The calcium salt of hexahydrophthalic acid (Hyperform HPN-20E) is an effective nucleating agent for polyethylene which was developed by Milliken Chemical Co., (USA) in recent years. In this paper, the properties and crystallization behaviors of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) in the presence of Hyperform HPN-20E were investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry and polarized optical microscopy. Addition of Hyperform HPN-20E improved the tensile, flexural and optical properties of iPP significantly and increased the crystallization rate of iPP greatly. The nucleation effects were comparable to the nucleation efficiency of a highly effective commercial iPP nucleating agent Hyperform HPN-68. When the addition amount of Hyperform HPN-20E in iPP was 0.2 wt.%, the tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, and flexural modulus of iPP were increased by 10.81%, 8.65%, 16.67%, and 11.96%, respectively, compared to those of pure iPP; the haze value was decreased by 42.44% and the crystallization peak temperature was increased by 11.2°C. The Bi3SbO7 ceramic was prepared by the solid state reaction method and its phase evolution at different temperatures was studied. Low temperature phase α-Bi3SbO7 was formed at about 890 °C and it started to transform to high temperature phase β-Bi3SbO7 at about 960 °C. Microwave dielectric constants of α-Bi3SbO7 ceramic and β-Bi3SbO7 ceramic were 43.2 and 37.6, Qf value were 2080 and 5080 GHz, respectively. TCF of α-Bi3SbO7 ceramic was near zero and TCF of β-Bi3SbO7 ceramic was about −120 ppm/°C. The Bi3SbO7 ceramic is a promising candidate for low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology due to its large dielectric constant, low dielectric loss at microwave region, low sintering temperature and simple composition. 相似文献

采用高功率抽运调Q激光器分别在真空和空气中烧蚀Ti-Al合金靶材激发等离子体,研究了在不同气体压强下透镜到靶材的距离对等离子体参数的影响机理对于焦距为111mm的聚焦透镜,当透镜到靶材距离小于透镜焦距时,随着距离逐渐接近焦距,真空和空气中电子温度、电子密度和谱线强度均逐渐增强.当透镜到靶材距离大于透镜焦距时,真空中,电子温度和电子密度仍然继续升高,而谱线强度却变化不大.空气中,等离子体参数却有不同的演化特性:等离子体的电子温度、电子密度和谱线强度在透镜到靶材距离为107 mm时达到最大值,当距离继续增大时,均呈现出迅速下降的趋势,当透镜到靶材距离大于112mm时,电子温度和电子密度又有明显上升,特征谱线强度却大幅下降. 相似文献

本文以6-311++g(d,p)为基组, 采用密度泛函理论的B3P86方法优化得到了ZnO分子的基态稳定构型, 并计算了不同外电场(-0.05–0.05a.u.)下ZnO基态分子的稳定电子结构, 研究外电场对ZnO基态分子键长、总能量、电荷分布、能级分布、能隙及红外光谱的影响. 结果表明: 外加电场的大小和方向对分子结构和电子特性均有明显影响. 随着正向外加电场的增加, ZnO基态分子的平衡键长先减小后增加, 而分子总能量、振动频率和红外光谱的强度均先增加后减小. 分子的最高占据轨道能量EH、最低未占据轨道能量EL和能隙Eg始终处于减小趋势, 因而占据轨道的电子更容易被激发至空轨道. 这一结果可为ZnO分子的电致发光机理研究提供一定的理论参考.

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波超软赝势方法和VASP软件对电荷俘获存储器过擦现象进行了分析研究.通过形成能的计算,确定了含有氮空位缺陷的Si3N4和含有间隙氧缺陷的Hf O2作为研究的对象;俘获能的计算结果表明两种体系对电子的俘获能力比对空穴的大,因而对两体系擦写载流子确定为电子.分别计算了Hf O2和Si3N4擦写前后的能量、擦写前后电荷分布变化、吸附能和态密度,以说明过擦的微观机理.对能量和擦写电荷变化的研究,表明Si3N4相比于Hf O2,其可靠性较差,且Si3N4作为俘获层,在一个擦写周期后,晶胞中电子出现减少现象;界面吸附能的研究表明,Si3N4相比于Hf O2在缺陷处更容易与氧进行电子交换;最后,通过对态密度的分析表明Si3N4和Hf O2在对应的缺陷中均有缺陷能级俘获电子,前者为浅能级俘获,后者为深能级俘获.综上分析表明,Si3N4在氮空位的作用下,缺陷附近原子对电子的局域作用变弱,使得Si3N4作为俘获层时,材料本身的电子被擦出,使得擦操作时的平带偏移电压增大,导致存储器发生过擦.本文的研究结果揭示了过擦的本质,对提高电荷俘获存储器的可靠性以及存储特性有着重要的指导意义. 相似文献

A series of photoswitchable cyclopentadienone derivative dimers bearing bromo, thienyl, 4-(dimethylamino)phenyl, 3-pyridinyl, 4-nitrophenyl and cyano groups was designed and facilely synthesized. Photoswitching properties such as the photoconversions in the photostationary state (PSS), the thermal kinetics and thermal half-lives of photoisomers were systematically investigated. These photoswitches show high fatigue resistance and large photoconversions in the PSS. This work proves that the photoswitching properties of photoswitches based on cyclopentadienone dimers can be tuned by substitution groups and also pave the way to functionalize the cyclopentadienone derivative dimer-based photoswitch, which is important for its future applications. 相似文献

石墨烯作为一种单层碳原子二维材料,在可见光和近红外波段吸收率只有2.3%左右,这限制了石墨烯在光电探测、光电调制等领域的应用.本文基于纳米超材料结构的磁激元共振效应,设计了一种金属-绝缘层-金属-石墨烯混合二维浅光栅结构,通过设计混合二维浅光栅结构尺寸来改变石墨烯化学势,实现了石墨烯在近红外波段的吸收增强和调制.利用有限元仿真和等效电路模型,系统地分析了非正入射、结构参数和石墨烯化学势对吸收特性的影响.研究结果表明,混合二维浅光栅结构的磁激元共振效应可以明显提升石墨烯在近红外波段的吸收率,并且对入射角度和极化方向不敏感.在特定结构参数下,混合二维浅光栅结构在1480nm处吸收率达到了85%,其中石墨烯的吸收率为55%,提升了24倍;通过调控石墨烯化学势从0.1eV增大到1.0eV,分别实现了不同结构尺寸下54.8%,50.3%,46.8%的反射率调制深度. 相似文献

有机发光二极管(OLED)具有功耗低、重量轻、色域宽、响应时间快及对比度高等优点,在全彩平板显示和固态照明等领域均显现出巨大的应用潜力,受到人们的广泛关注.然而,较低的光输出效率使得器件的外量子效率远低于内量子效率,这严重制约了OLED器件的发展和应用.因此如何提高OLED器件的光耦合输出效率已成为备受关注的研究课题.本文主要介绍了采用非周期微纳结构提高OLED器件光耦合输出效率的最新研究进展,对随机微纳透镜结构、光散射介质层、聚合物多孔散射薄膜、随机凹凸波纹结构及随机褶皱结构等多种对器件亮度分布和光谱稳定性无明显影响的光耦合输出技术进行了总结和讨论.最后,对提高OLED器件光耦合输出研究做了总结和展望. 相似文献

A series of Nd-TiO2 powders have been prepared by the sol-gel technique with neodymium nitrate and tetra-n-butyl titanium as raw materials, and then Nd-TiO2 nanotubes were fabricated by the hydrothermal method with a 10 mol l−1 NaOH solution. The as-prepared Nd-TiO2 nanotubes were characterized by TEM, XRD, DRS, and XPS, and their photocatalytic activity was also tested in the case of the degradation of methyl orange in water. TEM photograph showed that Nd-TiO2 nanotubes were about 10-20 nm in diameter, with the lengths range from 100 to 300 nm. TiO2 nanotubes contained anatase and rutile crystallites. However, 0.3% Nd-TiO2 nanotubes contained anatase crystallites, and only little rutile crystallites, so it is shown that neodymium doping hindered the phase transformation from anatase into rutile. Nd doping increased the visible-light absorption ability of Nd-TiO2 nanotubes, and a red shift for Nd-TiO2 nanotubes appeared when compared to TiO2 nanotubes. XPS analysis showed that two types of oxygen existed on the photocatalyst surface, including metal-O and hydroxyl group, and more hydroxyl group was on the surface of 2% Nd-TiO2 nanotubes than on the surface of TiO2 nanotubes. Nd doping enhanced the photocatalytic activities of Nd-TiO2 nanotubes, and 0.3% Nd-TiO2 nanotubes exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity. 相似文献
