 24.41/24.32 kcal · mol?1 compared with the no‐water‐assisting isomerization barrier T (65.52/43.87 kcal · mol?1). But when adding one water molecule on the HNS, there is another special proton‐transfer isomerization pathway with a transition state 10T′ in which the water is out of the proton transfer loop. The corresponding forward/backward barriers are 65.89/65.89 kcal · mol?1. Clearly, this process is more difficult to follow than the R–T–P process. For the two‐water‐assisting mechanism, the heat of reaction is 19.61 kcal · mol?1, and the forward/backward barriers are 32.27/12.66 kcal · mol?1, decreased by 33.25/31.21 kcal · mol?1 compared with T. For trihydration and tetrahydration, the forward/backward barriers decrease as 32.00/12.60 (30T) and 37.38/17.26 (40T) kcal · mol?1, and the heat of reaction decreases by 19.39 and 19.23 kcal · mol?1, compared with T, respectively. But, when four water molecules are involved in the reactant loop, the corresponding energy aspects increase compared with those of the trihydration. The forward/backward barriers are increased by 5.38 and 4.66 kcal · mol?1 than the trihydration situation. In the second mode, the outer‐sphere water effect from the other water molecules directly H‐bonded to the loop is considered. When one to three water molecules attach to the looped water in one‐water in‐loop‐assisting proton transfer isomerization, their effects on the three energies are small, and the deviations are not more than 3 kcal · mol?1 compared with the original monohydration‐assisting case. When adding one or two water molecules on the dihydration‐assisting mechanism, and increasing one water molecule on the trihydration, the corresponding energies also are not obviously changed. The results indicate that the forward/backward barriers for the three in‐loop water‐assisting case are the lowest, and the surrounding water molecules (out‐of‐loop) yield only a small effect. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Five structurally related amino acid derivatives were enantioseparated by HPLC with a commercially available chiral stationary phase, Chiralcel OD-H. The chromatographic experiments were performed in the normal phase mode. n-Hexane/polar alcohol was used as mobile phase. Excellent baseline enantioseparations could be obtained for all these solutes. The effects of the concentration of polar alcohol and the column temperature on the retentions and enantioseparations were studied in detail. From the van't Hoff plots the corresponding apparent thermodynamic parameters were derived. Mechanism aspects of chiral recognition were discussed based on the relationship between the thermodynamic parameters and the structures of the solutes. It was found that the substituent of the phenyl group on the residual group of the amino acid derivatives was close relevant to thermodynamic origin of enantioseparation. Much better enthalpy–entropy compensation effect was obtained by plotting the differential, rather than the original, thermodynamic parameters.  相似文献

Seven structurally related amino acid derivatives were successfully enantioseparated by HPLC with a commercially available column containing a chiral immobilized network polymer derived from L-tartaric acid. The experiments were carried out under normal-phase conditions. All the solutes could be baseline separated using n-hexane/2-propanol (95/5) as eluent at a flow rate of 1 ml/min at 25 degrees C, with reasonable retention time (<12 min). The effects of the polar alcohol modifier (type and content) in the mobile phase and the column temperature on the enantioseparation were studied. Apparent thermodynamic parameters were also calculated from the plots of ln alpha or ln k' versus 1/T. Some mechanistic aspects of chiral recognition were discussed with respect to the structures of the solutes. It was found that the enantioseparations are all enthalpy driven, and the N-acyl groups of the solutes have significant influence on the chiral recognition.  相似文献

运用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对水/琥珀酸(乙基已基)磺酸钠(AOT)/正庚烷微乳体系中磺酸根的水化作用进行了研究.由于微乳体系中水分子与表面活性剂分子的相互作用,S=O对称伸缩振动的红外吸收峰向低频方向移动.体系中的加水量W0(水与AOT的摩尔比)由0.5增大至25时,磺酸根对称伸缩振动的红外吸收峰由1051.39cm-1向低频移动至1046.15cm-1.同时,由于Na 的不对称作用,AOT分子中磺酸根反对称伸缩振动分裂成两个吸收峰,分别位于正215cm-1及1245cm-1附近,两个劈裂峰的距离及各自的峰面积均随体系中加水量的变化而变化,应用二阶导数、傅立叶退卷积及曲线拟会等分辨率增强技术可更清楚地反映出这个二重峰的变化情况.固体AOT分子中碳酸根反对称伸缩振动分裂的两个峰之间频率的差值约为42cm-1,形成微乳液以后,这两个峰的差值变小,W0为20时,这两个峰频率的差值逐渐减小到29cm-1,这些变化与磺酸根的水化程度直接相关  相似文献

The resonance Raman spectrum of octopus bathorhodopsin in the fingerprint region and in the ethylenic-Schiff base region have been obtained at 80 K using the "pump-probe" technique as have its deuterated chromophore analogues at the C7D; C8D; C8,C7D2; C10D; C11D; C11, C12D2; C14D; C15D; C14, C15D2; and N16D positions. While these data are not sufficient to make definitive band assignments, many tentative assignments can be made. Because of the close spectral similarity between the octopus bathorhodopsin spectrum and that of bovine bathorhodopsin, we conclude that the essential configuration of octopus bathorhodopsin's chromophore is all-trans like. The data suggest that the Schiff base, C = N, configuration is trans (anti). The observed conformationally sensitive fingerprint bands show pronounced isotope shifts upon chromophore deuteration. The size of the shifts differ, in certain cases, from those found for bovine bathorhodopsin. Thus, the internal mode composition of the fingerprint bands differs somewhat from bovine bathorhodopsin, suggesting a somewhat different in situ chromophore conformation. An analysis of the NH bend frequency, the Schiff base C = N stretch frequency, and its shift upon Schiff base deuteration suggests that the hydrogen bonding between the protonated Schiff base with its protein binding pocket is weaker in octopus bathorhodopsin than in bovine bathorhodopsin but stronger than that found in bacteriorhodopsin's bR568 pigment.  相似文献

A highly sensitive bioanalytical method based on a simple liquid/liquid extraction and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (HILIC/MS/MS) analysis has been developed, validated and transferred for the determination of 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol (NNAL), a tobacco-specific nitrosamine metabolite. Deuterated NNAL (NNAL-d(4)) was synthesized and used as the internal standard. This method can be used for the analysis of free and total NNAL (free NNAL plus NNAL-gluc) in K(3)-EDTA human plasma. Free NNAL and NNAL-d(4) are extracted from human plasma by liquid/liquid extraction. To analyze for total NNAL and the internal standard, a separate aliquot of the K(3)-EDTA human plasma is treated with beta-glucuronidase to deconjugate the NNAL-gluc; the total NNAL and internal standard are then extracted using liquid/liquid extraction. After drying down under nitrogen, the residue is reconstituted with acetonitrile and analyzed using positive ion electrospray and HILIC/MS/MS at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The chromatographic run time is 1.0 min per injection, with retention time for both NNAL and NNAL-d(4) of 0.75 min with a capacity factor (k') of 2. The standard curve range for this assay is from 5.00-1000 pg/mL for both free and total NNAL, using a total plasma sample volume of 1.0 mL. The interday precision and accuracy of the quality control (QC) samples demonstrated <7.6% relative standard deviation (RSD) and <3.3% relative error (RE) for free NNAL. For total NNAL, the interday precision and accuracy of the QC samples demonstrated <11.7% RSD and <2.8% RE. Optimization of enzyme hydrolysis of NNAL-gluc is discussed in detail. The overall recoveries for free and total NNAL and IS were 68.2 and 71.5% (free) and 70.7 and 65.5% (total). No adverse matrix effects were noticed for this assay.  相似文献

KINETICS OF SUSPENDED EMULSION POLYMERIZATION OF METHYL METHACRYLATE   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The kinetics of suspended emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA), in which water acted as the dispersed phase and the mixture of MMA and cyclohexane as the continuous phase, was investigated. It showed that the initial polymerization rate (Rp0) and steady-state polymerization rate (Rp) were proportional to the mass ratio between water and oil phase, and increased as the polymerization temperature, the potassium persulphate concentration ([I]) and the Tween20 emulsifier concentration ([S]) increased. The relationships between the polymerization rate and [I] and [S] were obtained as follows: Rp0 ∝ [I]0.73[S]0.32 and Rp ∝ [I]0.71[S]0.23. The above exponents were close to those obtained from normal MMA emulsion polymerization. It also showed that the average molecular weight of the resulting poly(methyl methacrylate) decreased as the polymerization temperature, [I] and [S] increased. Thus, MMA suspended emulsion polymerization could be considered as a combination of many miniature emulsion polymerizations proceeding in water drops and obeyed the classical kinetics of MMA emulsion polymerization.  相似文献
