棕榈油中脂肪酸的GC/MS定性分析

本文介绍了进口棕榈油中的脂肪酸的色-质联用分析方法。其中,特别检测了油中的奇碳数脂肪酸,并和其它食用油中的脂肪酸作了比较。     

Preparation of Co3O4 Nanofibers via an Electrospinning Technique

Thin PVA/cobalt acetate composite fibers were prepared by using sol-gel processing and electrospinning technique.After calcination of the above precursor fibers,Co3O4 nanofibers with a diameter of 50-150 nm could be successfully obtained.The fibers were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,WAXD,respectively.     

On the mechanism of growth of cells (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) in the mixed aqueous two-phase system

The growth ofBacillus amyloliquefaciens in the aqueous two-phase system, made up of polyethylene glycol, dextran, and water, was investigated. Generally,Bacillus partitions in the dextran phase, but the magnitude of the separation depends largely on the overall composition of polymers in the phase system. The kinetics of growth ofBacillus amyloliquefaciens was studied in the polyethylene glycol-rich continuous phase, dextran-rich dispersed phase, and in the mixed phase. From the kinetic data it appears that increasing the overall polymer composition causes the cells to adsorp at the interface. On the other hand, partition measurements indicate that increasing polymer concentrations make the cell partitioning more one-sided. This anomaly is explained by studying the interfacial adsorption of cells via dynamic surface tension measurements.     

Direct Electrochemistry of Cytochrome c on EDTA-ZrO2 Organic-inorganic Hybrid Film Modified ElectrodesState Key Laborator3.＂ of Chemo／Biosensing and Chemometrics, Hunan Universit3; Changsha. Hunan 410082. China

A composite film of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA)‐ZrO₂ organic‐inorganic hybrid was prepared based on the chelation between Zr(IV) and EDTA. The direct electrochemical behavior of cytochrome c (cyt. c) at the hybrid film modified glassy carbon electrodes was investigated. The immobilized EDTA can promote the redox of heme in horse heart cyt. c which gives rise to a pair of reversible redox peaks with a formal potential of 40 mV (vs. SCE). The peak current increased linearly with the increase of cyt. c concentration in the range of 1.6 × 10^?6—8.0 × 10^?5 mol·L^?1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.996. Further investigation shows that metal ions can impede the electron transfer of cyt. c. The impediment capability of metal ions depends on their coordination capability with EDTA and their valence number.     

Synthesis α‐aminonitrile through anodic cyanation of N‐benzylpiperidine

Six‐membered cyclic α‐aminonitrile has been prepared from anodic cyanation of N‐benzylpiperidine. Good yields of α‐aminonitriles could be obtained through potentiostatic electrolysis under different conditions. The results also explain why high yield α‐aminonitriles could not be obtained under constant current electrolysis.     

Preparation of polymer-supported phosphine from ferrocene for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions

Polymer-supported phosphine ligand 3b derived from ferrocene was prepared,and applied in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki- Miyaura reactions.A range of aryl bromides can couple with phenylboronic acid to obtain corresponding biaryls in excellent yields. The recycling of the polymer-bound catalyst was tested without adding palladium.     

四苯基卟啉铂电致发光性能的研究

四苯基卟啉铂(PtTPP)可以作为红光掺杂材料制备有机电致发光器件，采用的器件结构为[ITO／CuPc／NPB／BePP2：PtTPP／LiF／Al]，其中BePP2：PtTPP的共沉积膜作为发射层．实验结果表明在发射层中存在着从BePP2到PtTPP的能量传递．通过改变掺杂层中PtTPP的浓度来考察器件的性能，当PtTPP的掺杂浓度在8％(物质的量比)时，器件呈现纯正的红光发射，发射峰位于668nm，器件的效率为0．004lm／W．     

ortho Substituent effect on a 1,5-H shift reaction during thermal decomposition of aryltriazenes

An ortho substituent group has a significant effect on thermal decomposition of aryltriazenes. When the ortho methoxy-substituted phenyltriazenes were treated with methyl iodide at 110-130 °C, 1,5-H shift products were obtained in fair to moderate yields.     

脱氢枞胺及其衍生物的研究与应用进展

脱氢枞胺及其衍生物在手性拆分、金属离子浮选、表面活性、杀菌、医药、染料等领域有着重要的用途。本文对脱氢枞胺的制备、脱氢枞胺成盐衍生物以及脱氢枞胺成键衍生物的研究与应用进展进行了综述,并对脱氢枞胺及其衍生物的研究及应用前景进行了展望。
